My experience with Dr. Lundy and her staff has been excellent.

Had a hearing test that showed I had lost some hearing. The worker was very kind, explained sime options I had that I should start thinking about. Nice visit.

Once you get in for an appointment it’s great but waiting 2 weeks to get in is outrageous. When someone is having hearing aid issues it should be same day service.

Dropped off a hearing aid for repair. Service was very good. Very satisfied.

I love the courteous, professional service. The staff is cordial, friendly and helpful.

The hearing aids that i have been back to factory several times for repairs. The hearing aid for the right ear at this time is such that the volume control does not work. The hearing aid for the left ear does not produce an audible sound so i do not wear the device. The hearing aids have never produced a highly audible sound. I recommend that you teach your programmers how to read a hearing test and appropriately program the hearing aids.

Kristi at Pattillo Balance and Hearing Center has treated me with a perfect balance of professionalism and compassion. She listens, explains, and adjusts to my concerns. I have worn two other hearing aids from other centers and she is the best.

We have visited other hearing centers and none of them have been as thorough and friendly as the ladies at Pattillo. Ashley and Kristi have been so helpful and patient with my dad. Since he is blind, he needs some extra instruction and time. These ladies have gone above and beyond to make sure my dad felt comfortable and happy with his new hearing aides. They truly make you feel like family!

Started fine well qualified staff, helpful overall very satisfied. It started going down hill with the charge for filters. I purchased a pair of aids for $7,000 they lasted approximately 4 years. They failed 2 weeks after the warranty ran out. I was told I could repair for $1,000 each and be warranted for 6 months, or replace for $2400 each. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND this product! I believe it is over priced. The staff is still very nice and tries to be helpful. I have changed hearing aids and got two for $3,000 with free batteries and filters. BUYER BE WARE!!!

They do a great job great service and very friendly I would use this location for anything hearing related.

I would like to be tested at your test site. I am conducting a research study survey. I feel that hearing is a very important tool. My main focus is based on the test and a series of asking questions about becoming a audiologist.

My experience has been great. The hearing specialist was fantastic, She knew what she was doing and did a great job in getting me fit for the best hearing-aids for ME. I was thinking that they would not be right for me. I was wrong and they are great. A little costly, but they are worth it.

Friendly, helpful people and good hearing aids. I enjoy the celebrity photos on the wall, and the care they take to rush my cleanings so that I do not have to dismiss my driver and call another driver later.

I AM SATISFIED EXCEPT WITH THE BACKGROUND NOISE. THE SERVICE IN THE OFFICE HAS BEEN GOOD WITH THE CLEANING.MY HUSBAND REX HAS NOT HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR SITUATION. His aids do not fit well and they still hurt his ears and they do not fit well behind his ears.

We are not happy with the experience that we had. Jim sold us my husband and I hearing aids and led us to believe that they were the best for us. $6000.00. We went back to tell him that we wanted a refund that we did not feel that we could hear any better and my husbands had broken several times already. We found that he was no longer with your company and had been replaced. The new doctor tried selling us new hearing aids and when I told him that we were not spending another penny, he more or less said he could not help us. We understand that you have now another doctor. We would not recommend this company.
