We had a great experience with Reliable Glass, mostly because our technician JJ was an absolute pleasure to meet and work with. He called us to let us know when he was on the way, and arrived with a big smile and eagerness to help us. His repair of our windshield chip on our RV was super fast and effective. It took no more than 15 minutes! He was friendly, fast and professional. We enjoyed chatting with him about RVing and the area. When I called to make the appointment, I was pleasantly surprised with a friendly customer service rep who was very willing to get me set up quickly with a next day appointment! Even though we were in a remote area, they didnt hesitate one bit to get someone out to help us right away. Highly recommend to anyone with a glass chip, crack or other necessary glass repair!! You can really tell they value customer service - just one more great review for them!!

Very kind and easy people to work with. The answered all of my questions patiently. This is the first time I’ve gone through the process with getting my auto glass replaced through insurance and they made it simple and totally easy! What a breeze! Our technician also removed the stickers/parking permits/safe driving beacon from the old windshield and mirrored the placement on the new one. If I were to give the experience just a few words I would say: patient, professional, courteous, and grateful!

Reliable Glass saved the day for me and did so professionally and amicably. I had no insurance coverage to replace my Veloster windshield and they gave me a great price far less than what my insurance company quoted for me. The installer, Nathan, was also professional and courteous - and fast! And they came to my location in an expedient manner. I absolutely will highly recommend them!

Arizona is such a bad place for windshields and I had a huge some thing put a baseball sized circle in my windshield. It ends up being a special factory only windshield that requires calibration. Despite all of the special conditions, Reliable handled it flawlessly with no cost or effort from me. All I had to do was show them my insurance card and They did the rest. Because of the calibration, I had to go into their location. It was only 10 minutes from my house and the job was done in less than an hour. Again, flawless experience from beginning to end.

Called before arrived, arrived on time, let me know what they were doing, did it and let me know once completed. Friendly, helpful and great communication. I will definitely use them again. Even when I left a message, I got a call back promptly. Hope I dont need them, but since I drive in AZ, Ill use them again when my windshield needs attention.

In addition to putting in a new windshield, the provider also did the re-calibration for the safety mirror on the front windshield. This was a great timesaver for me. A really professional installer and good quality. Warranty is for as long as you own the vehicle. I highly recommend. In Gilbert not Tucson.

We had to wait on GM to get the glass because there was no other supplier. The good news is Katie & DeeDee did a great job keeping me updated. On the day of installation Steven was right on time and did a great job installing the glass and calibrating the electronics. Great experience!

The Reliable Glass team was outstanding. In addition to the windshield, I asked if they would (for an additional charge) replace the cowl around the base of the windshield. The answer was, Of course!; somehow the wrong cowl was ordered for the install but Reliable reordered and rescheduled, and in just a few days both jobs were completed. They communicate extremely well - I recommend them and will use them again.

Was easy to schedule and the receptionist was very personable and knowledgeable. My tech John arrived on time, was very professional. This was a better quality windshield than my last replacement (in OR). My last windshield barely had any tint up top and this was more like the original windshield I had on my truck. John was even kind enough to put my glovebox back together from when the dealer replaced the cabin filter and lost a screw making it fall out when opened. 1) Rep never arrived first thing in AM as promised.2) We had to contact the office to get updates on ETA.3) Rep did not have mask on when first came out of truck.4) Rep was licking glove fingers and applying fingers to back of suction cups.5) Rep did not drill out windshield chips.6) Rep never changed gloves before entering the inside of car to heat windshield.
