Craig and Doug are super nice and they give me headache free lawn sprinkler maintenance year in and year out. I purchased a home which had an existing irrigation system installed. The previous homeowners had a sticker with Capital Sprinkling as the provider. I took a chance with this company and thru several service calls Im convinced their incapable of handling the work they currently have let alone provide assistance to any potential new customers. In fact, my wife had a phone conversation with the owner and he told her IT DIDNT MATTER TO HIM HE WAS LOSING OUR BUISNESS he claims theres not enough companies willing to do this line of work. WHAT A JOKE!! We will definitely move on to another company who knows a little something about customer service/retention.

Do not use this company. I have to give a really bad review based on a few issues – and I will say last year I had no issues and this year was a horrible experience and my parents also had issues so it was not just me. In summary, they did a really poor job. A sprinkler head was replaced and after the start up was left spraying into the house rather than along the house. I then had issues with my setting up my next winterization appointment. I called the company to complain and during the phone call the owner said “I don’t need your business” and basically not to bother calling back. I will not be using them again and cannot recommend that you do either.
