So were doing another remolding job here and the store is clean, the higher ups there are friendly & incredibly helpful ❤️Everything has a place and everything is organized better than all the stores previous..10/10 would recommend shopping here..10/10 hope to another BB&B in the future ❤️Just a lil sample of what they have❤️

As always I LOVE Bed Bath and Beyond. They have everything that you can think of for bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens (not big furniture though). They have bedding, linens, pillows, sheets, curtains and rods, bath and kitchen towels, shower curtains, bathroom accessories, kitchen tools, cookware, utensils, small appliances, storage bins, candles and more. They have great coupons and sales too. Their products are well made and are of good quality too.

BB&B has a little bit of everything for the home. I like to browse here. Clean and organized.

I didnt know anything about blenders, but Dylan was super knowledgeable and friendly and helped me pick the perfect one for me. I love my new blender!!

Always spend more then I plan to...too many good deals and hard to find items.

Went shopping at Bed,Bath and beyond last Saturday on John R in Troy. There was two ladies at the checkout, one ladies name is Glennoria and the other lady is Chandra.Both ladies went above and beyond. I asked why my product is cheaper on line then in the store they said no problem we can do a price adjustment also Glennoria found a coupon for 20% off saving me alot of money Thank you Glennoria and Chandra for making my day.

Nice place with a pretty healthy selection of bedding, comforters, throws etc. They didnt have exactly what I wanted but the staff member was very helpful nonetheless, and I was able to make a much more informed decision. A little pricy, but reliable go-to place in general

I really like the product selections for instance I needed new placemats and found perfect mats as well as bath brushes...I buy them for friends and family...they have nice long handle as well as the soft but scrubby top...pretty pink and gray! Neat and clean with so many choices...I find staff always helpful and professional!!

Update: Down to 3 stars from previous 5 stars. Customer service still good, and they do carry nice items. What changed is the return policy. Previously they took back anything, including electronics, as long as I provided a receipt. Not any more. Returns on electronics now is within 90 days and other items 1 year. Also they did not accept to return a mixer wire whip I bought online. I had a feeling this was coming to fruition due to their financial struggles, closing stores, and cost cutting initiatives.I wont be shopping there as often unless I have to, and I definitely will NOT buy anything on their website. What a loss?........................................................Previous rating: 5 stars. Great place. Excellent customer service, and reasonable pricing.

Sometimes the lines are a bit too long in here. You also pretty much always need to use a coupon to get a good deal. They have good coupons, but Im not sure I am a fan of this system.

My first time ever going to this store.... Had to return something that my husband got. Most of the people had smile on their face.the once who didnt were also helpful without making a face. Lol would def go back again

Staff is always eager to please. If they dont carry it, they can usually direct you to someone that does. Theyre $ saving coupons are one of the main reasons that I shop here. Featured items are always a plus. On-line shopping is wonderful, free delivery etc.

This store treated me very well and the manager did a fabulous job fixing a massive problem created by another Bed Bath & Beyond. He, and everyone else, treated me very kindly especially when I had been very stressed. I could not have had better service. I am very happy with my duvet. Thank you!

I love Bed, Bath & Beyond! They have pretty much everything right there in front of you, they have the as seen on tv stuff and plenty more to look at. It even looks like a fun place to work at. The only thing I dont like about them? Those tiny aisles that wont let you pass anyone else with a cart. I know the place is crammed with stuff, but just a few more feet to walk in the aisles would make the whole experience that much better.

This store has a whole lot of things in stock and variety of items to pick from. The prices are reasonable. I love getting the coupon in the mail circular. It always gives me a reason to think of something to buy.

Great selection of products. But sometimes hard to find boxes corresponding to display items. Also, I skipped buying several items because they were not price marked, nor was the shelf. I understand it is right before Christmas, but I hope that is not a surprise to management.

Popped in for an order online / pickup in store. The wait was incredibly long for 2 customers. Provided the printout and she went through 3 orders showing it to me is this the order? Hard to see the store from the road. Like the chain. Like their products. Not a fan of this location.

This store is filled with all kinds of stuff for the house. Plus side, you can get on a mailing list to receive coupons, they even take the expired coupons!!. Down side is when you use the coupons they usually dont get procssed correctly. Like if you have a 20 percent off coupon and have several items, the coupon will be used on the least expensive item, not the item you intended

I love the smells, but the place is so crowded with shelves and displays. The employees are nice but why so many every two steps they are asking if you need help.

They seem to be reorganizing the store. Still a clean, well-maintained large store. Welk-stocked. No lines and lots of friendly people to answer questions.

I got what I needed. Not much help around (busy) working to ask for direction. An employee did say hello to me. It was after that encounter I kinda had a hard time locating the item I needed.I see they seem to be changing almost the whole store around. Guess they are getting ready for Christmas. I like the store very much, but sometimes have difficulty locating an item.

One refreshing quality about this store I quickly noticed is they actually label all their promotional and special sale items with prices. I’ve recently been to a couple other Bed, Bath & Beyond locations for registry shopping and noticed that the specials near the entry-way (and many elsewhere) did not have prices listed anywhere. If you’re going to promote something as a “great deal,” I’d think it’d be wise to clearly post the price that makes it a deal in the first place.My experience here involved great service and general customer awareness. As soon as I walked over to the kitchen and cooking section, I was asked if I needed any help. When I went to check-out with a single item and stand in a small line, another employee almost immediately directed me to an open register on the opposite side. The cashier was very friendly and speedy at the same time. I really couldn’t have asked for better or faster service, and it seems their inventory and labeling practices are better than most.

Called about a bridal shower gift I am getting my friend, I was hung up on 2 times after being on hold for 5+ minutes each time. I called back and told the main operator that I would not be going to this location and will probably look for a completely different company. It would require a trip to their customer service desk to get an answer to my question. You decide.

Hi prices, for quality and choices a step up from Meijers.Id pay their prices for better variety and qiality.Just look at the parking lot traffic to make my point. This place we be like Sears and Kmart if they dont change.Tired of the same old, same old.Thats why everyone is shopping on line.Their prices are like Crate and barrel, to make a point said in paragraph one.

Very rude staff who somehow never know where anything is in the store and dont know the store policies. I bought a can opener and a blender from this store, one year later both items broke down. When I tried to return the items the staff were very rude and condescending to me and made me wait over an hour during which time they acted like I wasnt even there before they gave me store credit for the items. I will definitely not be coming back.

It was okay. I wanted a tub spa and they are only sold online. So that was a disappointment. The candles even on sale are too expensive. However the staff was very helpful and kind.

Tho this is a huge store, it does not carry a large amount of product compared to other bbandb. The staff here are always super friendly, the lines are fast, and theyre so good to work with when you have a registry. Clean and organized, I just wish they had more variety. For example they dont carry cali king sheets? King size is the largest, so we had to order online.
