I needed to repair a chip that was on my winshield. I called around 3:30pm on a Friday hoping they could squeeze me in. The person I spoke with was super friendly and was able to get me in. The technician Anthony arrived in 30 minutes after my phone call. He was very friendly and professional. He did a great job fixing the chip. I would highly recommend this place for any repairs/replacements.

Max Auto Glass came highly recommended by my friend so I thought I’d give them the opportunity to evaluate my cracked windshield. They immediately looked at the crack and due to its characteristics determined it needed to be replaced…it was huge and would be an eye level distraction. They immediately set up a claim with my insurance carrier after which Travelers approved. MAG came to my house the next day during the time frame agreed upon and within an hour I had a new windshield. Great Job to the entire team at Max Auto Glass that helped me!!

I wanted to wait a few days after the install to allow my new windshield to experience the automatic car wash before writing a review. It was the car wash that send me to Max Auto Glass after the pressure of the spinning brushes finally sent the various chips from the freeway into full on cracks from left to right. At that moment I knew my car was unsafe to drive and I started doing research. After reading many reviews that warranted the 4.9 starts Max Auto Glass received I felt it was best to call. I spoke to a customer service rep named Wendy who was more than I could have asked for. She was professional and efficient and helped me get the processing done through my insurances third party claim dept. Seriously, an absolute treat to have her in my corner. She got me set up the same day after confirming that they had a 2017 Honda Civic windshield available with factory tint around the rear view mirror. A gentleman named Anthony gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes out and I parked my car in a way to help him do his job in the shade. He explained what he was going to do and was finished within an hour tops. It could have even been 30 minutes for all I know, it was frictionless. He called my phone so that I can come outside an sign some paperwork when he explained the blue tape and drying time. He was a pro, he even rehung my aftermarket front driving camera wires. After being given a $50. gift card I was amazed at how awesome this relationship was. You dont get service like this now-a-days. Total win. I took the car to the automatic car wash today and zero leaks. Job well done Max Auto Glass. I will refer you to anyone whos looking for windshield replacement or repair. Keep up the fabulous work you do.

I dealt with Scott, Anthony and Darius. They were all great. Anthony came to replace my windshield and found that the below the surface, the side moldings were broken. He repaired one side but the other was unrepairable. He affixed it so I could drive back home (I live out of state). Darius located replacement parts the next day and within two days total, the whole thing was repaired permanently. They didnt charge for installation of the new moldings. I did have to pay for the parts, which was only fair. Thanks!

Initial 1 star rating for the quality of the glass used being extremely poor. The glass was extremely wavy, making it nauseating and dizzying to look through. This was not an issue with the previous windshield installed by a competitor last May, nor was it an issue with the factory original windshield. Now I’ve got to go through the hassle of fighting with Max Auto Glass to either put a higher quality windshield in or arrange through them or my insurance company for one of their competitors to replace their wavy windshield.The technician was fairly professional acting. Overall he did a decent job with the windshield replacement. Some aspects seemed careless and could’ve led to an accident that damaged the car. For example, he placed the wipers on the ground with the wiper itself touching the gritty pavement and then put them back on the vehicle without wiping them down which, if not addressed myself, could have led to the glass being scratched.Update: a week and a half later they finally got it right. Had a minor hassle from woman taking phone call explaining the distortion issue but they ultimately came back out and put a new piece in with less severe distortion. It had what looked to be scratches in the one corner and a black spot in the field of view on the inside of the window. The tech came back out a few days later and luckily it turned out to be just primer that he was able to scrape off.

My back window on our 2013 Jeep Compass was busted early Saturday morning. I didnt know who to call but I found Max Auto Glass online. I called at within a half-hour I had an appointment to replace the glass that afternoon. I appreciated the quick response and the great price. Count me as a customer for any car window needs.

The installer came to my home on time and repalxced the shattered rear window. He cleaned up all the broken glass and vacuumed the car as well. Neat and clean and on time. As far as price goes there is surprisingly little variance in price between companies. Three estimates were only a couple of dollars apart. So choose based on convenience and reliability.

Be aware that this is a mobile business that will come to you, and depending on the vehicle and the way that its parked or other reasons, the time to change the glass may vary, which puts the time of all future visits on that day by that technician up in the air. Since you dont need to be present when they change the glass, this isnt such a big deal. In my case though, I had them come to my apartment complex, which is gated, so I had to wait for them to show up. That was inconvenient, but the upside was that I got to watch the guy work, and while there were small glass shards created as the old windows glue was sliced through and the window pried off, I think that he did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.

The guy was friendly and did a good job. However, the painters tape that was used afterwards and had to remain on for 24 hours in the hot Arizona sun pulled the paint off of the roof of my car.

I highly recommend this company. I had an appointment between 10 and 2. They got to my house around 11:15 and was super friendly. It took only about 30 minutes with a $50 American Express Gift Card that was ready to go and activated after they finished. Ill use them again in the future.
