Was placed on hold for 10 min...was then routed to a voicemail. Called back 30 min later was placed on hold again and have now been waiting for 17min and counting... I just need to know price and availability of parts for a Lennox system I am repairing...You can bet I will NEVER purchase a Lennox system for myself or for anyone I know. If I can even find out of they have the parts to fix it much less even talk to anyone... Would give 0 stars if I could.
