I’m a nursing mama and was so happy to find a store that had supportive, nursing bras in larger sizes! Was greeted by someone who helped me find the correct fit and style. All I had to do was put them on! So easy!! No masks worn by other customers or staff.

The Bra Spa is a Tucson gem, that I am discovering just now?! I decided to have a fitting to make sure I was wearing the right size/fit of bra since we know that just makes the overall outfit look all that much better right ladies?I walked in and my name, welcoming me, was on a little board at the front counter area. Renata took me right back into the salon area where she promptly measured me and went right out onto the floor choosing a variety of gorgeous bras that held it all in but were gorgeous to look at! After trying on a number of bras, I landed on 3 beautifully fitting quality pieces! Renata was very knowledgeable and I felt super comfortable with her... I mean after all, I am gabbing with her about undergarments topless so comfort level is important.The inside is incredibly welcoming, posh feeling with lots of lace and satin to drool over. When I was ready to check out, these two little sweet friendly doll babies... Rose and Daisy were there to thank me for coming. I mean, as a dog obsessed person, I give extra points for dog friendly businesses! In my bag when I arrived home, I found some treats other than the bras I had purchased - a cute tape measure, a treat for my own dog (of course I was sharing I had a dog named after a flower too), and a lovely pair of lace unmentionables.A woman came in as I was paying dropping off donations of bras that were in good shape. Apparently the Bra Spa supports to local charities. I was back the next day after cleaning out my lingerie drawer of bras I would never wear again, to support them with my own donations. What a great experience for quality under garments that I will be telling everyone I know about!

I almost cried when I found this place. For those of us with hard to fit bra sizes, it is truly amazing! Margo, the owner, helped me herself and she was wonderful. I realized while I was there that I have not had a bra that actually fits me in years. This is a love store, too. There were women in there of all ages and sizes while I was there. Prices were comparable to other places that sell good brands. I also bought a sports bra, a bathing suit and some matching panties! I will definitely return in the near future.

I’ve always been intimidated to get sized for a bra. It sounds awkward and I was sure I’d do the wrong thing and make it worse. This was the easiest, most comfortable experience I could have imagined. She told me every step and I immediately felt at ease. I was fitted for a bra and left with two great fitting bras I love within 20 mins. I am a 32G and was wearing a 34D. No wonder they never fit well. So lucky I found them!

I Went to The Bra Spa for my very first bra fitting. Renata was so professional and knowledgeable. She chose some styles for me to try on after I mentioned my bra concerns and she made recommendations on the best fit for me. Its amazing what a good bra does to make you feel and look good in your clothes. I highly recommend The Bra Spa.

The Bra Spa is such a great place -- every time I have to go bra shopping I am so grateful and relieved to be able to visit it. It is a wonderfully stocked, inclusive, well-priced and well-decorated place, and its employees are informative, friendly, and immaculately professional without exception. For a while I thought I was going to have to move across the country this summer, and one of the things at the very top of my to-do list was to visit the Bra Spa one last time before I left. Happily I am staying in town, but that should tell you something about how unique and vital and all-around excellent this place is! 5 out of 5 stars! I cant recommend the Bra Spa enough.

I had a fantastic experience at The Bra Spa!! I absolutely love and happily support independent bra shops!!I’ve been putting off bra shopping ‘cause I needed a fitting and it’s an up-close-and-personal experience (and also I haven’t been wearing bras for a while so 🤷🏼‍♀️).Anyway! Rosie (pup, pictured), Daisy (pup, not pictured), and Mia (human, not pictured) were SUPER helpful!! Mia found so much in my size (40G, so I can’t find a wide variety normally): wireless, molded, form over function, function over form, form AND function 🥰, red, leopard, full coverage, low-cut, all sorts of great options!!It’s so nice in there!! Cozy, well laid out, smells great, PLUS PUPPIES!!!It was so nice being fitted, and now I have REAL BRAS that ACTUALLY FIT!!!I will definitely be going back! I highly recommend them.UPDATE (8/14/2021): I went in to pick up a bra I’d preordered, that was fine.The place was pretty packed and only one other person in the shop (a customer) was wearing a mask. If that’s an issue for you - and it is for me - it’s something to keep in mind.

