Great local family owned RV store. All the sales staff was very helpful, including the owner who came to thank me for purchasing our RV from them, Im pretty sure I talked to all of them while I was waiting for my trailer to come in. Chris went over and above to answer all my weekly questions. Ask for him when you go in.
Just signed my papers for a rv everyone is so friendly and respectful. Wonderful place if your looking for a get away on wheels
Went to trade my 2021 fifth wheel worth 57k. They offer me 39k for it. I wanted a 2017 fusion or the 2016. They wanted 80k with water damage and much more. Mine has warranty and is in perfect condition. Both units are not worth 50k with all the damage. They will sell those units as is with water damage. Be careful community these units have a lot of water damage and they will not offer you even close to what your trade in is worth. The sales department said “we buy your unit low and we sell high, this is the business we are in.”
Awesome 😎👍, did I say awesome already. We came in with a list of items and they were efficient, highly communicative on everything and even finished early. Stephanie gets two thumbs up in service customer service and Aaron gets two thumbs up and two big toes up. He was over the top with his knowledge and service. Very pleased and highly recommended.
Bought a used fifth wheel from Freedom RV and the process from start to finish was top notch. Aaron guided us on the final walk through and was spectacular in answering all our questions. Freedom RV did everything they said they were going to do and beyond. Would definitely recommend buying from them.
Purchased a used travel trailer from Freedom RV in February. They were kind enough to let me store it there till May. I just picked it up week ago. The people here are awesome. Took very good care of me and had my trailer ready when I arrived. I stayed in it on their lot for couple of days taking care of things and learning how to use the trailer. They taught me all I needed to know to get me feeling confident and ready to go. Can’t say enough how good this company is. I definitely recommend them and believe they go above and beyond in their service. Very professional, helpful, fair price and take extra care of their customers!!!So glad I got my trailer here . Am a newbie in all sense of trailer life but very happy with my trailer and service I got here. Way to go : Freedom RV😍😊😀keep up the great work!!
Let us look at trailers we liked some of them. But no one would do any paperwork to see if we could Purchase the trailers that we looked at. So you lost 33,000
We sold our truck and camper on consignment through Freedom RV. They sold it in less than a week and the transaction on our part was so easy. Mario was patient and answered all of our questions. If you are selling an RV, this is the best company to use.
I think the world of these people. I wouldnt let anyone else work on my trailer. Friendly service and 1st class repairs. They know what theyre doing.
Very professional, super nice. And very helpful. I got what I wanted for a great price.
As most of these reviews say the sale process was great. We bought a 2011 NewMar motor home. The day we got it home something went wrong with the AC. So we brought it back and over a week later we went down to see what was going on. Because nobody ever answers the phone. Come to find out the part was there but they lost it. And of course no one called us.A few days after that we went back down and told them we needed something done because we live in it. All of a sudden the part appears. Apparently they fixed it that day. Finally got it home and it was still the same problem. Brought it back again and got a bunch of double talk. They said it was something with the fan. Did what they said and same problem. Now we’re getting someone else to look at it and they can pay for it.
I have attempted to contact your highly acclaimed service dept now 4 times since Thursday July 29th 2021 it is now Monday Aug 2 nd and no response. I have left two voice messages, which is all you get when you call and ask for service. I have made 4 phone calls and left 2 voice message over 3 business days. What is your SLA ? I made one phone call to CAMPING WORLD I and have an appointment set.
Really nice guys will work to get you the right r v
We needed to have some work done on the Ventana. I was looking at the Mother ship. But after much debate we chose Freedom rv in Tucson AZ. Outstanding is an understatement. I had 16 items before we got there, added on a few the day of. Super accommodating for us with our 14yr old lab. They advised on some things, vs just doing it because I asked, saving us money. Super reasonable on fees. Even got us out a day and a half early. They scheduled us through tomorrow and we were on the road by 1pm today. The technicians were outstanding, patient and efficient. We may just have to make them on the route for annual service instead of Indiana. Just wanted to get the word out.
