Jess in t or c is the most capable and knowledgeable staff member they have. Enrique is amazing. Thanks to them. They both need recognition.!!!!!! I do almost daily business at the t or c store.

They have what you need for home building supplies. A little higher dollar because theyre the only game in town.

Today was senior day so they were busy. But they did a good job of getting you what you needed and checking you out.

Yesterday was wonderful, today I received the incorrect pvc pipe. Employees are very helpful & courteous. Thank you.

Good variety of supplies and there the only lumber sales in TorC. The staff is amazing and very helpful.

Generally the best place in town for many repair, maintenance and construction items. I wish the guys in the lumber yard had a table saw. I needed a 4x4 cut down to a 3x4 to mount an air conditioner and they said they were unable to do it. Disappointing.

10/15/2020 - 2 p.m. This is LONG after the implementation of a mask REQUIREMENT by the Governor. Masks still optional for customers here. I was in line right behind a contractor looking right at me, maskless. The clerks mask wasnt covering her nose. The Wednesday number of coronavirus cases was at a new high for our state. And probably 1/2 Foxworth customers are seniors. But in the alternate reality here in Sierra County none of that seems to matter much.

This place was busy during the time we were buying materials but went pretty fast. Were very friendly and helpful. Thanks you Foxworth.

15 minutes to pay for 2 2x4s that were double the price of anywhere else they had 2 people helping the person in front of me and when the one asked the other to help me she says Ill help him when Im ready. But I guess when you have a monopoly on lumber you can test people how ever you want then after 10 minutes waiting for help in the lumber yard an employee finally shows up to help this is with only 2 customers in the whole store you charge 4.25 for 2x4x8 your closest competitor is 75 miles away at lowes they charge 2.52 for the same thing please explain how that is a competitive price. And you give the same response to every complaint. We will look into it. Your problem is if someone is a regular they get good service, if not they may complain and you respond by making excuses. Next time just apologize instead of calling me a liar. Its bad enough that I got bad service then I have to read this response that is worse than the bad service. You have created a culture of being rude in your company it starts with you and then works its way down. Why is it that you respond to every post about bad service with we are looking into it. And if there is any where else in t or c to buy lumber. Or is the next place 75 miles away. I said you have a monopoly in t or c. Not in the state. Who wants to drive 75 miles away to get better pricing and better service.

Although floor staff was very friendly and helpful, once I got to the counter to pay for my items Ive never been treated so rudely by anyone. Lady was very hateful,short with her non-answers and treated me like an idiot although Ive been in construction for 40 years and know her products better than she does. Hey,Ive actually USED many of her inventory in real life instead of just looking at pictures. Im relocating my remodeling business out of Colorado due to this exact type of attitude and will NEVER spend another dime here. Zero stars.

We are new to this area and went to your store on a Saturday afternoon. The lady at the counter was really nice and helped us find what we were looking for even though she was not sure of our description of what we needed. She took us to what she thought we were looking for.. Very friendly service and even welcomed us to the area. Will definitely be shopping here more.

After trying the local hardware store and getting nowhere I went to Foxworth in T or C. The man in the plumbing dept recognized my problem immediately and suggested a solution. I followed his advice and when I got home it took me only 10 minutes to fix my leak. Thanks Foxworth
