Had my sons letterman Jacket custom made, OMG it is awsome.Had round two done to jacket, notice the wieght in the color of the State Medal our son took.Old school Basketball sweater, turned out great our son loved it. My wife is sure the old school sweater will make a comeback.These guys are so good.

Have taken 2 items a football glove and a equipment bag to get sewn. Birh times they said they would call me when job was done. Both times no one called tried to call them they dont answer. I live far southwest side of town. I had to drive to town to see if items were ready. My grandson needed football equipment bag yesterday. Lady who helped me asked me when he needed it. Poor customer service

Quality is good, The way orders are handle is Terrible, too much wait time, too much lies, I dont expect a refund or money from some places but I had a bad experience with this place twice! The first time I decided to get over it but the second time I was told my product was gonna be done by a surtain date and that I was getting a call from them when it was done, never got a call, I let two more days go by and decided to call then i was told come by 2pm and it ill be done, I come in at 4pm and it wasnt done, on top of all the wait I waited 30 min for it to be done, I honestly think that this was ridiculous amount of wait time, I honestly think they need to be a bit more organized, when a buisness is run then responsabilities come with it, I do not expect anything from this place just honestly to take care of customers because customers bring in money to every buisness.

Dropped off my shirt Monday morning 10am, said it would be ready Tuesday morning. Came back 2pm Tuesday the guy didnt put my order in and they couldnt find my shirt. (I overheard the phone conversation) lady came back told me its not done just yet.... Really why lie? Because she thought I didnt hear her?
