I got the ultimate carwash package. And I paid $28.99 for it and my front bumper still has bugs on it. But other than that my car is clean and shiny. Just not the front bumper

$49.99 for a carpet shampoo. What they dont tell you is that they do it by hand with a brush and towel. They didnt vacuum the seats or dash pad they left the windows and rims filthy when I complained to the manager he said they can do it over but refused to refund the money. He then said my tires were to big to enter the car wash so they didnt wash it. An employee suggested hand wash and the manager said ok for an additional fee. Dont ever go to octopus on valencia again. Even in your response is a joke like your business then tried justifieing not washing my car & you tried to charge me more....TRASH

I was told my service would be an hour and a half to 2 hours. I have been here for over 3 hours and they said its still going to be a while. Also the bathroom is disgusting. Definitely not coming back. Not worth the $122. The only good thing was the nice woman at the front counter. Update: it took them over 4 hours and I wish Id just done it myself. It would have looked better.

I came back to gove them another chance. Everything is good until your vehicle gets to the drying area. 4 or 5 employees dryi g a car does NOT WORK, no one does a good job, relying on others to dry the car and so forth. In the end neither one or the others did their job, I eatched as 3 different employees ran their dry cloths over the same area and other areas were untouched. No one assumes responsibility. It would be ideal for a team of 2 to be assigned to each vehicle. Totally disappointed. I hope management reads my review.

They didn’t even attempt to dust off the dust inside the car when it was a service that I paid for they also didn’t clean the outside at all…. Please don’t come here, sticking to Mr. Clean even if it’s a few bucks more…. Don’t waste your money here

When you take your car somewhere to be detailed there is a level of trust that needs to be established. For starters, youre handing the keys to your car to a complete stranger, so you are expecting that they take care of it and provide quality service for what you pay. I paid almost $85.00 for a full interior and exterior detailing and wax job. The exterior of my car looked fine, but the interior didnt look like they even vacuumed it. I had gone to San Diego the week prior and specifically took it to be detailed to get all of the sand out. When I took it home, I noticed that there was still sand in the creases of the leather seats and floorboards had sand in the corners. The dashboard and doors had streaks of Armor All and multiple areas that werent even touched. Overall, if Im going to pay over $80, I want it to look like it was a better job than a roadside school fundraiser carwash. I gave 2 stars because the exterior looked okay, but it honestly wasnt that dirty to begin with. The main reason I took it in was for the interior and thats where they really missed the mark. :(

This is the only car wash in town that actually gets ALL the spots on my truck. I get disappointed now if I go anywhere else because they always miss places, but here they get every last detail of my truck by hand, which is amazing when you have a work truck like me that gets mud and dust everywhere. I am starting to come often enough even the staff is starting to recognize me/my truck and they have been nothing but friendly and amazing. Highly recommend!

Usually they are really good but this time I felt like the didnt have their A team working. Since COVID-19, I have been taking my cars several times a month for Exterior only. This time the mirrors were barely wiped, I had to ask for them to reposition the passenger mirror that was facing down. The two young men working my line were not enthusiatic. I should have known when I drove up and no one was checking in cars with several waiting...another car and I left.. I came back and it wasnt to busy but not the great service I am used to here. Hopefully next time will be better. They had a now hiring sign. I hope they get some good people.

I arrived at a time when the car wash was slow and I was the only person there. I waited for a while just to be seen and waited even longer for someone to start vacuuming my car. When another car pulled up after me and the person who greeted me immediately started cleaning their car while I was still waiting. When I confronted him about this he said it was someone else’s responsibility not his. Management didn’t care, they didn’t do anything to try to rectify the issue. I ended up just leaving. Don’t give this place your business they don’t even want it anyway.

Services were good, but prices at this Tucson location are so much higher than using the location in Sahuarita. Would be nice if the businesses which have the same name have similar options and services.

Paid for their best wash had to take it back twice the 2nd time I took it back they did a horrible job. inside the car left vinyl protectant everywhere didnt even wipe it down correctly. car had water spots all over it on the outside paid good money For a horrible job. Took my truck in for the ultimate wash and came out ultimately disappointed. I had to help finish drying my truck up. They left the markings on the window. Water spots thru out. Windows smudged. Side bars still dirty. Inside didnt get dusted properly. Worst car wash Ive ever been to. Bumper still had Sand

Not very thorough. Alway have to windex windows when i get home. They use dirty rags that leave a oily residue thats hard to clean off. Sloppy car wash👎

I was excited to take my car to be washed and paid for the $29.99 wash. I do not recommend this business. There were still crumbs from poor vacuuming and the top of my car had spots. I did not have time to complain. Later that day I had to revacum my whole car. Disappointed customer. The only plus was the free air freshener

I was very disappointed today. I paid a lot of money to have it cleaned and it was not up to par. There was still dirt on the outside in parts. My husband and I had to wipe it down. The windows werent properly done and were smudgy - in particular the windshield. It wasnt wiped down well on the inside. Also, I had to track down my keys..twice...after asking about them and being told someone was bringing them, and when that didnt happen had to ask the workers... when it was done and no one actually told me my car was done...I had to ask. And was still uncertain due to the above. I had gone to an Octopus Car Wash in Green Valley, several months ago, and paid less, probably the cheapest service, but it was a much better job. Also better organized. I dont know if I will return. I honestly believe if I hadnt asked about my keys again they would have left, locked up, and Id still be there.

