Went in this afternoon for the fiance and I to get ring sizing. The store associate was very helpful in explaining how to pick a good size as well helping us figure out what that was. She helped me look up a ring I found online and notified me of an upcoming sale it would be a part of. She ordered the ring for me and set an appointment the day it goes on sale to officially make the purchase. She walked my fiance through different types of mens wedding band pros and cons and let him try on different types so he could feel and choose the type of ring that would be the best fit. Fantastic level of customer service and very happy with our first experience at this location.

The service was great, the consultant was very knowledgeable & answered out questions. She took the time to explain the difference is the size & quality of diamonds, as we were looking to upgrade on day.

Amazing customer service and passionate team to support your jewelry needs. They worked with me over two months to support my obsessive type a personality and find the perfect ring worthy of my hand. However, in the event that your love story does not work out and you have to sell, you will be offered 10-20% of its original value. This is due to the fact youre purchasing from a prime retailer, and more relevant the weight of gold. I went to multiple appraisers in attempt to avoid this truth and all returned with the same answer.Best recommendation when purchasing jewelry is to have custom pieces made for you in regards to value and actual cost at a local jeweler, not retailer.

People please do not Finance any jewelry from Kay Jewelry I was a loyal customer of theirs since 2017 and found out that they was changing the price of your jury and what I mean by that is your credit card statement didnt match your receipt that you got from the store they didnt even add the warranty to my jewelry even though I paid for it and when I try to call them and let them know about it they told me that they couldnt fix it but now Im out of hundreds of dollars O no dont order no jewelry and try to sent it back because the description on the website lied about the way it looked theyll charge you for it but then theyll say they credited back but then when you add up your bill you see that youre being charged for it never again would I buy any jewelry from them I am going to contact the BBB on them and let them know what theyre doing to people is wrong in Kay Jewelry needs to be ashamed of their self how theyre jacking the price up on people and they know that they are not trying to fix it when you catch them so if you people dont want to be in this predicament I suggest you listen to what I am saying Dont Mess With Kay Jewelry theyll get you they really will and this is a true story

I am absolutely mortified by the experience I’ve had with Kay Jewelers.Kay Jewelers held my jewelry hostage for over two months!Kay Jewelers did NOTHING to return my jewelry to me before my wedding date.I was even told by a Kay customer service representative, that I was lucky to have a wedding.Communication has been beyond lackluster during this ordeal.Kay Jewelers has lied to me, belittled me, and showed me how they truly DO NOT value their customers.I will be sure to no longer shop for jewelry at Kay.I will also be sure to tell EVERYONE I possibly can about my experiencewith Kay Jeweler’s, and recommend that they too not shop here.

I came in one day to make a custom ring for my now fiance and could not be happier with the outcome. I worked directly with Sarah for a very long time and she was always making my experience easy, got me what I wanted done and made sure the ring was everything I wanted it to be. She worked very hard for many months and I couldnt have been happier with her. I would gladly work with her again in the future if I need anything more from Kay! Cant thank her enough, my fiance and I are both extremely happy with the end result.

Do not buy from Kay. I purchased a ring on April 11th and have yet to receive it. I was supposed to get it May 14th according to the original order I placed. Then May 14th rolled around and I was told June 9th as the fulfillment center was still closed. Its now June 16th. I messaged support and they say the fulfillment center is still closed. I dont even think the supplier is ever going to open again, as the product has been removed from the website. They are clearly delaying this to reduce the financial damage of having all of the products everyone has ordered from being returned all at once. Its a deceitful business practice. I will NEVER buy from Kay and you shouldnt either.

I only see a few bad reviews and honestly I don’t understand where they’re coming from. I can’t fathom the idea that this place would ever not be helpful. I went in, bought my girlfriend a promise ring, got it resized(they recommended I present it to her then bring it back to resize). They were the most polite, sweet, and respectful staff that you could ever imagine. They were all round very good personable people with the best selection of jewelry in all different price ranges. 10/5 stars for me.

The workers were very helpful and patient with me deciding on a wedding band. We had great conversations and even though I was picky they were providing all of the wedding bands that fit my taste.

I got a wedding set with insurance and went to Kays every six months WITHOUT MISSING ANY. The last appointment I went to, I mentioned that the center stone seemed loose, they checked and said its fine, okay. A couple weeks later the entire center setting fell out and went missing, I called and even went there to see about getting it replaced, based on my insurance it should be no problem. Suddenly, they lost the record of my last inspection, the same inspection I mentioned that the stone was loose. So, I would be responsible for paying to replace the stone. I will NEVER shop at Kays again. I would not recommend to anyone who doesnt want to be taken advantage of.

Update your business hours! This store closes at 2:30pm daily. I wasted my time driving here.

I stood in the store browsing for about 5-10mins waiting until it cleared to be helped. When the store cleared, the only customers left were my daughter and I. We continued to browse and then stopped. There were 6 employees behind the counter and not one of them acknowledged us. Not one! I looked over to see what they were doing and they looked at me and kept talking amongst themselves. I proceeded to leave and no one said a word! I took my business elsewhere and was greeted with a smile and service as soon as I walked in. I spent $300 there which couldve been spent in their Kay store. Rude and unprofessional staff at Kay!

Horrible attitudes and customer service even worse.

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring there. Obviously the fit wasnt right the first time so I brought it in to get it resized. The employee who helped me handed me the ring sizers and walked away leaving me to decide what fit properly with no help. (First time wearing a real ring and not costume jewelry so I have no idea what Im doing) Fast forward two weeks when I get the ring back. Its still too big and falls off. So I have them resize it again. This time the employee helped a little bit but not by much, they didnt walk away. Just watched me use the sizers with no guidance of a proper fit. I get the ring back again. Hoping that it will fit. Nope Still too big and can slide off. Not one of your employees took time to properly size my ring. No one took the sizers in their hands to see how they fit on my fingers. I went to a small family owned place and they took me in with such care. The employee actually put the sizers on my hand. They wiggled it around. Explained to me how it should fit and that it still needs to be smaller. Why is it that a large corporation who has the money cant even properly train their employees to do their job. I will never recommend your store. It is one huge disappointment and inconvenience.

They sold me a chain about a year ago and told me it was strong. Either they lied or they are stupid because i have been back over 10 times to get the chain fixed. Good thing i got the warranty.
