I have used Broadway Carpet for different projects for years. Rick has always been fair in price, quick with service, perfect installation, dependable. Today I needed a project done in a hurry and Carlos (the installer) was out in an hour! Although I’m sure their immediate availability is not the norm, I was very grateful for their accommodation. And as always, the installation was perfect! Thank you Carlos and Rick!

Our experiences with Broadway Carpet have been excellent. The tile installer became one of our favorite contractors & weve stayed in touch after the work was completed. Carpet installation was perfect. After several years, no wrinkles or other issues to report. Were about to use them again for a carpet update.

Used them to place some carpet. Fair prices, nice variety. Very punctual. Service was great. Carpet is soft and wonderful. I have no suggestions except to keep on doing what theyre doing. Ill be using them next time and will be recommending them to any friends.

We decided to go with this place to replace the carpet for our entire 1400 sq/ft house. We like to support local business and they also offered a military discount like they do at Lowes and Home Depot.When the installers showed up on 10/11/2017 they were cordial and worked fast. They did our bedroom last and I was told that they had cut the carpet too short. Because of this, they had to place a small approx. 1 strip of carpet on the doorway to create a seam with the bedroom and the rest of the carpet outside. I was a little concerned because this is the most trafficked area in the entire house, but they brushed it off as it was not a big deal.Fast forward to 7 months later. The seams are coming apart! I called their office and Howard, the owner, came to the house to look at it. He said that that work was not acceptable. He took some pictures and left with the promise to do something about it. A month went by and after not hearing from them, I went to their store. I was once again promised that someone was going to call me to fix this but it has been almost two months since.Please do yourself a favor and do business somewhere where they can stand by their work, this place is not it.

I ordered tile from this company with the understanding that some could be returned if not needed. When I called to do this, i was told its no longer possible. Integrity is important... these people dont have it. Go somewhere else.

Had our Broadway carpet installed yesterday and very pleased with the installers, as well as the owner of the company, Howard Leber. We had a delay due to supplier and the communication with Howard was prompt and sympathetic. If youre looking for the best value for your dollar, I recommend Broadway Carpet!

Im really pleased that I hired Brodway Carpet. We had existing wood laminate that I needed to match. They came out and and helped me choose the right match. The install came out perfect! Howard and his team are super professional. Their quote was competitive. They show up on time, they measure correctly, they take their time explaining options. It was really a good experience all around.

We just had all of our floors resurfaced by Broadway Carpet after they moved nearly everything we own and removed the old tile and carpet. They were skilled, fast and efficient and we couldnt be more happy with the results. The made what seemed like a daunting project, do able and relatively pain free.

Had a good experience with Howard and team when picking carpet for our new 2000 sq. foot office. They were able to get the carpet installed quickly and on schedule. There were a few issues with new paint being damaged during the installation however was resolved by the install team. However, within about 45 days there was a mid sized snag coming up in a high traffic area. Spoke to Howard and was told would be contacted by installers to have repaired. After my 3rd call to Howard I am still waiting to hear from the installers and because of my frustration with the lack of response I am now going to the review page because 6 months waiting to get a return call doesnt seem to meet my expectations when this could have been resolved after the first call and thus a better review.

I am very pleased with this company and the way I was treated by them. Everyone from the Salesforce to the installation crew knew their job, and upheld a great standard of quality and honesty.

3 years ago Howards installers put a tack strip down around a moveable shelf and cut the carpet around it. I was FURIOUS! I called Howard and he said listen they are carpet installers, not furniture movers. I fumed for years. He promised this carpet would be pristine for years and it looks terrible. The new warrantied carpet is no better than carpet from 15 years ago. None of my stains were under warranty, in fact nothing was ever able to be warrantied. Complete rip off. We certainly didnt buy the cheapest carpet either.

I called to get a quote and the man that answered the phone wanted nothing to do with the opportunity I was presenting him. I guess a 5700 sq ft straight set floor with 24 x24 tile, provided by the general contractor is too small of a job for him.

This parking lot natzi cant install carpet, you can literally lift it off the ground and wipe your nose with it after there install job.

Terrible business....from the managers down to the installers...do not waste your money on the clowns.Big rip offs !!!
