This is a modest guest bath but John Almond guided us through the process with suggestions that helped us get a great result still well within budget. The craftsmen were skilled, neat, on time and polite. Great experience.

I called to see about having a bedroom, bathroom and master bathroom remodeled after a water leak had been fixed and I was told that they don’t do that kind of work. I found it odd because they advertise remodeling.

We absolutely love our bath remodel that Pro Remodeling did for us! Every single person that was involved in the project was professional and SO good at their job- we were consistently impressed by their work. They started on time and even ended up finishing the project early, but by no means did they cut corners to do so. We would absolutely hire them again for future projects.

We had them do a complete master bath remodel and are extremely happy with the end result. Every person we interacted with both in the company and its outsourced specialists (i.e plumber, electrician, etc) were professional, friendly and responsive. This was our first major remodel inside our home and we will definitely be hiring them again for all our major projects.

First and foremost, they did a fabulous job. I had them install new granite counter tops and a stainless steel under-mount sink in the kitchen, and new quartz counter-tops and under-mount stainless steel sinks in the master and guest baths. They replaced my funky tub shower with a beautiful new quartz shower stall including a custom-etched glass door (coyote and saguaro cactus). Lastly, they Added a dozen overhead lights to the garage which is now very bright instead of dark and dim. At every step the crew was exactly on time, consistently friendly and polite, and always cleaned up after themselves. The workmanship was perfect. Everything looks gorgeous. John Almond is a joy to work with and very helpful and informative. But ... although I was quoted one month to get it all done it was really over 6 months. There were some inexcusable delays in replacing my bathrooms mirrors -- it took not days but weeks for them to get this simple task done. Also, they delayed in adding the shower hand rail for days, further delaying my use of it. Overall excellent work and communication. But expect inexplicable delays.

Pro Remodeling did an amazing job on our bath remodel. We had been planning to do the remodel for several years but really didn’t have any solid references for contractors. We wanted a somewhat extensive redo that required the reconfiguration from a tub to a walk in shower. We also wanted some cabinetry replaced with new countertops. After much internet research we decided that Pro Remodeling was potentially the company that we could work with and gave them a call.John came out and we discussed our ideas and he gave us the feedback and tips on things that we had never thought of. We knew after this initial meeting that this was the company we were looking for. John made us comfortable to proceed with the work.As work began we met and worked with Jimmy and Russ. They did a wonderful job of coordinating the entire job and keeping us informed as the job progressed. We interviewed 5 contractors before selecting ProRemodeling to give new life to our kitchen through adding new granite counter tops and sink, and replacing all major appliances, as well as upgrading the electrical outlets throughout the room. From Day 1, they were efficient, effective, and full of ideas for taking things to the next level, within our original budget. When they began the project, the first action was to lay down a path of canvas tarps from our front door, and they cleaned up after themselves every single day. Since the project would take several weeks, they made certain we always had access to our sink; when they removed the counter top around the sink, they decided - without even asking - that the adjacent counter was less grubby, so they cit a hole for the sink in the more attractive old counter, and inserted our sink. John, Russ and project supervisor Tim were a pleasure to work with at every step along the way. We look forward to an opportunity to hire them again, and would recommend them without qualification!

Pro Remodeling recently completed the renovation of two bathrooms. This was the second job they have done for us here in Tucson. And like the first, it was an A+ job. The workmen are top notch professionals. Work was done on time and on budget. They are careful not to disturb the rest of the house and they clean up each day. My family recently had our entire kitchen completely redone and we cannot be happier with the results. We had originally only planned to have a little bit of work done on our stove so that we could fit the new flat top model in, but John from Pro Remodel encouraged us that it would be far more cost effective to simply remodel the entire kitchen. We were unsure at first, but John was absolutely fantastic at working with my Grandmother (The owner of the house) to not only assure us that the work would be top-notch and complete by the holidays, but that the quoted price matched what we could afford. Even with the original price quote, none of us thought that the kitchen would turn out as absolutely beautiful as it turned out. Russ and Pam worked with my grandmother the entire time, keeping her calm and assuring her that the issues with our older model house were going to be taken care of (While still remaining within the original quoted price). Larry and Tim worked tirelessly to complete quality work within a short time frame and could not have possibly done a better job. Palm Electric deserves credit as well for overcoming the many electrical difficulties that arose during the remodel. Also overcoming many difficulties was the plumber Angel, who did absolutely stellar work, going out of his way to assure any issues were resolved. The final contribution was from Arizona Cabinets and Countertops. Not only did we receive granite counter tops for a ridiculously reasonable price, we were able to put in some of the most beautiful and flawless granite that we have ever seen. Every single one of the workers that were at our house were extremely respectful, hardworking and dedicated to their craft. The process of a remodel is going to feel invasive no matter what, but the workers made the entire process far more comfortable than we could have dreamed and we consider ourselves lucky to have met such high quality people. If you live in Tucson and are planning on remodeling any part of your house, give Pro Remodel a call. You wont regret it.

This is the second time we had Pro Remodeling complete a project for us. The first time we had Viga beams removed, stucco and paint work which turned out excellent. This time we had two baths updated with new faucets, plumbing, shower doors, and shower/tub valves and faucets. Also in the kitchen we had a new sink installed with new faucets, plumbing, disposal etc. The tricky part was to cut the existing granite so the new sink would fit. Pro Remodeling was the only one who wanted to cut the granite, every one else wanted to tear out the perfectly good existing granite and put all new in.It turned out better than we expected.The only surprise was the final bill was less than the estimate.The plumber and granite guys were excellent.On our next project, Pro Remodeling will be the only one we will consider calling.

I had a very bad safety issue in my back yard. Because of old tree roots coming to the surface the whole patio was extremely difficult to walk on. Pro Remodeling contracted for someone to dig up the old roots, and redo the patio in a very attractive way. They continued the patio pattern around my side yard. It is just beautiful. All of the workers were very professional and kind. The owner came out many times to check on the work.