Rich was awesome. We will definitely be back when we are ready
Awesome environment sweet deals these things have everything
We purchased our Keystone Trailer 6 months ago, the sales process was good and our salesman Gordon was easy to work with. Sadly that is where the good ends.We have used the trailer 3 times since we purchased it and have had major issues each time. Electrical, battery, toilet, plumbing valves, Stabalizer and the latest being a major break failures. On the way home form Colorado passing through Gallop NM a break assembly came apart and locked up the break. After spending several hours trying to find someone to repair it to get us home we did find a repair company.I called Freedom to let them know what was going on and was told to bring them an invoice and the parts and they would see if they could get me reimbursedGot back to Tucson ant took the parts, trailer and invoice to Freedom. Was told they would turn in a warranty request and let me know what they will do. When suggesting maybe they should stand behind what they sell and take care of it I was told they just sell them its not their fault their fault if they break all the time. When I explained that I did not buy the trailer from Keystone, I bought it from Freedom and it f there is an issue I will take it up with them. What they work out with Keystone is between them and Keystone. So much for standing behind what they sell. The trailer was dropped of today to Freedom unfortunately Devan was not there, after getting a bunch of lip service from a general manager who is very full of himself and clearly believes he has a captive customer base I left the trailer there. I will be picking the trailer back up Sat fixed or not. If not fixed I will have repairs done elsewhere and amend this review accordingly.
We made an appointment 2 months in advance to check our camper brakes because trailer fault message appeared on truck when we braked, but only when the camper was attached. The repair person attached a device and told us it wasnt the camper, it was a truck problem. They never looked under the trailer or the wiring. Because we were trying to get home to Wisconsin after 5 months in AZ and couldnt get into any of the Ford dealers in Tucson, we drove to Sierra Vista on a Friday and stayed at RV park until Monday, took Ford truck to dealer. After 3 hours and $115, it was NOT the truck, but the camper. RV repair found burned wires, worn brake magnets and bearings. After $770.00 and a long day, they fixed it. The RV shop could not believe Freedom missed this problem. We will never deal with them again. We had bought the 5th wheel AND the truck from them in 2014. When I called them, all the said was Im sorry Didnt even offer to reimburse the $200 we paid for camping and Ford diagnostics
We purchased a new 2019 Forrest River motorhome from Freedom RV in May of 2020. The sales person was fantastic. We needed to have warranty work done right after we had it out the first time. I will rate a 5 star to Dusty who works behind the counter for her very professional work and quick response. I will rate a 1 star for the service of the work done by the technician. This motorhome has been returned back to the shop 3 times for the same problem, and still has not been resolved.
These guys are amazing. We will never buy another RV anywhere else. Sales guys are terrific, and were able to answer all of our questions. We met Devin, the owner, and he was warm and engaging and obviously was concerned with not only our sales experience, but also our camping experience. Freedom bent over backwards to get us as great deal on our new 5th wheel and we are so grateful! Thanks Freedom RV!
This was a big sale at Freedom RV this weekend. What fun!!! There were plenty of campers to choose from, new and used. The prices seemed pretty good, the salesmen were not pushy and there was a delicious free bbq lunch provided along with free tasting from other vendors. Thank you Freedom, for a nice day!
So were to start, The sales and Finance staff were friendly and professional and that is why I gave a 2 star review instead of a no star review. My advise if you are going to purchase from freedom RV is to make sure to do your own or if possible a third party inspection of your coach or trailer. I know you purchase AS IS (for used)but when you are told that somethings work (appliances, yes more then one) and they do not then that falls on quality control.I assume since the beginning of this pandemic freedom like many other RV dealer ships our selling faster then they can get units in so when in comes to turn around things are getting missed or just blatantly over looked by the department that does these steps. To sum it up on my used couch I purchased a few months back, I had to order a new $550plus microwave( never worked from the get go, lights up turns but does not heat). Replace refrigerator thermostat (freezer gets cold but does not freeze, refrigerator cools but not even enough to keep food safely in from the get go, hopefully replacing the thermostat will take care of it, I hate to have to buy a new refrigerator to.The couch over heats when you go over 55mph ( on a flat hwy between 15/1700 rpms) I have to take that in and figure it out. They did offer me the chance to purchase around an $1800.00 inspection service prier to delivery and I declined because I was told(by more then one and several times the couch was safety inspected and that all appliance work. There was a few other issue such as the generator stop working when we first got home with in hours(gummed up) and they did fix for $300 plus. Along with the front AC which they were happy to take care of for another$300 plus. In which I had then another person (company)re Service the AC ‘works great now‘I did call and left a message with the manager in which he did call me back and left a message with me. I did reply with another massage but no reply back yet(phone tag and it’s only been about 2 weeks so any minute now)‘JUST HAVE YOUR PURCHASE INDEPENDENTLY INSPECTED’ be fore you sign, most likely it would be less then $1700/1800ish.
