Sierra electronics is a 6 star Motorcycle store!Extremely friendly and pleasant family business for 35 years...THEY KNOW MOTORCYCLE AUDIO INSIDE AND OUT!They told me info about my gl1500 panasonic and how it performs thats not in the owners or shop manual. I have my unit in for preventative maint, and upgrades. He looked at our speakers that were worst that J&M had...he replaced them with MUCH better quality and volume speakers...and went ahead and fixed a plastic piece on our helmets that was broken N/C!! Diane was WONDERFUL to talk to also....and their facility and property was gorgeous!! Radio should be back in 3 days!!Drove 100 miles there, WELL worth the trip...if you are on the other side of the country....this is your go to audio experts...Goldwing...Harley Davidson and everything in between! Kudos to the Sierra Family team! OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!UPDATE: dropped off Radio on Saturday afternoon. ...Monday afternoon received call repairs complete, works great, paid bill and it is being shipped back! NOW THAT IS FAST SERVICE!!!!

Took my 2008 Kawasaki Valcan 900 LT Classic to them about a month ago. Had them add the Boss MC420B speakers. Look and sound great. Added a phone holder and for about $225 have a great music/GPS system. The workers were great and down to earth.

Ive been going to Sierra Electronics for about 6 years and they are awesome! They are very reasonably priced and they always do an amazing job. They are very friendly and their quotes for pricing and timing of work are accurate (not to mention, they do great quality work). I recommend them to all of my friends. I have had some special circumstances that have required them to fabricate something from scratch to get something to work with my bike. I used to try local places to get some help with my electronic issues but the local places often could not help me or have told me that cant be done. Well, I just wasnt calling the right place because when I called Sierra, they knew how to get it done. They just have the best customer service and I have been happy with them every single time I have needed them. They rock! Id like to thank them for always being willing to help me out and for always going that extra mile that so many companies just arent willing to do anymore. Thanks!

Passing by on a trip when the helmet latch broke on the flip face. Randomly stopped in and they had a new helmet ready and switched the sound system into the New helmet. Quickly and graciously.Thanks for the great service.

I would never take my bike here again, They install like 5yr olds, Left bolts out of my bike, they uninstalled my tracker and left it out, left my battery cover with my $1000 tuner unbolted and rattling around, also ran a bright blue wire down the side of a black framed show bike (should’ve black shrink tube/loomed it like the power wires) also my system sounded unequal front/back. Manufacture said they needed to flash it right. They also installed my full size antenna under my front fairing after being told to use the proper antenna needed and I even tipped them $60 extra dollars. Never again would they touch anything I own. So aggravated with this place

I am fortunately able to make the trip to Sierra Electronics from Cincinnati and am ALWAYS pleased with the service I receive! Everybody there goes out of their way to make sure the customer is #1. This is the only place I will shop for electronics for my 06 Goldwing!

Called the company and spoke to a lady about sending in a 2012 Honda GL1800 radio. She told me they would be out of the office for a rally until the following week. I sent the radio in and five days later was returned to me refused! I called the service department and asked them why and they informed me they could not work on 2012 and newer models. Why I was not told this prior to sending it in I do not have a clue and the guy in serviced never once apologized for the error. Very matter of fact in that we simply do not work on these due to not having a wiring harness. Make sure you talk to service prior to sending your radio here as the front office is lacking in knowledge. Poor customer service in this regard.

You guys are the BEST!!! My garage door came down on my dual antennas on my goldwing on friday and bent them to hell. I jumped on your website and ordered the Dual black antennas for my gl 1800 friday evening. By monday morning my mailman had a surprise for me. 2 brand new black dual am fm cb antennas. I was in shock!!! SUPER FAST SHIPPING couldnt have asked for better service. I dont think i even had a chance to look up a tracking number.
