I first went to that location to get a Windshield replacement for our vehicle two years ago. I was very surprised by their price, and please by their professionalism over the phone. They did an amazing job and they charge me exactly what they quoted me. They told me that they would fix any crack for free if I were to get the windshield chipped.Fast forward to two years later, I got a big rock that cracked the windshield. Called them. Got me it. Fixed it. Did not charge me a dime.Those people are genuinely nice and I hope my review will help them get more business because I am very confident that you will be glad that you chose them too.

We brought both cars here for windshields about two years ago. Good price and had us in and out quickly.They recently repaired a crack for us. They only took a few minutes, did it for free, and its hardly noticable. These guys are great!

I had a chip that turned into a large crack and needed it fixed asap. I got online quote from safelite for $411. And wouldnt be available for 4 days. Got an online email quote from Auto Glass Now and was $160 and they went to my work and did it for me there the very next morning. Each person I talked to had excellent customer service and were very kind. And they will fill any chips for free since I bought a new windshield! Go here, theyre awesome!

These guys are great and were fast, efficient, and professional. They took care of me when the first windshield had some distortion, replacing it with a new non-distorted windshield at my convenience and their expense. Gotta dock ya at least two stars, though, for not wearing masks. We all know that wasing hands and sanitizing surfaces doesnt do jack sh*t to stop covid. Masks stop the spread. And no, its not your mask, your choice, as your sign also suggests. Read the news, people are dying next door.

Power window on my ancient but loveable 02 Durango went kaput on passenger side front. I remembered this shop as they fixed a similar problem on my daughters 08 Kia Rondo. The technicians name was Cory. A very nice, helpful guy. I picked up the part at OReilleys, the motor and guts for inside the door. Cory installed and fixed it in less than a half hour (maybe 15 minutes) and charged me a reasonable price. I was glad to have my window up as I drove off as its our monsoon season.

Did a great job except the rear view mirror was placed 3 inches lower than it should have been, impeding my line of sight somewhat. Still 5 stars for the convenience, maybe I can fix the rear view mirror myself?

I was skeptical because of the low price and the call center guy was less than impressive. However, I went into the shop anyway and am so glad I did. Cory was great, helpful and very personable. Safelite was gonna charge us $300+! Im so glad that we got our glass from Auto Glass Now cause the price for a front windshield is way cheaper then any other place in Tucson! I agree with most reviews here. The employees at Auto Glass Now are polite and professional, the shop is clean. I received prompt service, it took about 30 min to replace the back window on my Corolla, and I was given advice regarding the care for the new window.I paid about $45 less than the quote I got from Safelite. So far, Im satisfied with the quality of the glass and installation.Why only 3 stars? I ran errands later in the evening. I put groceries in the trunk and ended up with a little piece of glass sticking in my finger. On close inspection, I noticed that there is quite a bit of glass in the trunk. The glass fell into the trunk when the technician removed the broken window.So, here is the question everyone will have to answer for themselves: Pay an extra $45 to Safelite and be sure that there is no broken glass in the vehicle, or take the risk to get cut? Personally, I will pay the extra $45 and get that extra customer service the Safelite techs provide.

Needed a new windshield for my 2004 Honda Civic. Safelite quoted me $249 plus tax, disposal, etc. The guys at auto glass now got me in and out in under an hour, Were able to do a same day appointment just a couple hours after I called, and got me a new windshield installed perfectly for $155 total! It’s even a solar controlled windshield with the blue tint at the top. Very happy with this job well done.

On December 23, 2019 I went in and in an hour I had my Christmas I finally got my back window fixed for $185.00. I had called other places earlier in the year and they said they could not do it for a Station Wagon back window. I just was not sure on trying to get a window from the junk yard and then having someone else putting it in afraid of the hassle and it the glass got broken or stolen before someone could put it in. I had sort of resolved myself that I would have to spend my tax refund money on having the dealer do it for over four times as much. I always drive by Auto Glass Now and kept saying I have to call those guys. I am glad I did and I kept asking them are you sure because I was let down several times by other places earlier this year. As I am new to Tucson and also to all the car stuffs. I went online to find a place to change my windshield and found auto glass tucson. They were prompt on giving me a competitive quote and flexible appointment. I was impressed by the way they go about their job. The job was done in half hour and gave me a lot tips about the glass. I honestly will be going back to them if something happens again to any of my glass.

Beware this shops policy is if they break a valuable tool towards safe operation of your vehicle thats aftermarket this shop will not take responsibility and repair what they broke during installation. If you value your vehicle do not take it to this shop.

These guys are good and fast. I called ahead and when I arrived, I was out in 20 minutes. Its been a month and 5 drive thru car washes so far and no problems with the new windshield.

This was the first time I had a broken windshield from a flying rock. I was close to Auto Glass Now and pulled in. They set my appointment for the next morning and the price seemed fair. What I forgot about because of all the stress, was that I could have made a claim with my insurance. Auto Glass Now failed to ask me after I walked through the door if this was going to be a claim; otherwise it would have dawned on me I had coverage. Trying to make a claim with my auto insurance after the fact has created a complicated situation to settle. I would have given five stars if not for this oversight.

This glass company is by far the WORST place I have ever been to. Not only were they 2 hours late, they never had the decency to call and let us know. Additionally, there installer left our auto a mess, our driveway a mess and left 2 razor blades in our vehicle. My Daughter cut herself trying to clean everything up, not knowing the razor blades were left behind. He left old glass fragments all over our dashboard! One razor blade was left on our dashboard and one left in the driveway. He left the old material in our car.I am beyond livid with this company!Then the Mgr or Sales guy named Jeff calls me after the job is done and said my card is expired, to find out he had me confused with another customers credit card????This has now become a legal issue and I would NOT SUGGEST THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!*I am NOT the Consumer to ever complain about anything! By the way, I have pics. Ruined my Friday!
