We needed our carpet stretched before cleaning and before our moving truck got to town with all of our belongings on extremely short notice. I spoke to Lana explaining our situation and asked if she could help. She not only worked us in the schedule on our timeframe but did so while welcoming our family to the area and asked if there was anything else she and her team could do to help make our transition smooth.