I purchased a camper from them 2 years ago and received a great deal from them. I had a problem with the landing gear and they fixed it under warranty without any question. And the staff were helpful and extremely friendly. This is a great establishment.
Couldnt wait to sell me an rv. But that was why I was there
No pressure sales staff, let us walk through and explore at our own pace!
Husband and I came in to look at some RV’s. Ready to purchase. Front desk was helpful everything else was not. Salesman came showed us 2-3 said he was going to get paperwork and never came back. We finished walking the lot and with no prices on the RV’s we ended up looking for information on their web site while in the RV. No one around to help. On the way out is when we saw the salesman again and got the paper. Went to cactus RV where they were extremely helpful and bought there the same day. Was very disappointing.
Really great products were awesome and staff were amazing and nice
Called on April 2nd to have work done on my older 5th wheel, scheduled an appointment for the 22nd, had some additional work that I wanted done, tried calling and just received a voicemail, left a message with my name and number last Tuesday the 6th and then again on Friday the 9th, it is now the 14th and I still have not received a call back. Not good customer service, I have now scheduled appointment with someone else that actually called me back the same day.
This is the best place to go for RV service. We are always treated with courtesy and respect. These are people you can trust with your home on wheels.
Great people! They did a wonderfully job. Very helpful. Thank you Stephanie for everything!
I stopped in to get some information on an upgrade to my rv. Front office, everyone was compliant with wearing face coverings.Went into the service area and one one was wearing face coverings. Started to talk to a service guy,as I kept distancing from him since he wasnt wearing a mask. I told him due to my age I was vulnerable to covid-19. Mentioned my concern that he was not wearing a mask at least 4 times. He ignored my comments and finally said would I be more comfortable talking outside?I left. Dont you folks understand what a pandemic is??? surely you cant be that ignorant.
Guys always stay busy and they turn out some very beautiful equipment
I went to this RV dealer after seeing one of my favorite travel trailers on sale. I was supposed to meet with a salesperson that I had spoken to on the phone. She was unavailable so a different person said he would help me. He was not helpful and down right rude! He was dismissive and unable to even help me with the storage options of the unit took me to instead of the one I wanted. When he found out I was financially challenged, he got very rude and even got another man into the conversation who was trying to tell me a credit score of 800 would be better. I cut him off at that explaining that if I had an 800 credit score I wouldnt be talking to them about financing. This was the worst place I have been to get!
Freedom RV is a breath of fresh air. No pressure, good follow up, lives up to their word, negotiate to a fair price. My wife and I traded in a fifth wheel on a used motor home. We negotiated the deal including some upgrades. I was hesitant to purchase their PDI program due to the cost but when I finally listened to what the program included it was a no brainier. They went through the entire MH front to back and either fixed or replaced items including tires and batteries due to age plus did maintenance services as well. Eric in the shop was great to work with and has even been helping on follow up items after the sale. They do not kick you to the curb once you drive off their lot.The in service experience was also very good. They have a very experienced person go through everything with you and will spend as much time as you need to cover systems.I rarely rate business but this experience needed to be rated as I know how hard it is to find a very reputable RV dealer. This is family run and they really care about their customers.
Devin I didnt rate you one star ever. Your device department has always take extreme personal care of me and toyhauler. Stephanie is a shining star at freedom rv, shes awesome because the distance involved (I live in San tan valley) she makes sure every smallest detail is take care of. One star wasnt me. 5 for sure
Had the toilet I needed after checking 3 other places. A couple small parts were missing and Frank in parts got right on the phone with the factory and they are sending replacements.
I wish I could give this company 10 stars! After trying to get warranty repairs done on our Newmar at 3 other places, from Lake Havasu to Mesa, we finally were sent to Freedom. What a breath of fresh air!! So efficient and capable. They made our repairs quickly and wouldnt let us leave until they were sure they had fixed the problem! Huge thanks to Stephanie, Daniel, Brad and all the crew that makes this place so wonderful!
