Simply said Meghann Royston is the best, there have been many times when I have asked her to expedite delivery of my pallets due to short notice from the freight companies that I deal with and she has always stepped up to the plate and got the pallets here in time for my deliveries.I know that she cannot do this alone so I also want to thank the delivery drivers for getting the pallets here when I ask to have them delivered.I am very satisfied with service I receive from Rainer Pallet, that is what keeps me coming back over and over, I know there are other companies out there that offer a lower price on the pallets, but cost is not always the deciding factor in doing business with a company, at least not for me.Timely response to orders placed, delivery on time, delivery at all on an order that is less than a semi load, or for that matter delivery at all. These are the things that matter more than just price alone.Please continue this practice and thank you for the great service.

I have been working with TransPak for about 6 months now and they have been exceptional! Brent has been amazing in handling our requests and POs from stocking specific size pallets, creating specifically designed pallets to hold large reels and reel lagging. The work crew who lags (crates) our reels onsite has been professional and efficient.

The overseas network that Transpak has access to within their own company made moving our large equipment textbook from Portland to China. Kevin in particular is very knowledgeable in not only crating but also international transporting. He (and Transpak) kept regular communication throughout the move until the final destination. I have got to say, that the team at this location is fantastic. I work at an online art gallery and sell artwork all over the United States. I needed a large crate to ship a piece from the Seattle area and was able to easily coordinate from San Francisco to ship the artwork out in a timely manner. The customer service is incredible too, always responding in a friendly and quick manner.When I needed to be put in touch with another Transpak facility for another crate to be built, Andy Seppi quickly put me on an email thread with the people I should be in touch with- and he made sure that they got their crate out in a timely manner as well.Edit: Since my original review, I have used Transpak several more times in locations throughout California. I even needed a crate built in Texas and they didnt have a location that was close to the pick up and Andy put me in touch with a crate company they had otherwise heard of.I highly recommend TransPak in all of the locations I have used (Seattle, SF, San Diego and Los Angeles), and will continue to reach out to them first whenever I have a crating need anywhere within the US.
