Reproductions is wonderful! I have had only great experiences with them. Their staff are very helpful and kind. I have printed readings for my graduate classes here, and it is cheaper than printing at the U (and they help find you the best price, if that means using the student discount or the bulk order discount). I do underwater photography, dry-land nature photography and people photography. I use Reproductions Inc to make all of my high-res large prints for exhibition and for commercial use. I request a lot of 4ft x 8ft images on aluminum. They do a surprisingly good job of producing a print on aluminum that looks as bright and sharp as the image that I see on my computer screen...... The staff are experts in photo editing, color manipulation and printing. They run proofs on paper before printing the final product make sure the final product will not disappoint. I have always been very happy with the results. It is a very friendly and enjoyable place to do business. I recommend them without hesitation.

We regularly print large format (36” wide) sewing patterns from pdf. Reproductions has the best prices in town and they’re so fast! We recently printed about 1000 pages of 10x17 for an event and their bid beat the competitor by 40%. Service is friendly and did I mention fast? Last time I uploaded a file online I received a call a few minutes later. I thought it was going to be confirmation of receiving the file but instead it was to tell me it was ready for pickup! I would 100% recommended for business and personal printing needs.

Ive been a customer of Reproductions for more than 6-months, going in about once a week.I searched and talked with most of the commercial printing companies in Tucson. No one has a better turn-around time. The quality of printing is also better than you would get at most places, and the prices are really good too. All things I wanted from a printing company.I print 100 - 400 quantity, and my experience is with Victor (small format color department) and Carl (black copy department). These guys are awesome! They try to get the prints done on the same day. Sometimes you have to wait if they are backed up with other print jobs, but they do their best to get it done that day.I go in and check a physical proof, then tell them what quantity to print. I usually wait there and eat the free popcorn. Sometimes I would hear people complain when told they would have to wait a week or more to get the print done -- because they didnt bring in a print-ready file! I always made sure I had a PDF file, so it could get printed the same day. If theres design work, that takes longer than just setting a printer to print, keep that in mind.

I have been using Reproductions for years for things like house plans, posters, and science fair boards. They are fast, inexpensively priced, and do good quality. One time there was an issue that I wanted a poster for a science fair board printed out, but I would glue it to the board (to save money). They misunderstood and mounted it to a trifold board. After telling them the mistake, they quickly were able to charge me only the cost I had originally thought (I needed it quick so didnt get an estimate in advance, which I try to do now). Anyway, great customer service.

The quality is usually excellent or they will print it again.I have some constructive critiques because I value my decades-long relationship with Repro Inc. They always seem to work hard to make my project work. I realize we all depend on feedback to improve our work-flow.1.There are new printers and papers coming out all the time. I sometimes want to know more about a printing process, like how it ages, color fastness, what its exactly made of if its not paper. The staff doesnt always have to know, but should know where I can find that information.2. This is an issue with all technology services. Dont blame the user for technology glitches--thats kind of a 90s attitude, no longer works in this era of software-everywhere. I meant to put this in the suggestion box. Once or twice I was annoyed because the operator seemed to be blaming me for something incompatible between Mac and Windows. He said something like Other people dont seem to have this problem. So the user is blamed for an incompatibility created by computer manufacturers? I guess the annoyance went both ways because the operator was visibly angry and didnt try to solve the issue. I eventually figured it out and got what I needed, but left with the memory of a bad experience.
