They arrived in a timely manner. They were very friendly and professional. My cars interior was cleaner than before they replaced my windshield. They also made sure that I knew the exact time, when I could drive my car, as I told them I may have to drive to see a sick friend soon. Really happy with the service and my windshield looks great! Thank you!!!

They talked me in to replacing my windshield while getting my car serviced at dealership. Vehicle had whistling noise on freeway. They said they would happily repair but it was a nightmare getting them to come out. The first few times they said they would call and stop by my work. They’d call but wouldn’t make it when they said they would. Then my wife got them to make an appointment. They showed an hour later after we had left. Then we rescheduled again and they promised they would call before so I had 30 minutes notice. They never called and I waited around most of the morning and gave up. Then got a voicemail from them upset that I wasn’t there. The tech claimed he called but I had no missed calls or voicemails. They are super friendly but very disorganized. I gave up on having them repair.I have always used Dwight’s Glass and Tint on Speedway (they are amazing!!!!!) but tried 2020 since it was convenient at dealership. I’ve learned my lesson the hard way.

Probably the worst company experience of my life!!! Originally was approached at car wash to have my 2014 Grand Cherokee windshield replaced because of a small crack. I said okay, and the representative made the call and scheduled the appointment for the following day.My appointment was for 3pm and at 11am the following day the tech calls me asking if he could come early... sure no problem. Everything goes fine and he finishes in about an hour.Fast forward 2 days and my car is making HORRIBLE wind noise whenever it goes about 50 miles an hour. It’s this awful buzzing sound that almost sounds like a bee but can’t even be drowned out by max-level music.I call the company to have them come look at the windshield under the lifetime warranty. They make an appointment for two days from then.On the day of the fix appointment ... I never hear from the company. No one shows up, or calls to say they can’t make it. Just dead silence.I call the following day to see what happened, and apparently the schedule was full and they needed to reschedule (why tell me in the first place?). I reschedule for 3 days forward on Tuesday which is the technicians only other work day.Tuesday comes, and my appointment was supposed to be the first one of the day... I get a call at 10:45 (my appt was for 9am) that they are here. I walk outside and 2 men wearing a different auto glass company shirts are already digging into the car and windshield without me even being there. The whole situation made me super uncomfortable, as well as strange comments from the two men. Ultimately they told me I need to replace the cowl on my car, I said fine no problem but it took me 5 minutes of (their) story time... just to find out I can take it to the dealership. That’s fine! I don’t mind!!! I want the noise to stop and want to stop dealing with this awful company.TLDR: Save yourself time and headaches by using a different company - many offer cash back for windshields and this company does not, and has pretty awful customer service.

Had a windshield installed by this compay on my 92 ford escort, they came to my place of employment to replace the windshield. The install guy left ad soon as he completed the job I did not get a chance to inspect the windshield until after he was gone. I noticed the the cawl was cracked. My wife contacted the company the next day and was told someone would call her back. When no one called she called the next day and was given voicemail, she left a message and still recieved no call back, this went on for about a week. Finally I went to the companys office location and finally got someone to look at my vehicle. Im aware my vehicle is old but it has been cared for very well. The owner explained to me that because the vehicle is only and we live in arizona was the cause of the crack. After a lot of back and fourth I was finally able to show him the crack was caused by the install. Then I was told they would fix it and would call my insurance company to pay for the repair. I explained to him that it was not my insurance companys responsibility to pay for damage that his company caused. So finally after 3 more weeks they called me and told me they had gotten the replacement part and I could come pick it up. It was a used part but I just wanted my car fixed so I excepted the part. Then about 4 weeks later is began to rain and water began leaking inside my vehicle from around the windshield. The company has a lifetime guarantee on installation. I called the company and was told someone would come to my work to and look at my vehicle. For two weeks no one ever came, so I called the comapny back and was told someone would be coming. Another week went by and no one ever came. I have left numerous messages and still nothing. Now we are into monsoon season where it is raining almost daily and the inside of my vehicle is ruined. The sun visor is completely ruined with water damage, and the headliner has water stains and dmanage. They both have to be replaced now. Not to mention the horrible smell the vehicle has now from all the water coming inside and soaking into the headliner and carpet. I have given the comapny multiple chances to finx this problem, and can not get any help
