Very please with TGC before, during and after the sale. They have a very good selection of E-Z-Go cars. They had the best price. Nate (my salesperson), knows the options and priced them fairly. There was zero high sales pressure, Nate just provides the information to make a good buying decision. Trade-in price was fair. They have the fabrics on hand from Baileys (local fabric supplier) to select for the seats/backs. I had a few minor issues, live 50 minutes away in Saddlebrooke, and they picked up and returned my car within 24 hours.

Our golf cart was held by a different place for a month with no repairs just excuses. Called Jimmy at Tucson golf he had our cart picked up and repaired in 3 day back home.. runs great

Dave, Will not mind to take the time to listen and guide you into the right vehicle with integrity and professionalism. The prices are always fair and the vehicles are far more superior then other brands. Stop by and you will see what makes this company different from the rest.

I was quoted a price on golf cart tires on Fri. Went back on sat but they were closed. So today I go back to get said tires but now he said they are more than they were Fri. Ok, now, there is a clipboard that he clearly sees and I can see it and the price is lower than what hes now saying. When I asked why,,, his answer,,,, a shrug and he asked u ant them or not. Never will go back.

Very disappointed in this company. Im very pro small business and was disappointed with the lack of personal touch. I was misguided back in October to buy a top for my EZGO TXT. My project came to a screeching halt as I tried time after time to make the extended top fit. The guy gave me the wrong mounting struts and assured me it was me. After researching the top, and months of struggling, I found that he gave me the wrong top and the wrong parts. When I brought it to the attention of the company the ladies on the floor were courteous and did their best to assist me, providing a liaison between myself and the owner. They were able to refund my false purchase of the struts and attempted to order some that fit. After waiting another 2 weeks, I show up to find that these also were the wrong struts and now they dont make the kind of struts I need and it would be another 3 weeks!!! As a small business, an owner should have realized Im burning time and fuel to patronize his business and should have had a more personal touch to it. If Im running a company and nothing is going right for my customer, its my DUTY as a business owner to make it right. At the very least Im picking up the phone to handle it person to person so you know I give a damn! Big thank you to Alexa who DID try. Shes the only reason theres ANY stars up here at all. Go with a different business for your golf car needs. Get it right the first time.UPDATE: Response to everything in your power. Please be honest. The wrong parts were ordered again. It wasnt about meeting timeliness and things of that nature.. if you truly wanted to make it right you would have given me the correct top. I am not the expert. I am the customer. I spent months and money attempting to fix your companys mistake only to get more parts ordered that didnt fit. Please do not mislead people as to what happened. Rather than ordering new struts(which is what was refunded by the way.) I should have been offered the correct top. Clearly 30 day policy isnt enough when a person has been mislead and trying to make something work that was CLEARLY not for that. I returned within that 30 and within 60 asking questions and your guy assured me it was correct so please dont paint the wrong picture.

My grandma went in here for a repair and the technician smelt like alcohol. Disorganized not knowing when the gauge in the cart will get fixed people. Just use Golf Cars of Arizona, WAY more polite there.