We purchased a used Newmar in Florida. Over the next couple of months we made a list of the little things that were wrong with it. It was extremely hard to find someone that knew how to fix things right the first time. After calling the factory, we found out that Freedom RV was the top rated service center around. It took three weeks to get an appointment. Once the RV was in the shop Dusty assigned Lucas to be the mechanic. Lucas was able to find and repair most of the problems that the other people missed. A malfunctioning oven turned out to be a loose electrical connection. That alone saved our rig if not our life. He was able to replace a slide motor and the only thing that he was unable to fix was because the part was a week away. I was shown exactly what to do to complete that repair. They might be a little hard to reach because they are so busy, but well worth the wait.Dusty Sharp is the service advisor that has more knowledge about RVs than most mechanics. Lucas is the young mechanic that seems to be able to do miracles.I highly recommend Freedom RV.
Giving them 1 star as I am unable to give 0. We live in our 2020 Newmar Dutch Star model 4369 when while traveling to our winter destination we lost shore power. Called Newmar and they said its either the transfer switch our the power cord reel, so go to Freedom RV in Tucson for the best possible experience with service. Called Freedom RV service and they could not have cared less, first appointment to even look at it is 2 weeks out, and they dont stock either part and will not order it until we arrive for our appointment. While waiting in an area rv park a mobile rv tech who lives in the park observes that we are running our generator (its 110 degrees during the day), he asks if we would allow him to look at the rig, of course we agreed, within 15 minutes Caleb has the problem identified as a defective power cord reel...fast forward Newmar will not authorize mobile tech to fix issue as it is warrenty work. Called Freedom RV to share the cause of trouble, but again the they dont have the part and will not order until after our appointment. We paid the mobile tech to cut out the power cord reel and wire the cord directly to the transfer switch, it was less than 30 minutes work. So if you need service while in the Tucson area skip Freedom RV cause they dont care, they dont have to.
Great service and friendly no hassle good selection
Just bought a toy hauler and had an awesome experience. Eric from sales was awesome. He was very helpful and patient. He took the time to answer all the questions we had. Very professional. When we went to pick it up Adam was awesome. He took the time to answer all the questions and showed us everything we needed to know on how to use it. Had a great experience.
Eric called us back about setting our new car for flat towing. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. We dropped our car off today and Stephanie took great care of us. I will follow up on work to be done
These guys are great!!!! All of them!!! Keith, Nestor, Hugo, Aaron, Gordon, Angela, etc..from sales to service. We were very satisfied. Just finished the walk through of our new RV with Aaron Very imformative and complete. He took his time and answered all our questions. No pressure with sale. We drove here from San Diego and it was well worth it!!! Thank you Freedom RV!!!
This is a great RV dealer and repair shop. Dusty in service is very helpful and went above and beyond to help out. Very professional shop and they can get it done for you quickly.
Gordon is always helpful and friendly.
This place is the friendliest, and best rv sales and service business in Arizona and perhaps west of the Mississippi. Look for Flash or his clone Nick in sales and Stephanie in service. You won’t go wrong with anyone working here. The owners seem to have a talent for hiring good, honest, intelligent people. They have some fine rvs for sale right now. Look no further. This is the place. You won’t be sorry.
The best people to do business with
I must say in all honesty that Ive never felt more comfortable making a high dollar purchase, and at 72 years of age Ive made a few. No high pressure salesmen to deal with and the staff and I mean all of the staff are just the best. I would recommend Freedom RV to anyone . You can expect to be treated like family and they have the best prices, hands down. My wife and I just want to say thanks again. We are HAPPY CAMPERS.
We have to say that this company was absolutely the best company we have ever dealt with. From our salesman Hugo, office staff, finance department and service. We had our first trailer (used), and bought our first new trailer here. Each individual we dealt with went above and beyond with, expertise, professional, enthusiasm and knowledge of their individual job, and their teamwork was always a smooth transition. We dealt with two other RV companies beforehand, and they couldn’t come close to this team. They all were super! Other companies should take a look at how Freedom RV plan works. Thanks again Hugo!