After so many years of wearing what I thought was the correct size but never loving anything, let me tell me you: there is my life before The Bra Spa and there is my life after!!I came here at the recommendation of my sister and was helped by Renata. She really took the time to properly measure me and listen to what I was looking for in a bra and helped me find something I felt comfortable in and I walked out with three gorgeous new bras that look and feel amazing! I have never had anything fit so well!My best advice is dont get caught up in the letters and numbers of what you think you should be wearing and go with what feels right on your body. These ladies are definitely experts in bra fitting so let them help you. Thanks Bra Spa! I am definitely coming back next time Im in Tucson!

Margo is truly passionate and knowledgeable! She wont sell you a bra that doesnt fit well. She has so many choices that fit perfect and look great. I didnt have to go dig to find them either, she does the shopping. Im thankful for a beautiful bra that makes my breasts look and feel better than they have in years. Please dont hesitate to try the best bra shopping experience you will ever have. Im not going to shop anywhere else! And my hubby is happy as well (he got to experience it with me and we both learned a lot).

I desperately needed a nice, supportive nursing bra after having my daughter, and the Bra Spa came to the rescue! Margo was an absolute delight to work with and knew exactly what I needed - she literally eyeballed me, took one measurement around my chest, brought four bras for me to try on, and helped me find not one but *two* awesome options. She was super honest about how she felt about each one, too, which I really appreciated (one was a definite no!). This boutique is such a wonderful gem here in town, and I will definitely be back for another fitting after I finish nursing!! As a bustier girl, Ive always had trouble finding bras that fit comfortably, let alone anything cute and this place gave me everything Ive wanted in a bra!!! UPDATE: Margo did reach out to me twice, including when the bras I ordered finally came in. Even though she had already refunded me, she offered to send me one complimentary. I thought that was very kind. She definitely didnt have to do that. I feel more positive about the overall experience.Im really sad and disappointed about the experience I had here. When I went in to be fitted for a nursing bra, everything was great. Margo was courteous and helpful. She told me it would be 3 weeks for my bras to come in. When I called after 3 weeks, I was told that they were on backorder and it would be 4-6 weeks. I was frustrated that they didnt call to let me know, but it was fine. Its now been 7 weeks, and after my calling multiple times and not receiving any real update on where my bras were, I received a refund. Im glad I got my money back, but am disappointed to not receive the bras I paid for (I believe there was a problem with the vendor). Renata was very courteous, but Margo never bothered to speak to me or apologize. Just a really upsetting experience overall.Update: As the OWNER, you taking the time to speak to me would have actually made me feel relevant, considering I called multiple times over several weeks and got not one minute with you. Would it have made a difference in actually receiving my items? Maybe not. But at least I would have felt relevant. Renata was great. How am I to know shes the manager? What it felt like was that my issue wasnt important enough to be addressed by you, the owner. Also, great that you can respond to a public review within half an hour but cant bother to speak with me any of the multiple times I called.

What a gem of a store! Both Margo & Renata are so knowledgeable and helpful. The variety of gorgeous bra choices is mind boggling! To be properly measured and fitted was a new experience. I now am wearing bras that make me look better in my clothes as well as feel better wearing them! I’ll never buy a bra anywhere else again! I threw out all my old ones and now on with the new! LADIES!!I have NEVER in all my 44 years had such a fantastic experience bra shopping as I had today at The Bra Spa. It was amazing from start to finish! Mia helped by fitting me, then one by one we went through all the bras I ever wanted to try. I walked away from there with five perfectly fitting, beautiful, qualities bras and a new feeling of self confidence, which is worth all the money in the world.I cant wait to take my mom there next time she visits! I was so sick of my bras not fitting right and not finding anything that could hold the girls in the right way. Turns out I didn’t know what proper size I was and the correct way one should fit. Margo greeted me so kindly when I came in, followed by the cutest two puppies! With social distancing she already have her rooms full so I waited in the front area till it was my turn. Then she brought me back into a room measured me and then brought me everything I needed to try on. I never had to leave the fitting room. She really took care of me and told me about all the sales too! She got me the items in my size and brought them to me! Shopping made easy! All I had to do was try it in and see if I liked it! I really can’t say enough about how amazing this place is! Go check it out! You will be a loyal customer after 5 minutes in the store!Side note with the dogs for those like me who might be allergic, her dogs are hypoallergenic so there isn’t dog hair everywhere or dander floating around everywhere. The place is still very clean. I’m guessing one is a poodle and the other is a poodle mix of some kind.

