First time ever being here and I have to say that they are nice courteous very friendly and are excellent at his school when you have an idea but need help filling in the holes it comes to designs on wraps as there going to wrap some parts of my wife’s truck with military themed graphics I like them a lot and did not feel unwelcome very much the opposite from the moment you enter there store more pics will come after there work is done this is one of there shop jeeps love the color you should go but understand there’s a wait list for the shop time since summer is coming

Great job wrapping my car to my liking, still get compliments a year after getting my wrap.

They wrapped the hood on our 2002 Z28 and it looks awesome! It didnt go perfect but they fixed the problem in the end with no hassle. Its been about three months since the wrap and it still looks awesome as you can see in this resent picture.

Poor customer service, took my trailer and to get rap, provided photos and everything they needed the same day. Two weeks went by and never heard from them. Finally called, they said they were working on the design. Another 3 weeks went by, called them again.they sent me a photo of a design that came up with which I liked. Just wanted a small change in the size of the phone number. Two more weeks went by called them again I told them I really needed this trailer wrapped done. Told them I needed to finish up within a week and a half. They said they would have it done for me the following Friday. Never heard back from them. Complete waste of time.

If you are the little guy/girl at the bottom of the WRAP chain RUN!! From the color matching to the install, let’s not leave out customer service/honesty they get NO STARS! Theyre limited on colors and lack the skill set needed to matching colors in the shade vs in the light. My hood was red on a cloudy day of the install by the time I get to my designation and the clouds disappeared my hood was ORANGE! I drove back to see if there were more options, that would be a NO! Drove to a competitor where they were able to match the accents to my vehicle perfectly! Thank GOD for the color mishap, as the competitor removed the wrap it was discovered that someone had taken a blade to my $50.000.00 vehicle and scratched up my hood! I was told by the installer at Centerline my hood had imperfections and he needed to smooth them out to get the wrap to lay flat (Not acceptable). I asked why I was not informed, it’s because you gave your approval the installer said. After I set him straight, he declined to comment. The owner payed for the paint job and after dropping off the invoice, I was told on 2 occasions (one being the day of the sticker install that I paid out of my pocket), I called Centerline to confirm they said no problem. Well that was until someone showed up for the check and was told by JAKE at Centerline the check would not be issued. We were told they could have done the work cheaper and if I want someone else to do the work, I would have to pay out of my pocket! Wow, these folks are a piece of work and so am I!!!! Thats why a complaint was filed with the AG in Phoenix!My rebuttal to Centerline comment:What a disgraceful company. Yall need to get your lie straight. Either I wanted to cover up scratches or the large damaged area on my hood?? To think all of this because you all decided not to pay for my Rubicon stickers as told by Jake and thats because you could have done it cheaper. May I remind you as told by the owners sister, the only colors of red made by 3m was what you had on display which I paid in advance before the application. After going to the competitor I find out that too was a lie. 3m has an abundance of red colors. So basically you had no intention of giving me what I asked for. You racist cowards took my money, scrapped my vehicle plopped an orange wrap on my vehicle and sent me on my way. After the unveiling of the damages caused by Centerline I immediately drove my vehicle back to your location. Too bad no one had the balls to confront me on the so called damages I caused to my vehicle. If you had I would have called the police and had it all documented.Statements have been submitted on my behalf to our local bbb so I would suggest before doing business with this racist company you may want to do your homework and document everything, a police escort may be necessary. As for the $700.00 that was paid for your screw up, make sure you have the cancelled check, the excuse you gave the bbb of not documenting the damages to my vehicle (would it be because there werent any) not going to fly with whats to come AND because you havent replied to the allegations submitted to the AG dont worry Im sending all your comments from bbb and online. FYI, TUSCON has no room for racist businesses like yours.Your welcome!

I was very happy with the job Centerline did installing a chrome window trim blackout kit on my car.

Love love love these guys!! Their logo decals are printed on unused corners of wrap material used on the cars. This wrap is so amazingly durable, the logo decal survived being in a car fully engulfed in flames! Barely burnt edges!! This just happened this July! I was there.See photos

5 stars. Didnt even have an appointment when I walked in on Monday morning. Discussed alittle bit about what I wanted with a nice girl up front, wrap of some kind on the roof of my Mercedes E class. A guy from the back walked up from and went outside with us to check It out. He did a simple measurement and showed me an example of carbon fiber on an employees car. I decided to go with just gloss black. They took the car back right away and It was done in 50 minutes!!!! A near flawless job well done. A few small bubbles which is expected, they were easy to push down, didnt have to scrape em out and all that. They said the sun will shrink it to the surface, and it did! Awesome little things you can do to really change the appearance for about 250 bucks.

I went there with a simple design for my back window in January. Was told they are super busy and would take my name, number and email and contact me in March. Its May, still havent heard from them so I took my business to a different company and it was put in place on my car in a day!

Paint is dead! After being embarrassed for far too long by the horrible sun damage on my vehicle, I decided to get a paint job. As I called around and asked about pricing I remembered why I had put it off for so long...it was very expensive and I had to give up my daily driver for a week or longer. A friend mentioned his employer wrapped their vehicles since it was less expensive and faster than a paint job. I researched a few wrap companies here in Tucson and decided to go with Centerline Wraps. The quality of work was impeccable and the turn around time was super fast!I am extremely happy with my wrap and will always recommend Centerline Wraps to everyone I know!

This place does good work, but, customer service is the least of their worries. Its absolutely horrible. I went to centerline wraps 4 months ago with a design they said they needed to approve it. It has been that long and they ended up placing my paperwork in the wrong stack. That was after the 5th time I called. They will only take your name and number and say sorry and forget about you. I dont recommend this place at all. The front desk people are disorganized and not reliable. Go to real professionals. Save your time and money.