Well the work was all done properly and everythings working . But I feel the price was exorbitant in view of the fact that I have a warranty on it. But I guess if they figure you can afford an RV than you can afford to pay for the maintenance. The lady we worked with was very nice very knowledgeable. All in all Id give it five stars if it wasnt for the price.
I was an RV tech/ service manager for a couple of dealerships in the area. I know good service when I see it. I was having a problem with excessive tires wearing. They went the extra mile to insure that the axles and tires where replaced under warranty. This hole process was accomplished in less then three weeks. The entire service group are well trained and motivated to get excellent customer satisfaction.
No one was wearing masks during the Covid-19 pandemic when we visited. The manager stated they ...didnt have Covid-19, and didnt seem to care if they were carriers and passed it on to customers. Buying an RV from them is not worth the risk of dying..I wont be back. Ever.
We had a problem with our pump for our holding tank,we called all around and were put off for weeks as well as months with some repair shops, BUT LOW AND BE HOLD I CALL FREEDOM, THEY SAID COME RIGHT OVER. IT was a simple repair minimal charge wonderful friendly service. Cant say enough good things. THANK YOU FREEDOM
The sales staff at Freedom RV is the best in town and they are very flexible with financing options. I purchased my RV in July 2013 from Freedom and I could not be happier. I just had the RV in last week for a warranty repair and the service staff was just as helpful as the sales staff. I have been in several other times with my father, who is considering purchasing an RV and they have been really friendly every time. We never felt pressured and they were always willing to help even though they knew it wouldnt result in a sale.
The Service Dept honestly went above and beyond today... We have a smaller camper trailer and the staff at the Service Dept was so friendly, prompt, and accommodating... I was honestly surprised. Didnt know such a high standard of service was available. They made a customer for life today!
We had a very good experience with the service staff here. We brought our motor home in for some extensive repair which required a few days of work. Brad, our service rep, coordinated with the manufacturer on our behalf and kept us informed of progress throughout the repair. The work was completed ahead of schedule and our motorhome is back in tip top condition. Thank you, Brad and Freedom RV.
This was the best experience i have had dealing with a high dollar purchase. No pressure and everyone very pleasant. I loved my box of chocolates. They went out of their way to give us what we wanted. Thank you!
My experience with the folks at Freedom RV in Tucson has been fabulous. I travel from Albuquerque, NM, to get my Newmar coach serviced at Freedom RV. They are great at listening, identifying solutions, and getting things done. Techs are knowledgeable. Service reps are responsive. Services are always completed on time or ahead of time. On my last visit, I also used their detail service. Awesome!
The service team you want for your RV needs/repairs...they have got it dialed. Weve been taking our RV there for 6 seasons now and often wait to have maintenance work done until we can get to Freedom RV! The BEST service writers...Stephanie and Dusty know there stuff and have always been great at communication. John is the tech for taking care of your generator and oil changes...way to go. Everyone has always been willing to educate us, answer our questions and give us solid, direct, clear information on what is going on, what needs to be done, what can wait, etc. Its hard to find a service center that wont take you for a ride. Thank you, Freedom RV, for being a team that inspires us to want to come back!
Lower than 1 star if I could.I stopped in today to look at replacing my current travel trailer. My buddy and I walked into sales office, not greeted by anyone. Walked by 3 or 4 open offices with people at desk, not even a hi. Walked out the door to where trailers were located, walked around them, not in, as they were locked, no sales person to be seen. Walked back into sales area, same people at desks, one looked up and nodded, that was it. So I said where all could hear I guess no one here wants to sale an RV, Im looking to buy. Got some looks but no response.Maybe I should have scheduled an appointment. We were the only ones there.I am a campground host and experienced RVer, taking my business elsewhere.
Easy buying experience. Set my truck up and did a thorough walk through of our new trailer in less than 2 hours. Very pleased with Arron and everyone else at Freedom.
I never purchased a travel trailer before and Freedom RV was great. When I walked in the sales staff didnt rush me like other places and the front desk staff was really nice. I told them exactly what I needed and how much my truck could tow and within 10 minutes we had found what I was looking for, a 2018 17fb Clipper. When I picked it up they spent an hour answering my questions and showing how everything works, which was great because I had no clue.