I personally do not have much call for these ladies expertise but I have a wife who does and she swears by them. I have used them twice for gift cards and the service was way beyond and above. Nothing is to much trouble and no little service is overlooked. Even included home delivery of a gift card box on Xmas eve as i had left it too late for regular service. Totally unexpected but made the day. Truly awesome customer service.Thankyou ladies. A happy wife is a happy life!!!

I came here around 2 years ago and haven’t worn a single bra that Ive purchased since. They were extremely tight and left red marks even when Id only wear it for minutes. The ladies were kind but wouldn’t let me purchase a bra that I wanted, due to how “scandalous” it was, and it wouldn’t have worked on me. I dont live in Tucson so I wont be returning. On a positive note, they had quite a selection for bigger ladies which i know can be hard to find.

This place lives up to it’s reputation! Margo is a passionate owner who really listens! When I told her what I did and did not like, she heard me and pulled out SO many bras for me to try! It was nice to feel like I had options after only having one or two options even at bigger stores like Dillard’s. She taught me so much and helped me find THREE bras that I love! She did all of this in 30 minutes! I’m definitely sending every woman I know here! Every city should have a business like this!

FYII bought two bras this past week, Renata was helpful however I wasnt told that they charge a $10 re stocking fee if I had to return it. She knew I wanted to try it on at home.SO to my surprise I learned this, I was told its on my receipt ironically by that time its too late.More frustrating was how Margo handled the situation when she learned that I was unhappy. Not concerned that I was unhappy or offered an apology or try to make it right. SO I lost $10 to put a bra back on a hanger or in a drawer! This is horrible customer service if they’re goal is to retain customers and get referrals as this is what makes a business successful.

Margo was so helpful and knowledgeable during our appointments. She listened to every preference and comment to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I live out of state but will definitely be reaching out to this store specifically whenever I need more bras!

I came into the Bra Spa after struggling to find a bra that fit properly. I was greeted by 2 friendly little puppies and was fitted for proper bra size by Margo, the owner. I won’t buy a bra anywhere else.I hadn’t worn anything but a sports bra in years because my breasts didn’t fit in a DD and navigating the bra works over a DD cup proved prices went up astronomically, in store availability plummeted to nothing, and styles were bland and depressing. Margot found my proper band and cup size within 5 minutes of my first fitting and I walked out with two extremely comfortable and CUTE bras. These products are for real life bodies and real life breasts and they are QUALITY at very reasonable price points! They have literally everything you could ever need; classic, t-shirt, comfort, work out, sexy, and if they don’t have your size in store they will order for you. The women are all so well educated on their products and in my experience have gotten me exactly what I want and need every time. The atmosphere is of an actual spa, they help you with everything, changing rooms are large and carpeted, and everyone is empowered and all bodies are embraced.I have referred all my friends to this incredible boutique. Margo and the staff here are truly the kindest and most helpful people. I had a bra break (after like three years of wear) and had to go in and buy a replacement after work. I got there close to closing time and they still got me in and out with big smiles and without making me feel rushed. Also the store smells flippin amazing! Yes the bras are a lil pricey however...they make sure the fit is perfect and your happy before you walk out. They are the most comfortable every day bra I have ever worn. Customer service is a 10!!! Must try Ladies!

