Pharmacy is great! Always the friendliest and most caring staff. Tonight Rusty was amazing. He went over and beyond helping my family when one of our kids was less than excited about getting a flu shot.

The store is nice. I’ve never had an issue with that part of this location. So, they get the star. I But The Pharmacy, on the other hand, makes you feel like an inconvenience. I’ve had 2 dental procedures in the past 3 months. Both times I’ve come to the drive through with the prescription for antibiotics and anti inflammatory medication. The first time I was told that it would be 3hours…I said, I’m in a lot of pain, and I just really need to go home and not come back out, I told them I would be happy to wait and drive back around, and they just looked at me like, “oh well…sorry ‘bout your luck lady.” Same exact thing today…except this time I was told it would be an hour….same look along with a shrug this time. I’m not entitled, but I am a waiting and paying customer. I thought that’s what the drive through was for? My insurance is CVS Caremark, otherwise I wouldn’t even consider using them. Very disappointed. They have plenty of money, and my lowly business doesn’t matter much to them, but I think I’ll take it elsewhere.

I gave u on CVS yrs ago. Just use Tyners. They make u feel better just talking to em. I give Tyners 5 stars

The pharmacy staff is very courteous, but Vickie is the most friendly and always goes the extra mile to help!

I was here on a short vacation and forgot one of my medications. The pharmacist, I think her name was Vickie put in the time and effort to get me the medication. I can not thank her enough.

This CVS although it was super hot on the inside of the store was great about how they handled both of my Vaccine shots. The staff did a great job and had someone up front to book and set the appointments and even help new people book appointments as well. Good job to CVS on how they have handled Covid as well. I barely had to wait before getting the shot.

Moved to Trussville recently and we’ve loved our experience with CVS pharmacy.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at the CVS. Wendy and Mackenzie went above and beyond providing good quality Care.

I don’t know about their actual pharmacy, but if I need something quickly while I’m on this side of town, this is my go to.

Pharmacy is unprofessional! They take forever to answer the phone and they do not have good customer service skills.

I’m not one to leave reviews often but I’m doing this to bring it to the attention of the staff here. I dropped off my prescription at 7:15 and she was so sweet and said they would be able to get to it before closing so I told her I would wait over on the side. She very sweetly made sure i was signed up to be notified via text. 30 minutes later I got a call they needed my Insurance Info. I went back to the window and they said they actually didnt and I asked her how long it would be and she said 15 to 20 minutes because they are 3 hours behind. I told her I would wait since I had already been waiting 30 minutes. She apologized and said OK and then 35 minutes later I was still waiting. I ended up leaving because I had my two-year-old with me who needed to get in the bed and will have to make a special trip back bar. I am now home and still haven’t been notified it’s ready which means it’s now been 40 minutes (on top of the 30 before they called me for insurance) since she told me 15-20. I feel that if someone is waiting in your parking lot, there would be some more urgency or a suggestion that i should plan to come back. There was no one else in the drive-thru and the parking lot was empty, so I am certain I was one of the only ones waiting on a prescription. This is just super poor customer service.

CVS is the worst. I rated 1star because there was not a 0 star option. They provide no customer service they make errors in filling prescriptions and say theyll fix it but they wont instead they will stall until you prescription runs out and refuse to fill your rx for diabetic and/or heart medications. I cant see how they stay in business. If my insurance provided any other option i would gladly use it.

I went to get a prescription filled yesterday waited 15 minutes while the entire pharmacy staff entertained a Im assuming regular customer who cursed every other word. After standing in the pick up line only one in line unacknowleege for 15 minutes I was told my prescription wasnt quite ready although it had been called in 3hrs prior. Showed up this morning at 8 so did 3 other customers who read online that the pharmacy opened at 8 to be told by the RIDEST young lady that Google has it wrong and we should check better. This entire location is horribleI will be taking my business elsewhere.

Plenty of parking, great customer service, prices are fair-high however if you have a discount card with them you can save a lot! Great place to shop during the holidays for gifts. They have a different selection than most places. I love their decoration aisle & as seen on TV aisle.

Telanna is amazing! She is always so willing to help us. I am a couponer (probably on the extreme side) and Telanna is always happy to assist. She knows the policies and what’s in the store. Sometimes even the price. And if she doesn’t know, she is quick about finding out. Most of all, she is PATIENT and even helps calculate when needed. We appreciate her so much and she makeS this CVS the best to go too. She makes the shopping experience wonderful!

FYI: The FB reviews are 3 out of 5. Jaime, the pharmacist, is the RUDEST, most UNPROFESSIONAL person Ive ever met. I have filed a formal complaint with CVS corporate. Last month, she had the nerve to tell me how incompetent and stupid the Walmart pharmacy was and yelled at their staff. Not to mention, she was rude to me, as well. Today, she was EXTREMELY rude to me again. Enough is enough. After being a CVS customer since the late 80s or early 90s, all my prescriptions, including my sons and parents prescriptions, are now transferred to Walmart. I will never visit CVS again. Great job, Jaime. What a mean and rude person you are!!! Hopefully, someone will start checking your reviews, watching store videos, and monitoring your phone calls. You shouldnt even have your job. Youre a disgrace!