I purchased a motor home here. Hugo went above and beyond to work out a deal for me. They gave me an excellent deal on my trade and got me into a great motor home. Thanks again Hugo! Y’all are awesome!
If I could give 10 stars, I would! From Sales to Finance to Service I could not be happier. Inventory is perfect and I Prefer to buy From family owned companies. They have the best support team in Tucson for sure and the best dealer in Arizona in my eyes! The Marana store rocks!!
I needed a leaking hydraulic cylinder replaced in a landing-gear leg. Other dealerships either didnt want to touch the job or were scheduling me weeks in the future. Freedom RV, on the other hand, was eager to tackle the job and offered me to do it as soon as I received the replacement cylinder, which was only three days later. It got done today, and I am super-impressed. I have dealt with many RV dealerships in my life and Freedom RV was the best, bar none. They took my coach to a service bay as soon as I got there at the time of my appointment, and started working on it right away. Just a couple of hours later everything was done, and despite it being a messy job with hydraulic fluid potentially all over the place, the entire work area (in the basement) was squeaky clean, not a drop of fluid anywhere. Absolutely impressed. Larry the Service Advisor was extremely helpful throughout the whole thing, and Chris the Technician was super knowledgeable, polite and professional. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Freedom RV for service/repair work.
We purchased a Class C RV from Freedom RV on Irvington Road and were very happy with the overall low-pressure experience. Nestor was our original sales rep and we also had good experiences with Will. They are happy to explain everything, and allow you to take test drives of course. Unfortunately, we had a mission critical malfunction of our RV when we were up in the Bay Area. One of the motors on our slide out completely malfunctioned and we had to try to get this fixed. No RV repair place in the entire Northern California area could even look at it for 2 weeks. We had to drive back to Tucson and Freedom RV fixed it within 2 hours! Of course it was under warranty. Dusty is the service writer and Brad is the service manager, and they bent over backwards to make everything right. Keith the business manager was very helpful and efficient as well. All in all, I believe you will have a very good experience at Freedom RV on Irvington Road
Five stars for the Service Dept. We were traveling through the area and had an issue with a bedroom slide getting stuck. They got us in quickly and repaired and go us back on the road in the same day! Thank you to the entire staff as they were friendly and very nice and did a great job on our repairs- they fixed some other minor issues while they had our rig. Would go there again if we needed anything.
Met Rich and this guy was great. Showed us a lot of coaches and was very patient. My wife is very picky about the Floor plan. Did a great job of explaining the numbers. Very highly recommended.
Excellent service. Dusty was outstanding and kept us appraised on status throughout process. They got us in on short notice and found an air conditioner from another dealer rather than wait for one from manufacturer. Very pet friendly too.
Was not able to help with what was needed.
I bought a toy hauler from here about a year ago. I paid cash so I was pretty scared but I havent had any issues. It only had a stove top so they put an oven in for me. They were very cool guys. Thank you so much Freedom RV!
Where to begin? This is the most service oriented service department we have ever encountered. To name a few names who have gone above and beyond the call of duty for us: Brad, Stephanie, Cesar, Eric. Our story is long and painful but the end result was wonderful thanks to this great team. We bought a used Thor motorhome from them (and by the way, their Sales department is every bit as great), we will always return to Freedom RV for service rather than going to a Thor dealer.
This dealership is top notch! Not only were they very responsive to our needs, they truly enjoy helping people. Our Service Writer, Dusty was knowledgeable, courteous and went way beyond in keeping us informed all the way through the repairs on our Newmar Canyon Star. Her pleasant demeanor made us feel that we had chosen the right place to bring our Coach. Service Manager, Brad runs a quality operation. Some folks love their job, but these folks love DOING their job. And that shows up in the results. Thank you for all that you do, not just for us, but I am sure, for what you do for everyone who comes through your doors.
As always great people. Never have had a bad experience here. Nester is top notch and very sharp.
Great selection of new and used RVs and Trailers. I didnt see too many class B or C vehicles but there were a few. Very nice, not pushy sales people. Others have told me their customer service on a purchase is top notch.
