I have worked with Tucson Awning and Screen a few times with previous homes. I love their work and they stand behind their product. Recently I had a really large job and they did an amazing job. You do have to wait a while to get the product and have the service done, but in the end it is worth the wait.

It took over 3 weeks to get 3 window screens re-screened. Every time I called after the promised-by date, I would be given another promised-by date and the cycle would repeat. I would have appreciated being told in the beginning that they did not have time to do the work instead of taking my money.

I have been using Tucson Awning and Screen for all of my screen needs since 1994. They have been in business a long time and have earned repeat customers by providing excellent service and products. The staff knows their products and provide solid recommendations for their customers. When I have taken in broken screens, they made new ones that fit perfectly the first time. I am new to town and I wanted some kind of shade structure for my house. When I went to Tucson Awning the lady was nice and knowable and gave me some ideas showed me some projects. I liked what I seen so I made an appointment. The guy came and spent time with me and answered all my questions. We ended up doing something that I didnt even think of and I love it. Great place to do business. The best part is its a family small business and they bring pets to work with them.

Went and got an estimate from them. The town I li e in does not have an awning place. Estimate was for $2400. Went to Arizona Awnings in Phoenix job will cost $750. Willing to make the extra drive to save $1600.

I have been going to Tucson Awning for years. They have always done me right. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend them all the time. Great place to get screens done and to find older harder to find parts. They have a great selection.

Today, I needed a job repair for a 16 feet long awning, Tucson Awning & Screen Co. installed with other ones as well as installing solar screen in large porch 20 year ago. No matter how difficult it was finding replacement hardware, with competence and grace, Tucson Awning & Screen Company went extra miles between phone calls, visiting the site job, sending employees back and forth an outside Tucson area to do the job. Without Tucson Awning & Screen Co.I would not be enjoying again my awning. In todays market it is rare finding a company willing to spend time to fix a job done 20 years ago for its customer, Tucson Awning & Screen on Miracle Road Tucson did it. I am not one to write reviews and I did read the ones to this specifically the negative ones and the negative ones are 100% correct worst customer service ever they set the time frame for the product to be completed and couldn’t finish the product because it was never started...they all looked at each other as if it was someone else’s fault for it not being completed on their time frame....one employee mentions she does not read the reviews for her family owned business... I would have been better off going to a big bought store.

I have been doing business with Tucson Awning for years. The employees there have always been helpful. They have hard to find parts for glass doors, screen doors, and windows. They are always nice and welling to go the extra mile to help.

Tucson Awning & Screens gave our 9 yr old retractible awning a brand new lease on life by flipping the fabric around and cutting and trimming a new valence from a strip of unused fabric at the back of the role. We are thrilled with the result and would highly recommend Kelly and Matt and everyone who worked on our project. They also refurbished a huge pair of Milgard screen doors that havent worked in years due to settling over that header. Now we can maximize the use of our beautiful patio once again. So pleased!

I was in the field over seeing a large job. We like to give our customers direct and personal attention while doing their job. Our work load is so full we are approximately 6-8 weeks out. This is how we stay in business. We are also a small company, the week that you called my only salesman was on vacation. There for his schedule filled up fast, this is why we were running about two weeks out on estimates. How ever Cory because of your irate and un-professional behavior over the phone I do not think that we would of been able to help you.

I called 5 times to get someone out to quote a screen porch. Never got called back. My last call to Tucson Awning and Screen the lady on the other end of the phone told me that anyone can set an appointment and was wondering why I was put off to someone else (who apparently is never in the office and never returns calls). So, the appointment was finally set and she told me it is going to be 2 weeks before anyone can get there to even look at the job! AFTER BEING PUT OFF SO MANY TIMES!!! I even wonder how this company has any customers. I am a contractor and they will never get a call from me again.

We have been clients of this company for approximately 20+ years and have always been completely satisfied with their services and personnel. They are service-oriented and especially customer-oriented!

Someone was supposed to come between 9-10 am. It is now 10:45 and no one has showed yet. I called at 10:00 and they said he was on his way, oh well

I had my screens done here. friendly staff. I will go back

Ive given up on contacting these people. Ive called, emailed and no one ever gets back to you.