They have an amazing selection of bras that actually fit (and look nice!). I have a small band size and a larger cup size, and most regular clothing stores dont carry bras that fit me well. The Bra Spa has a wide assortment of sizes (including swimwear!) and I was able to find many great fitting options. To make things even better, the associate who helped me was fantastic. She turned the entire bra shopping experience into a great one instead of a frustrating one. I will definitely be back for a few more pieces!

UPDATE: The Bra Spa is a Bra Recycling Ambassador Drop Off Location!!!! I have learned my lesson with bra shopping. I can’t be rushed into a decision because buying the wrong bra is too costly in more ways than just the wasted money on a bra that is not really right for me. Like shoe shopping, it has to be and feel good. Also, a great bra for me has to not be a chore or difficult to put on either. This last purchase, I am in love with! So very comfortable and no drama with hooking it in the back either. I detest front hooking bras or having to navigate a bra around my body to get it to hook properly so I can wear it. On a prior visit I made an error and purchased at least one bra that was not the best for me, but now I know what I need in a bra. Hopefully I will not make that mistake again. This place was amazing!! Went for the first time with my mom and we both got bra fittings and new bras! There is a fee for bra fittings but that fee is waived if you actually buy a bra. The staff was incredible and very knowledgeable about how bras work. I will definitely be returning here for more bras! Kind of pricey but its worth it, trust me.

I have purchased several bras from them and absolutely love them all. They are so comfortable and fit better than any Ive bought in a regular store. I will keep going back.

This store is the absolute BEST place to buy bras. If you are wearing a bra thats uncomfortable it isnt the right size and Margo (store founder and bra fitting goddess) will go above and beyond to put you in the right bra for you. The store is beautifully laid out, clean, comfortable and accommodating for everyone. It is spaced well for those in wheelchairs a and theres plenty of seating available for waiting men. Margo and her staff are friendly, helpful, professional and just all around nice people. They arent pushy sales people and dont force you into something you dont want or cant afford. Take in your gently used bras for 5% off your purchase, those get donated to two local womens charities. They have a wonderful website and Facebook page as well. There are also, on most days, two very friendly doggies that enjoy meeting new people and sitting with anyone waiting. Tell Margo Shannon McGarry sent you down to get fitted by the bra goddess. You wont regret it! She carries bras in every size, style and color. Its the only place in town we were able to find 42B and 34M. I can not say enough good things about this store. I will be doing ALL my bra shopping here from now on!

Ive always been a tough fit when it comes to bras and bare essentials......hated.....hated.... hated bra shopping for such things but today that all changed. I dont even know how long Id been wearing the wrong bra size, but I was sick of it. I was weary of going to get professionally sized/fitted because I didnt want some seasonal mall employee slapping a tape around me and guestimating nor pushing me to try on and buy a bunch of stuff I didnt like or didnt fit... but none of the brick-and-mortar department stores carry my size and Im not about to start a buy/return cycle shopping online without knowing my actual size. I caved and made a fitting appointment and Im so glad I did. Not only was I properly sized, but the woman that helped me made sure the straps were adjusted correctly, the gore and cups were flush, the side wing and bone were the right height, and the underwire was shaped to my root and encompassed all the tissue appropriately and comfortably. I also never felt a pushy buy, buy, buy vibe, and was assured that I didnt have to do so. They had so many cute things in my size (rare!) that I walked out of the store wearing one and they put a few others I liked on a wishlist so I (or my husband) can come buy them later without having to find them again. Ive already gushed to my mom and sister who think theyll spend their next treat yourself day/fund here. Having a cute, comfy, well-fitting bra is amaaazing and Ive been walking on sunshine since my appointment.

100% recommend for anyone and everyone with breasts or that wants to buy something special for their special someone. Come to a great place with impeccable customer service and *support* ;) (haha).

The owner and employees are amazing! I love the owners dogs that are there and I also have my first perfect fitting bra.