I would like to thank Dusty and Jeromy for repairing my slide out on my Tracer travel trailer. The process went smoothly from diagnosing the problem to ordering the part over night and getting the unit repaired. I purchased my travel trailer from Lazy Days and was told it would take at least two weeks just to get it in the shop. So I left a voice mail for Shane the service manager at Lazy Days to call me back and I am still waiting! My lesson is dont assume just because you purchase your RV at a dealership that service comes with it. When I purchase my next RV I will be sure to go with with a company that offers service after the sale and that will be Freedom RV.
I had many warranty issues that needed to be addressed and Freedom RV was the only dealer to return my call. I am from out of state/snowbird. They made me an appointment and treated me like family. Daniel, Dusty and Larry were wonderful. I would highly recommend Freedom RV.
Nice place, many nice class c motor homes and lots of fifth wheels and travel trailers! Had a great lunch provided free!
Unfortunitaly Mr Pruett you are not the Only RV dealer to have an A* BBB rating all your competitors in your area have that same rating. why would you claim something that is untrue?
Dusty was very helpful. Took us in and completed the work in the time Brad had estimated even though I had a brain fart and showed up a day early. Was well worth driving past Phoenix to get the work done properly. Very competent techs, the adage “Fixed one thing but broke two others” doesn’t apply here.
Went looking for 5th wheels. The salesrep was good and informative.
Most dealerships are not too keen on surprise drop ins first thing in the morning. Not Newt at Freedom RV . He took it in stride and treated me like I had been a customer there forever. Elka in the office is on it, Denny in service they guy is a real trooper and i am pretty sure Chappa is one of the top guys there.I will make sure to stop by for any repairs or service needed when we are in the desert SW... this place rocks.. Joe
Recently my mom bought her second Class A motor home at Freedom RV in Tucson. After looking at other dealerships ALL DAY, we returned to Freedom. The salesman was incredibly enthusiastic about going all the way out to Cactus Country to show us the model on display for a rally. He coached both my mom (age 76) and I through driving the diesel in a very kind and supportive manner. He even set up the large inflatable mattress in the couch so Mom could try it out and see if she liked it! The salesman and numbers guy both came to work on Sunday to talk with us, and the finance guru did a great job in a very short time. Despite the fact that we only had 5 days to work with, we were able to spend one exciting night in the new RV before returning to Washington State. My dad cant wait to see his new RV. Devin Murphy runs a great ship, and Newmar is a super product. Thanks to all especially Eric L, James, and Keith!
Freedom RV is first class, especially in this day and age of turn em and burn em too often prevalent in the RV industry of late. Dropped our coach in the morning for a minor repair to some body work done last year (damage was my fault, not theirs) and we had our rig back by noon. To top it off they did not charge for the repair. We work for the largest campground company in America, visit upwards of 90 parks a year and there is no end to the service related horror stories. Even folks who purchased from the dealer they are having issues with, and for the record we did not buy our rig from Freedom. We will the next one though.
9/23/2016It is my pleasure to write this review in support and appreciation of Freedom RV Tucson AZ.Our 1st experience being with a phone call and getting to meet Marlena. We called late Sunday afternoon of Labor Day weekend and she listened to our concerns and needs. She completed her research and sent us three (3) links to more detailed information for three recommendations she thought could meet our needs and expectations. Her product knowledge is Excellent. With this information, we were able to choose the Keystone Sprinter.IT is wonderful to return to Keystone. We then met Eric from the Service Department. With his observations, he gave us a couple of recommendations that have customized our Sprinter.Thank You, Eric.Eric introduced us to Brad the Service Manager. Brad is another People person. He made usfeel totally welcome and comfortable. And last but NOT Least, Aaron is the Walk-Thru Specialist.Aaron shares his knowledge and DOES NOT push to move you along………………………Sales AND Service make a FANTASTIC TEAM.The Personnel were so very observing, caring and patient.Angela in Finance made the paperwork so simple and efficient. She is another true asset to Freedom RV.We were not able to meet Mr. Murphy, but he comes very highly recommended by his Staff. They admire and appreciate him.Mr. Murphy you have a FANTASTIC business and can be so very proud of your TEAM.
