Nothing like the store I remember growing up I remember them having quality leather goods and now the stuff that they sell looks like it came from China and they act like theyre giving you a good deal with their signs everywhere saying 40 to 60% off but in reality youre getting garbage

I tried to return an online purchase but the store associates would not accept it because I did not have the original packing slip. I went back and checked the website and it clearly states: YOU MAY EXCHANGE YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE AT ONE OF OUR STORE LOCATIONS. YOU MUST PRESENT THE ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP, ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL, OR YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE RECEIPT. All three store associates were rude, and would not even consider taking my order confirmation email. I would never buy from that particular store. And I will never order from Wilsons Leather either. The customer service is a bit lacking. They should learn that the customer is always right.

The sales is the only thing thats good for this store or company but I shopped here a while ago and some short Latin girl I think she was the store manager and some tall boy was there and I was not greeted at all and was given attitude when I asked a question about a product. They would disappear for a long period of time basically anyone couldve stolen anything. It was very unprofessional and caught them making out and flirting in the back... I will NEVER GO BACK.

Really poor site with customer service, Refund not yer processed after one and half month after return. Customer service says contradict with the commitment and says confusing information.
