I was in need of four awards to be engraved in less than a week. Turning to Google for assistance to see engravers close to me, I found Highest Honors. The reviews were remarkable and all comments were favorable. I called the store and immediately the customer service won me over. They were gracious and accommodating. I sent my request over via their website and less than 24 hours I had proofs. With the proofs they added their touches to make the awards more outstanding. In conversation with them, I mentioned my logo and they said they could put that on - no problem. I sent my logo and now my awards look even better. They communicated with me the whole process. I highly recommend Highest Honors for their great customer service, quality products and attention to detail. They definitely have my business for a future products.

This was my first experience with Highest Honor and I must admit that I was extremely impressed with the level of attention they gave to my order. I wasn’t really sure of exactly what I wanted to order when I reached out to them as my list of items included needs for employees, peers, customers and myself. I was familiar with Dianne from working with her as she held a Marketing role in another company where we worked together and she’d always done a phenomenal job supporting me and the organization in that role. However, I’d not worked with her since she’d been at Highest Honor. I must say that reaching out to her was one of the best decisions I’ve made in a while. Dianne was able to listen to my needs/target list and came back with some fantastic suggestions in less than 24 hours. Her attention to details related to my order exceeded my expectations as she actually captured small, but important things that I hadn’t thought about and remembered things related to my final order that I had forgotten. The turnaround time on my order literally blew me away! Particularly considering the environment we’re operating in today relative to supply and shipping. Lastly, the quality of the items provided put the icing on the cake for me! Not only will I be using Highest Honor for my work and personal needs going forward…I will be placing an order with them very soon to accommodate requests from different ministries at my church. For years I’ve been accused of being extremely picky when it comes to quality and value. I’ll accept that criticism, but let’s just say that I “picked” the right one this time 😉

Ordered a varsity jacket for my daughter. She was indecisive about the placement of the wording. They were patient and let us come in to double check on it before finalizing. Then, when the decision was made, they had a quick turnaround time. Very nice workmanship.

I needed a funeral urn designed and engraved on a tight schedule to have it ready for a memorial. Jeff and the the team at Highest Honors exceeded my expectations by a long shot. Was able to do what I believed to me impossible, we had a couple trophies from 2012 & 2014 (9 & 7 year old trophies) that had got damaged and needed to be replaced, without knowing who produces these or having the graphics needed Highest Honor looked at a set I had and only by eye recreated them perfectly!! Amazing work and customer service beyond words!!! Not to mention while I was there I noticed so many thing offered, not only trophies but personalized whatever you want..... Wow! I am so happy I found Highest Honor using google search. I ordered some beautiful mirrored coffee table trays from World Market and had them shipped directly to Highest Honor for engraving. They were mother-of-the-bride and mother-of-the-groom gifts for our recent wedding. They made the process so easy! I simply inquired about engraving and sent them a link to the product. They quickly replied that they could engrave the item and agreed to accept the shipment directly (because I dont live in MI but our wedding was here). Then, they sent me a mock up of the design using the wording I provided. It was perfect on the first try, so I approved the design via email. As simple as that. I came to pick up my items just before the wedding and they were even more beautiful in person than in my imagination. My mom and MIL loved them! On top of this, the price was so reasonable. Im a very happy customer!

I needed a last minute speaker gift for a technical meeting. There were plenty of options, but I opted for a travel mug with the speaker’s name and a thank you message engraved. They turned it around in less than a week, and the result was extremely professional. It was also affordable. Would recommend, and will return in the future.

I bought a Bluetooth speaker with a bamboo wooden surface and wanted to engrave something special in it. Little did I know, that I had to go to three different shops, that all turned me down and said it was not possible. But then I heard of the Highest Honor. I went there and the service was perfect.