I have been so impressed with the customer service from Freedom RV. I had a special request and contacted the owner, Devin Murphy, directly. He called me back, personally, within 24 hours and arranged to have Brad White, his service manager contact me. Brad and his crew were exceptionally helpful in getting an estimate to renovate a mobile health clinic. They also identified a serious structural issue and got it repaired, all during the week leading up to Christmas! I just want to express my appreciation here. This kind of customer service is becoming more and more rare. Thank you!
This place feels predatory to me, and they want to take advantage on peoples inexperience.I mounted solar panels on my roof. I had all the equipment necessary to complete the install but lacked the knowledge and confidence to do it.I was quoted 6 hours at $120 per hour which seemed pretty outrageous since I had a general idea on how to do it from watching a video from the manufacturer. As a total amateur I spent an hour researching it, then 2 hours doing the wiring. I even did more complicated work than what I asked from them. Including adding a fuse box and an emergency battery disconnect. At $120 an hour I expect somebody knowledgeable and efficient. Not somebody who takes three times as long as a total novice.
We have had nothing but positive experience here. We had some repairs needed on our RV that we bought from Freedom and Dusty did an excellent job. Our RV is like new again. Thanks, Dusty!
Whoa we had an incredible experience at freedom rv, just bought a camper and we were very well taken care of, every single person we interacted with was helpful and friendly and pleasant, Im talking like 10 different guys. Gordon was great and my wife appreciated that he didnt mansplain to her. They goofed when I called in and gave us a lower price thinking we were a different group - and then they honored the price they told us, very stand-up of them was a significant error. Wonderful experience start to finish.
WE WERE TREATED VERY WELL...BRAD WHITE (The Service Mgr.) DUSTY (Service Writer) ERIC (Asst.Service Mgr.)Are The Staff That Make Freedom RV #1 In Our Experience...
We went in to just browse around. The staff were helpful without any hard sells. They had a great selection. He then gave us his card and asked us to keep him in mind when we decided to buy. We will.
I recently was in the market for a new RV, after obtaining financing I went to freedom RV. I found the RV I liked and put down a 500 dollar deposit on it. The only thing left to do was for freedom RV to clean it and prepare a walk through which they claim takes three business days. This all occurred on a Tuesday. I was informed the earliest time they could get me in this RV is on the following Tuesday. When I asked why, they stated that they are having a showing for RVs this weekend and there service department is too busy getting those RVs ready for the show this weekend. I fell that paying 40,000 dollars for an RV should make me a priority, but apperatnly to Freedom RV believes their unsold RVs are top priority because Im already buying this one. I feel that an RV under negotiation should be the top priority for a good company.
I regret getting the name of the person who helped us so I could publicly thank him again.Like all good repair shops they were extremely busy but they took the time to look at a minor problem with an electrical plug connecting our motorhome with the tow vehicle. The problem was solved within 10 minutes and at no charge!Would I recommend Freedom RV? ABSOLUTELY I would! Thank you.
Only one word fits the service folks here, awesome. I’ve been there for service about 6 times and Dusty has been my service writer each time. She takes the time to listen, goes out to see the coach so she’s sure she understands, then gets to work getting the issue resolved. My work has all been warranty and she deals with the company just as I would. If there were more than 5 stars, they’d get them all. Been RVing for quite awhile and these folks, especially Dusty, Brad and Aaron can’t be beat in this buisiness. Truly an oasis in the desert!
The tech did good job. We were taken in quickly and work started promptly. Highly recommend.
Im trying to purchase a rv for me and my disabled combat vet husband. Weve called and have not received a call back still. Dont know if its because our credit is horrible or because you guys have been busy. My husband got injured in Iraq and has had issues with medical since and this is his dream. Could someone please call us and help us out to try your best to get us in to one for my husband and I thank you so much.
Longest running BBQ competition in the state! Great deals on RVs a d a bunch to choose from. Come on down, good deals and good BBQ, fro. Some of the top pitmasters in the state.
If I could give negative stars the salesman named John would get two negatives. As we were walking to the campers he snapped “I’m not here to show Rvs, I’m here to sell them.” We should have walked then. Instead we explained what we were interested in and he said “I’ll show you what I’ve got and that’s it.” After 10 minutes of rudeness we left. I said to the front desk clerk as we were walking out how bad he was and she just said “Sorry to hear” no other follow up. We won’t go back.
The people there are awesome!
