I remember going to the Chocolate Iguana when it was located at the corner of 4th and 6th. It was always fun to go have a mocha and sit out on the patio. I actually miss that patio but that said their new location down the street on 4th is great also! From a business standpoint I feel it’s better but what do I know? 😂 All in all its still fun to have a coffee there. 👍☺️

Stopped in this morning at the chocolate iguana for a fast coffee, ordered regular coffee and they were fast and prompt. Very friendly and quick. I couldnt pass up a pumpkin muffin that they had available for the fall season. Grab the pumpkin muffin as well with my coffee I couldnt be happier with my breakfast. Store is always clean staff is always nice and appreciative of your business.

This place was excellent, the coffee was really good, the barista took time and made it just right, seems that she really know what she was doing.

Lady was stinky, had no sandwiches, and didn’t know how to properly make the signature shake correctly. I’m not sure I’m willing to go back.

Wow so slow and unfriendly. Not sure how you can stay in business when it takes so long to make a couple coffees and you don’t even acknowledge customers when they come in. There was only one couple ahead of me who ordered two drinks total and they had already paid when I got in, I only ordered one drink, and in total it took 20 minutes. Won’t be back.

Ice cream was good.

The pastries are good, but obviously not made fresh daily.

We got an iced latte, iced coffee, ice cream, and sorbet freeze, everything was made right and tastes great. Has some seating outside. A good selection of chocolates and ice cream. Parking is on the street wherever you can find it.

Food and customer service are excellent. I had a breakfast sandwich and raspberry tea.

Ive been here on and off for years now and the people are always friendly and well groomed. The deserts are VERY YUMMY and the fun and unique snacks etc are near to browse through. Ive seen and purchased things for myself and friends and family that I havent seen anywhere else. Their coffee is great as well. I also love the location.

A wonderful coffee shop locally owned on 4th Ave. I purchased an excellent Italian soda with cream and had a nice chat with the barista. Very friendly and welcoming environment. A definite must for coffee drinkers, also this shop is open earlier than most places on 4th ave so if you get down here early be sure to stop in.

Easily one of the best coffeehouses in town, in a great location, but with none of the attitude or pretentiousness of certain other Tucson coffee establishments. The staff here really knows their java, but even newbies to the caffeine mystique are met with friendliness & outstanding service. In addition to superior coffee & baked goods, there are gifts such as greeting cards, funky toys, & refrigerator magnets to chuckle at while awaiting your order. The atmosphere cant be beat, especially for the people-watching on the outside patio. Definitely a not-to-be-missed stop as you explore the quirky & wonderful realm of Tucsons Fourth Avenue! ✌️☮️☕😊

Really sweet (!) little cafe that offers candy, desserts, bagels, a great espresso bar and so much more! Truly worth a visit if you are near 4th Ave. The staff are very friendly. Have loved their scones and brownies since they opened. When my babies were little and sleeping in the car I could call in my order and theyd bring it out to the car. (Just read your response. Thank you. Now my babies are old enough that they can run in and grab our order while I wait in the car. lol)

I always advertised your scones as the best in town, the only moist tasty ones I knew. I was away for 4 months and today came back to dry scones...Could it be a bad batch? Did you change baker?My comment is just an attempt to get your scones as good as they used to be, 5 star, different from all others I ever tasted anywhere in the world.Get them back, please!

Went for a bagel. It was toasted and yummy. They also have a small candy section. Gummies, sugar plums and sours and other items that looked great. And of course, chocolate iguanas. Mmmmm

Im a regular customer because Im addicted to the way they make my favorite drink, it always tastes the best when I order it from here :) Definitely try the cappuccino chip scone too--> you will NOT be disappointed! Love the fact that its family owned and operated too!

I have been coming to the chocolate iguana since it originally opened on 4th and 6th. The staff has always been top notch, the treats they sell never left me unsatisfied, and its just got such a cozy atmosphere.

Cute little place, just wish it wasnt so far away from where I live! (other side of town, and in traffic it can be a good 30-40 minute drive) Staff is always really friendly and service is quick. Prices are good, not great. The turkey pesto sandwich alone is worth the trek for me, its amazing! But my absolute favorite thing to get here is the butterfly shaped cookie right next to the register. Something about it just keeps me craving it constantly.Nice selection of candies and bakery items. Honestly though, im not a fan of their chocolate. It has an odd taste to it, and ive tried several items. The cookies, muffins, scones and bagels are all very good....fresh, soft, tasty. I havent tried the coffees yet, but the smoothies are incredible and the raspberry fizz is really good too.

Chocolate Iguana has been a 4th Ave favorite for many years and this was my first time there. It is located right in the heart of 4th Ave District on 4th Ave just south of 6th St. I had the Chai Tea and Orange Chocolate Chip Scone. Both of them were pretty tasty, but the scone ended up being too sweet for me. The place is very small but comfortable with a couple tables outside the store front. They had plenty of other homemade desserts to choose from and I will probably be back and try something new. Recommend :)

Staff is always even nice to my teenage son who regularly goes there and thats just not so common among places, weve found that most establishments just arent too kind towards teenagers(even the good teens who Are respectful and bahave well) and at the cholcolate iguana they always are. 🙏 great place

I went in because I wanted to cool down and mission accomplished, I paid $4 for a 8 ounce cup of ICE that was covered with whip cream. When deciding what I wanted to order, the lady behind the counter was on her phone the entire time, not to mention the atmosphere around me was excruciantingly loud and obnoxious.
