Today I went to Origins as an influenster to review a product. I was greeted by a lovely lady by the name of Judy who treated me to a mini facial. I had such a wonderful experience. She treated me no differently than a customer walking in for purchase. I was educated on all the products used along with why they were being used and what she personally liked and recommended. Judy was professional, personable and knowledgeable. I walked away with samples that I intend to use and hopefully fall in love with! Im already in love with my glowing skin. Thanks Judy❤

I have had some of my best shopping experiences at this Origins store! Judy is the best and treats her customers like friends and family. She is friendly, helpful, and so knowledgeable about the products. I usually spend time at Origins picking out gifts for the holidays, but couldn’t make it to the store this year. Judy helped me order everything over the phone and even wrapped everything up with her signature touches! Couldn’t say enough good things!

Sarah was awesome! She hooked us up with a free facial, come in and grab one! She was very knowledgeable about the products they have. It only took about 20 minutes for a full facial. We left feeling great and we will definitely be back.

I first learned about this place from one of my massage therapists. So glad I did because they have some of the best customer services ever. I had recently received an email from the store manager letting me know I have a $10 off coupon for my birthday. I usually come out here around this time of year to utilize it. This year I have not been able to make it to the store and the manager said we can do an order over the phone and she will ship me my products for free. I received my shipment 24 hours after placing my order over the phone. It was packaged beautifully and she even included a personalized thank you card with a bunch of free samples. I was so impressed I had to write about it here on Yelp. If youre looking for a company that provides stellar customer and great products without all those nasty chemicals, I would 10/10 recommend Origins!

Love this little boutique! Smells amazing. The woman working behind the counter warmly greeted my company and me. I had several questions she was knowledgeable and answered each one. They had amazing sales going on. On all there holiday gift sets. Good time to stock up on the things you love or didnt get underneath the Christmas tree. Theyve got a points system for every dollar you spend you earn points. You also get a birthday gift when you sign up as well. I just wish they sold a perfume roller set with different scents. That would have been amazing. Unfortunately, they only had one type of roll on scent. And only one size available. Besides that pure perfection!

I only give a five star to three or four products Ive tried here, others I havent tried.. Good choice of products for sensitive dry skin..

Extremely fancy and high end mall. Not my normal environment but you cannot deny how nice of a place this is.

I went to Origins and asked if the staff person had time to do a mini facial for my friend. When she asked him his skin care routine, she replied Ill see what I can do. The staff person spent so much time with the other customers, we felt neglected. My friend had a mask on his face for 15-20 mins before she came back to remove it. It was only supposed to be on for 10 mins. I love their products, but I felt we were treated very poorly.

Origins has my favorite 😊 skin products I worked there years ago and was fortunate to learn about caring for my skin ❤️ I had the most amazing Manager Sonja and she is still in my life today !

While the product is good. This location is not. I gave my number about 2 years ago thinking it was for customer lookup and rewards (ya know what normal stores use it for) well, I was receiving calls from them. I asked to be removed from their call list numerous times. I use my phone for work and its disruptive when Im getting unwanted sales calls. Finally, I had enough today since they called AGAIN and when I asked AGAIN to stop calling me I was told they cannot completely remove my number as its in the Origins system and not just their stores system. I called customer service and when I asked that they remove this I was told they cannot because the store holds that information. So, not only do they REFUSE to listen to me I was lied to on top of that. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I feel if Somerset mall doesnt want to loose its customers to Amazon they better get the price down to purchase a mall gift card from $3.50 to a small sevice charge of $2.00. I was shocked that the price went up. Maybe I should buy an Amazon gift card which is much cheaper. Hate to see the mall close but this could happen in the future.

I used to goto Origins in Macys. I stopped after having an extremely bad experience (one too many times) with the staff. I started going to the Origins in the mall. What a great experience each time.

My mother loved it. Appreciate Africa for these amazing plants.
