Very friendly staff and super quick getting back to me with quotes. They had the job finished and custom packed for me before any other sign shop I called even had a bid ready for me. They also have gone above and beyond to help me out with unique dilemmas I’ve gotten into in my sign painting business.

Great Service, if you need signs or Business cards...This is the Place

Do NOT USE this company. They WILL NOT DO THE WORK, LIE, and CHARGE YOU EXTRA for it.On March 4th, I emailed Signarama for a custom sign. Signaramas owner, Doug, replied with the layout in a timely manner on the same day. I paid my deposit of around a thousand dollars and he emailed me the receipt, informing me that he would contact me when it comes to installation. However, he did not and I was not informed at all as to when exactly the sign would be installed. Instead, I received an invoice on March 8th and was told it was already set up. I drove up to the location to check on the final work. It was not only installed without me knowing, but since it was in the afternoon, I could not see if the light worked on the sign. Later in the night, when I realized the light did not turn on at night, I contacted them about the matter. They sent someone to check to see if the timer was working properly. He told me that it could be that the timer did not set properly and he said it will be ready to light on at night. Again, that night, the light did not turn on. I kept calling at least 3 times to get this matter settled. Debra, the office staff, informed me that the company is short of manpower, so I waited patiently thinking that the pandemic often causes delay.Out of the blue, on August 3rd, Alex called and claimed to be the sign guy who was immediately on his way to my business to check on the sign. He did not give me any notice and I was forced to cancel a prior engagement with a client to accommodate him. The next day, I received another invoice of $150. I asked Debra why I was charged additionally when they never set up my sign properly in the first place and was told he was working on my sign for an additional 2 hours onsite which costs that amount. I know Alex was barely there for an hour, because he told me that he was only going to be spending a couple more minutes before I left to attend something else..To this day, THE SIGN IS STILL NOT WORKING (and today is October 11th)... I have given them months of my time to address the matter and paid around three thousand dollars for UNPROFESSIONAL, FRAUDULENT service. They have expressed it is not their responsibility that the sign does not light up even though THAT IS WHAT I PAID FOR and constantly charges additional fees for fixing the sign they never installed properly.

These guys are the best.. After a horrible experience somewhere else these guys took great care of us. Debi and Doug are awesome.. Will take all our vehicles to them..

Signarama is terrific. Whenever I go there, I dont get what I envisioned, they do much better! Very reasonable prices and great service.

This place is great! Doug is always helpful with the projects I have going on and always has the best advice to move forward. Debi has great customer service and always a pleasure to talk to. Id definitely recommend to anyone who needs fast, professional service and competitive pricing!

I have had several print jobs done by these guys, they have always made any time lines I had and the print work is excellent. Before I tried these guys I had gone to a competitor and had the print job done, thd other place was highly recommended, however the quality of work was awful, there was visible banding across our logo the colors were off and over just poor quality. When I got the proofs back from signarama after that fiasco, I was impressed the logo from Signarama looked exactly how we imagined it would look. The staff is also super friendly and very personable. We now use them for all of our print work. Ty signarama.

Ive had all my signs done by Signarama. I wouldnt go anywhere else! These guys know what they are doing, and get it done right the first time at a great price. I highly recommend them!

Absolute worst customer service ever. I came to this establishment in hopes of getting business cards for myself and my employees. It took over two months of me stoping by weekly to get a little progress done on them. After these two months of droping by I finally had enough when I was told they were printed but not picked up yet. Since I called about the absurd time it took, still nothing has been done. I still don’t have business cards and no one has tried to make it right. Vista print will do what I need in a week or less. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU ENJOY WAITING FOR NOTHING.
