I use these mitts everyday! I have used both the stock blue mitts, as well as the custom pairs that they sell. I can whole heartedly recommend either style to any coach who is interested in trying them out. I have honestly learned a lot about different angles, entering/exit strategies, positioning, and shot selection, just by using these mitts. The transition from traditional mitts to these for me was virtually seamless. They have given me the confidence to try and discover new and effective techniques with my boxers that I dont see being used much, if at all anywhere else. Such a unique product, and yet such a no brainer for boxing. This is a must have tool for your arsenal of teaching equipment!
