Blower wheel went out and was advised to change out motor as well. call around town and most places only sell to contractors (a bit manipulative if you ask me). called Hemco and they were more than happy to assist in identifying and replacing both the wheel and motor. even helped me match the capacitor and drew out the wiring replacement. this is the envy of customer service and other companies should take note! thank you to the folks over at Hemco!
I bought a replacement condenser fan motor from Hemco this morning. It worked great. The guys at Hemco are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a great experience.
Hemco sold me a new motor for my 1948 Rockwell bandsaw and put extra effort into rewiring and grounding the on/off switch and reversing the motors rotation. The new motor is smooth and powerful. My Rockwell has new life. Thanks Hemco!
All ways a great place for moyors. Staff helpful knowledgeable.
2nd time Ive done business here and will recommend. Support local.
We went in there to replace three little motors for my farm. The first guy I am assuming is a employee seemed like he would help. But I guess the manager came by and absolutely shut my and my dad down. He wouldn’t let us talk and when he did he would shoot down everything we were saying. Terrible service. Would not recommend to even the worse people.
My motor was promptly examined and tested, and I was given my options and possible choices right away. I appreciated the time given to decide.
After calling in about a replacement pool motor I was told the cost would be $329 plus $20-30 for UPS shipping and handling. Also, something was said about some other charges in addition to that which would have put my cost in the $400 range. I went to EBay and purchased the same identical motor for a total of $264 which included shipping and tax. Hemco has done a decent job with repairs I’ve had them do over the years but I highly recommend that anyone needing a new motor to look online. The price gouging on new equipment has me looking for another repair shop that offers better prices overall.
Great guys that do great work! However in my situation, my motor could not be rebuilt so had to get a new one. Hemco price was 269 and I could have bought online for 199, so quite a bit more for trying to shop local and support local business.
Awesome people willing to help and very knowledgeable
Such friendly and helpful guys. Purchased a rebuilt pool pump at a affordable price. Yes, I shopped around. Pool owners having issues with your pumps, I recommend. I will return in the future. Great job guys.
Great staff, and awesome prices. My pool pump died and they repaired it with an impressively quick turn around. Highly recommended.
These folks are awesome. they know their products. They are friendly and courteous on the phone. When they say they have it in stock, THEY DO! They actually check and put finger prints on it.Personalized customer service!Thank youDaniel Day
I was referred to Hemco by a pool store, great guys to deal with. They replaced my motor this spring after it tested bad, quickly and correctly. This past weekend my impeller sheared off, brought the pump in Monday morning and had a call Tues morning it was done. These are people that remember the days of good customer service and still believe in it.
Friendly and knowledge people, good prices. They will go out of their way to help you out.
Best place ever! Get correct help you need.
Not only did they have what I needed but they also gave great advice on the install. They were willing to do more than I asked for less than part cost alone for their competitors.
Very unfriendly not welcoming to walk ins.
Went in to have a motor looked at. A guy at the desk spent 1 second looking at it and stated the connector was the problem. I tried to tell him this was not the problem and he became very rude. Later he determined it was not the problem but cut up my motor cable to figure it out and then made claimed it was a different problem. I again tried to tell him this was not the problem and he again became very rude. In the end I was not able to get any help and now have a cut up cable. I wont be returning.
Great service and knowledgeable staff.
This is one of the most helpful places I have ever been. Great service.
I DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DO THERE GONE IN THERE 4 TIMES FOR A MOTOR THEY CANT REPAIR. i BROGHT A MOTOR IN THERE SAID i WANT THE EXACT SAME, THEY BROGHT ME A UNIVERSAL MOTOR, WHAT A MISTAKE, IF SOMEONE WANT TO GIVE YOU A CRAPPY UNIVERSAL MOTOR WALK OUT, WORST THING THEY EVER SOLD ME. AND THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR BY TALKING TO YOU, THEY TALK DOWN TO YOU.
Guys know there stuff, outstanding customer service too...
This guy has tonnes of experience. Bring your small motors or your really big motors to this guy. If he cant help you or guide you in the right direction then go read a book. I had a heater blower motor go out on me and he gave me a better deal than the naughty heater dealer down the street on a better more efficient motor. They are located on pima and alvernon and we need more mom and pop motor shops like this in Tucson. Maybe the next time you want to chuck that motor bring it down to them and see what they can do for you. Its worth a shot.
Aamco is a motor repair service and one of the top in Tucson period I take all my Motor problems to them with an excellent response.
Very helpful. Best pricing on motors in town.
