Always out of stock and the screen protector they sold me for 20 dollars didnt fit my phone and they wouldnt refund my money even though Juan could see it didnt fit my phone!!! I found a pack of 3 screen protectors plus camera protectors for 10 dollars on Amazon. Total waste of money at Metro pcs in TorC. I dont recommend.

Just went there a third time to switch over and again they didnt have the phone I was wanting. Everytime I call and ask if they have it in stock before I show up and they tell me they do then I get down there and they tell me they dont. Theyve also told me the first two times to show up on a certain day and that theyll have it in stock showed up and still no phone. Also the lady in the store seemed like she didnt know what she was doing. It gets really annoying when I go down there and I have to wait for almost an hour after being told on the phone that they have what I want then being told they dont after waiting. GET IT TOGETHERUpdate: I emailed the manager like he asked me to and still no response Im definetly taking my business elsewhere.