My car was clean and fresh when the job was done and Eric gave me an excellent deal! Seating area outside was clean and the tea (my favorite part) was relaxing. I have been coming to this business for years! The place is well run, staff is very friendly and they care about the quality. I followed the manager ( Sean ) from Simoniz, he has always put the customer first. Hes one of the best customer service managers I have ever had contact with! Great job Octopus!

I’m so disappointed! I went to have my truck detailed a few days ago and the job they did was no where near the $120 I paid. I DO NOT recommend this company for detailing your vehicle!

Service was not helpful. Was friendly, to an extent, but not helpful at all. Also paid 49.99 for the WORST car wash of all time. I’m not even trying to be rude, but for 50 dollars I want her SPOTLESS! Windows had spots, windshield had spots mirrors spots, the carpet looked like they blew out the dirt like some birthday candles. No. Don’t ever in your life waste your money here. Please take my word I’m livid I paid so much for the WORST service possible. Also NO REFUNDS! No matter how bad a job they did. They don’t say no refunds or have it on the receipt, but just know.

Best part is the staff who dry your car off by hand when you exit the wash. Great experience!

I paid 60.00 for a detail service and car wash with a complete cleaning of the inside of my car. Im not trying to be rude but for 60 dollars I expect a little more effort.. I was tired so I was just trying to get home after the detailing after further inspection the car had trash still in the door panels, chips in the seats, smudges on the interior window cup holders were not cleaned properly, it was just awful and I honestly could have done a better job.

Customer service was great. The 50 dollar car wash (ultimate package) was a disappointment. Spots on vehicle, dirty areas that did not get washed off and the inside detail job was also spotty. For the price I expected a better job.

Get a quick wash or detailed exterior or interior clean and polish.

This was my first time going to Octopus car wash & I spent an hour & a half waiting to get my car cleaned. It wasn’t that busy so I don’t understand why it took that long plus it didn’t get cleaned that well either. They also took out my A/C Pro ACP-100V R134a Premium Refrigerant & they did not put it back in my car. I haven’t received an answer for the voicemail I left on 4/20 to see if they still have it. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Not worth any amount for any of their service. Missed edges, lower half of car not properly washed or dried, all the drive thru packages yield similar results, the greeter takes his mask off to talk to people, pretty sure 30% of the employees are on something. The list goes on...just spend 8 bucks at the self service car wash down the road for better results 👌

Quick wash, detail and hand wax.Techs were good; there was an old deposit of some kind on the hood (that I hadnt noticed cuz the car was so dirty!) which they pointed out to me, and I can understand their being unable to remove it. Oh well.Even so, would definitely use again.

They broke my driver side pillar handle. Worst part was individual who broke it didnt say anything. I noticed it driving off the lot. They had me buy new piece They will reimburse me and install handle. My time wasted.

It was the pits! It was so bad, the thought of leaving a tip was get people who wanna work. They did everything half you know what. Had to go back for my rear floor mat. Not to mention my cigs, lighter, headband. It should be zero stars for service. Two only cuz some of the folks were nice. Out 40 bucks. Ouch! Dont do it. Big F folks.

I went to get the inside of my vehicle shampooed my seats and my carpet and detailing inside waited three and a half hours by the time I got my car the carpets were not shampooed at all they were completely dry I could see the stain still! these stains werent hard to get out either I was able to wipe them down but the point was I wanted them shampooed and they werent. I was told by the manager that they were shampoo but I showed him that not even where the seat belts they were wiped down because you can still see where the food had spilled it was still on there they didnt wipe it down they also did not wipe the inside of the windows down they were still fingerprints all over . I was told to pay over $100 and still didnt get the services that I paid for or asked for when they said that they would do them again they didnt even shampoo it they got a rag and a solution and wiped it but I paid for carpet and seat shampooing so disappointed. They were not understaffed either there was 4 people to each vehicle and it still was unsatisfactory. Managers did not either seem to care about customers concerns.

A special attaboy to the blonde long hair young man who did the hand wax on my 2005 Nissan Sentra. Looks like a new car. He was especially good at doing the job by himself.

