My husband and I went in to purchase an update. It was by far the best customer service experience we have had, since moving to the Tucson area. Rafael assisted us, with the purchase of a new iPhones, ensured we had the best plan for our family, showed us how to save money on our bill, by participating in the auto pay. He ensured that we had the best possible trade back price for our old iPhone. He was professionally attentive to our needs and concerns, he was able to answer all our questions. He prioritized us; we have seen time and time again many of the sales personnel try to keep all the customers happy at once, while negating to focus on the person(s) in front of them, trying to make each sell. We have experienced blatant disregard from members of the community for not speaking the language. But not Rafael, he showed professional integrity, he showed that he appreciated our business, and ensured that we were well informed on the functions of our new iPhones before leaving the store. Thank you Rafael, thank you for making us feel like we mattered. My husband and I also appreciated Nate, his boss who was equally professional and demonstrated the characteristics of a great leader, another quality we haven’t seen much of since moving here. Needless to say, great experience, great guys, who showed great customer service with integrity and a “mask smile.”

Amazing customer service, met with Nate the office manager and explained the services I needed. Cameron finalized the changes for my upgrades on 3 IPhones. Attentive and sincere with my questions on the products. I will come to this store from now on for all of my phones. Service was ok AFTER waiting for 2 hours. The check in process however was broken. Don’t check in online like stated on the sign in front of the store. Other customers were served before me because they stayed in front of the store. Silly me to follow instructions and wait in my car for a text. I complained but Nate, the manager, didn’t seem too concerned. Just got the “sorry oh well” type of response from him. I will never go back to this store. Worst service I’ve ever gotten. I will stick to real Verizon stores.

Got a brand new iPhone 12 plus the new IPad all for a great price on Black Friday and thanks to one of the associates Cam, really nice guy, helped me with all the details and everything I needed to know. I highly recommend going to this location and asking for Cam.

I just wanted to recognize that Cam (Cameron) went above and beyond to help my 78 year old dad get set up on his new iphone. We were running into lots of issues getting activated and getting my dads contacts merged over, but Cam stayed and helped troubleshoot until all of our issues were resolved. He was very calm and patient and kept me in the loop as I was on the phone from several states away. As someone who doesnt live close to their parents but want to help them remain independent, it was such a huge help to have the Verizon employees assist my dad getting setup with his new phone. Thanks so much Cam!

This place is great! I had an emergency situation with my phone and was able to process an upgrade super simple. A representative name Tyler helped me out and answered all my questions. Sales associate and manager completely lied to me in order to sell ridiculously overpriced accessories. You could have gotten the same stuff on amazon without the 300% markup. While I was there I was pressured into buying $141.43 worth of accessories and was told I could make payments on them with 0% interest and it would be paid off in 5 months. Wrong. It’s actually a 15month period of $18/mo. And after 90 days you can only buy out with added interest! This cost of the payments when this will be done is $281.40. For a 10ft Charger, liquid screen protector and a charger. These people are scam artists.Edit: They also failed to tell me I needed to keep the box for the $100 credit for my deductible on the liquid screen protector that failed the first time I dropped my phone. Store wouldn’t do anything. This store is a rip off. Don’t buy their accessories as they are a scam. All these five star reviews have got to be fake.

Rude. Dont read read the notes from Verizon Corporate as to your issue and try to make you pay for pay items that are already paid for. Would give a negative 5 stars but one is the lowest.

I came into the store to pay my bill and I was greeted by the manager I think his name was James. He was amazing, He lowered my bill by $15 a month and was able to give me a free Samsung tablet. I would definitely recommend This store to all my friends. Its kind of out of my way but well worth it.

My rating and my favorite number is 5, 5 bstars times five is 25 stars I believe they deserve 100 stars they are the best Verizon location in Tucson in my experience in Michigan and Wisconsin and New Jersey and Brazil if they were in Brazil and Brazil has five stars five World Cups so they may have six but they won’t be Verizon at Victra because they should have 100 stars and my friends that Verizon will be my friends forever I have a man by the name of Isidro I have who runs the store, James and all the people that work for him are better than me I come to Verizon Victra when I need service hundred percent guaranteed.

I had the best experience here. The guy that helped me, I believe his name was James, was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with a new phone. I had gone the the store on Oracle in December and they told me there was nothing they could do for me and I waited about an hour. So, at first I was hesitant but he assured me that he would do as much as he could to get me some answers, I wasnt expecting to walk out with anything. So, I was surprised when he told me thatd Id be able to upgrade all my lines without having to pay full price for the phones. The error was on Verizons side not mine and if he hadnt taken that extra step to call around I would of never knew and If the store on oracle had done the same this review would be for their store but they didnt. The guy also tried to get me as many discounts that he was allowed to save me some money, a big shout out to him THANKS!

They have been great the 3 times Ive had phones upgraded. Cant go to the actual Verizon because they wont keep my unlimited data that the diamond store is willing to help me do that.

Its all about selling and reaching sales goals. No costumer service, bad bad bad service. They will tell you anything in order to take your $, the plan they offered was all a lie and Verizon cant do anything about it because its a 3rd party... its not a real Verizon store and no one tell you that.

I purchased a phone from the Diamond Wireless kiosk at Park Mall. The initial salesman was very friendly, but still a salesman. He seemed genuinely interested in getting me my phone, but the service stopped there. The store had promised me $30 store credit so I ordered an Otterbox for my phone. A month later and I still dont have it. They never returned my calls even once. I finally just cancelled the order, told them to keep their store credit and ordered one online which I will have in 2 days. I knew I was making a mistake in getting my phone from these guys rather than just online direct from Verizon. Shame on you Diamond for your poor poor customer service.

This was the most horrible experience with Verizon store I have ever had. Usually you go in and all employees are willing to help. I went in to this store the associate Sergio. Was nice but not willing to help he was biding for shoes well I’m waiting to just get a sim card a process that I have done before and takes no longer then 10 mins to activate I went to this NEW retail Verizon store and can you believe they did not have the SIM card to activate it! It was really disappointing this store is worthless if there associate is unhelpful and/or no equipment to support there store. When I showed up after two mins of this rep biding on shoes on his phone, he couldn’t find the SIM CARDS 5 mins later he calls who I’m assuming on his phone manager and there was no sims in that BIG building. Then 10 mins later trying a different sim and he didn’t even try the *228 or whatever until I mention it and he said not it does not work. It was a big waste of time. NEVER COMING BACK TO THAT STORE EVER! Maybe they should hire more competent or people that are more committed to helping customers.

LUCKILLY I WENT OVER TO THE REAL VERIZON STORE IN SV AND THEY REPLACED THE PHONE WITH A NEW ONE. I RECOMMEND YOU THINK TWICE ABOUT GOING TO DIAMOND WIRELESS BEFORE YOU GO SHOPPING FOR A PHONE