I went on a Thursday afternoon, when it wasn’t super busy. The exterior was still dirty when I received my car and the vacuuming was of poor quality. The windows had spots all over the interior as well. There were crumbs right next to the drivers seat and in the middle holders. They never even went under my seats or moved them. I paid for the ultimate wash and extra wax. Very bad!!!!!

Purchased premium package. Waited over an hour. Tires had shine that was it. They did not wax, poor job vacuuming, did a terrible job on door jams, did not whipe interior, seats and head rests even had dust on them. They did loan me a towel to finish the job. Not really sure what they did.

John and Jeremiah took great care of us! Great guys and they took a lot of care in washing our van- we had some special instructions to clean the van and they followed it to the T. Will be coming back again and asking for these guys specifically.

I had the inside of my truck detailed and after close inspection they missed many areas (spots) of the interior. I did not have time to go back and complain but in reality the job should be done right in the first place.

I went to this car wash after a road trip from Texas. Such poor quality, I feel like I was robbed my money. I ended up having to clean my car again myself. When they had finished “cleaning” my car, I got into my car and noticed all the trash was still where I had left it. It didn’t look like they vacuumed my backseat. Didn’t wipe down the dust off in the inside at all! I was in my car earlier this morning and noticed there was a package of unopened old food underneath my passenger seat that my guest left (I was not aware that the guest had left the food) and realized they didn’t even bother cleaning the inside at all! This is such a shame, will definitely not recommend to anyone! Don’t waste your money, you’re better off doing it yourself.

I shouldve have read the reviews first. For the basic wash theyre great, the detail is awful. Got the super clean which is a detail and a wash. It seems like the wash and vacuum guys did their job and detail forgot how to detail. This is what a detail gets you.

I had come 2x prior amd both times I had to take vehicle all to redo .This time .I left had an arm .Gregory and his supervisor came o er amd helped me fix the alarms on my truck. Service was terrible! Paid a pretty penny to have it detailed. Took over 2 hrs. While 1 person was detailing the vehicle over 5 others standing doing nothing. The place wasnt even busy. The young man threw bottles and spent more time standing thwork. Then to top it all.off the vehicle wasnt clean the way talking or walking around than he did work during time it took ind to not be clean is ridiculouslI EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED & DISSATISFIED! The service inside was good.

Went in on Feb. 26th for an ultimate car wash. Left sorely disappointed. My car was still filthy. Inside and out. There were still marks on the doors, my front window looked as if it was wiped down with a dry paper towel, dash and backseat untouched. The worst part is I emailed a complaint that day, with no respose after all this time. I waited in the hopes this location would redeem themselves, my bad. Guess Ill just have to drive a little further for a real car wash. Just a shame my time and money was wasted.

Horrable service horrable cleaning inside still the same didnt eve bother to clean or vacuum dont go there. 2nd time going and both times inside didnt clean or vacuum this.

My mom took her car to get it washed, she is elderly and wasnt able to walk around it to check it all out.. she got it home and the inside looked like it was never touched.. she paid for the full service car wash. So, the next day we had to go back and have them do their job the right way. We watched them this time to make sure they actually did the inside as she had paid for. This wasnt the first time, however it will be the last time. The people are in a huge hurry, so why offer the service if you dont want to do the work.

First time at this car wash, first time with this style transitioning from drop-off to pick-up staff assumed I had been here before, would have been nice if they could be more pro active. All in all, great wash. Would recommend.

Its quick. Easy. I might have overpaid. Its hard to tell the difference between a $23.99 package and a $19.99. I mean you can read what they are as they clearly display it, but is it that much of a difference? Is 3$ going to make me feel better about the end result. Bugs and dust off my car? You be the judge. I debated too long and just went with the slight upgrade to get on with my day. Which they helped right along. I gave 5 stars for their efficiency and friendly service. Theres a tip box at the end. Be sure to read what its for. One is carwash and the other is detailing service. Maybe I should have just taken the 3$ and added it to the tip. Maybe next time. Im sure there will likely be a next time.

I would give 5 stars but as of recent there has been people not wearing masks inside the business. I have addressed this to the front desk cashier. Twice they have taken action but 3rd time I was told they would let management know, but I never heard them reach out to their manager. Staff needs to be aware of people in their building and tell clients to wear their masks. This is not to be taken lightly.

I went in had the car washed and spray wax put on the spray wax looks decent my windows are down right filthy they look as they were not even cleaned. I will have to clean the windows myself which is not what you expect when you pay 40 some dollars to get your car cleaned

We live in a dirt yard, the neccesity is low for any car cleaning service, But still was getting exhausted from the episodic layer of dust everywhere on my 14 Toyota, So decided to give the colorful Octopus 🐙 mascot car cleaning service, a chance when it is not a usual service i need for myself for our family car so it counts more so for me than other drivers. Had the 30$ cleaning and washing service paid for upfront, and perhaps due to there attitude toward the mandatory acceptance and honoring a coupon I received for a $9 discount so my total was only $21. Which is another reason why I was enticed. After having to return the car a second time due to the poor lack luster performance from the staff and not even getting the top of my dashboard touched/half or none of the tires shined/ and copious amounts of dirt and rocks left behind on all flooring and seats. They implied that I WOULD ONLY GET MY CAR VACUUMED AND AN ACTUAL DECENT CLEANING FOR 100$$$$!!!?!?!?!? NOOOOOOO THANKS NOT FROM THE OCTOPUS CAR MONEY GRUBERS!!!!!!

Really upset! 😡 the inside was so NOT clean. This is the 3rd time Ive given them a chance. This will be the last $35 for the inside not to have cleaned and dusted. The mats all dirty and the dashboard full of dust!! And to top it of they took over an hour to do.I ended up going to my usual great car washing place to get my inside done in detail without paying extra.. Im just leaving my Viking Car Wash and should say Im happy now! 👌

This place is an absolute joke! Do not use if you care about quality or getting a descent wash. I frequent here by default because it’s close to my house but they Always disappoint and I’m ready to make the extra drive and save my money. Every time they miss the most obvious things to clean and wipe and leave you there for awhile having to clean your own car. They’re about quantity and no quality. It’s a wonder why they’re always slow as a business. Find a better place to go to!

My husband and I came back from a VERY long road trip and were in dire need of a detailed car wash. We chose the “ultimate package” for $25 and received one of the worst car washes I have ever witnessed. The young kids working there are lazy and did not care to do a good job. They lazily cleaned the dash and did not even touch the center console.

Some time ago I had my pickup washed - the area all around the steering wheel had not been touched, because I had an appt. I couldnt wait. Yesterday I went back, it was 1/2 price day so did the $56 for $23!! I would have been really angry if I had paid $56 such poor service!! The back passenger window and half of the back window hadnt been touched, the area around the steering wheel was so poorly cleaned it was a shame. Then as I drove away noticed the windshield - I have a box of tissue on the dash - they literally wiped around the box same on the other side had a stuffed toy on the dash same there too. Also there is about 2 - 3 inches along the bottom of the whole windshield. BIG waste of money!

Waited 3 hours for my truck to be fully detailed and I get called that its ready. The truck doesnt look like its been waxed let alone washed. All services I paid for. Im incredibly disappointed with the service I received. As a local business owner I know the stress a business is under to deliver to the public but this is ridiculous. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone stay away!

I go once a week to get my vehicles washedNo one cares. Everyone is unhappy and does not want to be there. The person that checks you in is not always available, such as today.I waited for about 5 minutes. No one came out so I backed up and left. A few other vehicles followed me.This is not the first time.The vacuum people have an attitude. Clear a Choice is harassment. The cashier has a bad attitude. When you get the vehicle, it always has issues with the trim panels, vacuum job, clean windshield etc.It looks like no one is in charge? I will not be returning anytime soon.

The old guy running the cash register has to go he acts like your doing something wrong by giving him your ticket to pay lol he much rather be talking to his buddies or looking at his phone

I’m so sad about my experience. I went to get an interior detail and carpet cleaning because I really wanted a great detail. I paid $80 for both which I think is a great price but now I know it’s not worth it. Let me just start by saying that the carpet cleaning was fantastic and I have no complaints about how the carpets turned out. But the detail job on my car was terrible there was still dirt in places including: dash, center console, speakers, air vents, seatbelts etc. When they gave me my car they asked me how I liked it and I said it was OK because I could still see dirt everywhere and the guy responded with “well your car was dirty”. Like Yeah dude that’s why I brought it to a CAR WASH then asked if they could touch it up and when I arrived home I found more spots!!! I called later that day to speak to the manager I was not able to get a hold of him they told me they would call me back and never did. I emailed the corporate office I still haven’t received an email back I’ve called and left two messages and haven’t heard back

Horrible Service!!! Waited over 2.5 hours for my vehicle to be washed. As I waited I saw the guy who was detailing my car stop on several occasions to talk on the phone & text. Once he was done, my vehicle was not detailed AT ALL. My vehicle was not cleaned properly as evidence of dirt still on my vehicle, in my vehicle (cup holders, door jams, etc). Paid extra to have everything polished & nothing was clean. Over all worst service Ive ever had!!!

I had mister car wash and they always left it unclean or they had to wash it again or I had to tell them to clean certain areas, with these guys no problem great service better price and super fast service everytime.

For a full-service wash not the best wash in town, if you ever get a detail there make sure you remove all your personal belongings from your vehicle (More then my phone charger came missing).
