Very clean place. Good prices and friendly salespeople. Not pushy.

I have been waiting for them to ship a couch to me since July 4th. Still have not received it. In my initial customer agreement form that I filled out it said it would be here late August. Now I am being told after a total of 12 text delay updates it might come in December with possible delays. I will never purchase from this company again. Maybe they should charge customers when the item is shipped, not take my money and have me wait 5 months to receive my item.

ANOTHER UPDATE: Still not resolved. No.communication from Levitz. I now resort to driving the 40 miles to their Orange Grove location only to be told our replacement stool is still on backorder. Weve now been told the same thing for six months. Again - STAY AWAY FROM SAM LEVITZ AT ALL COSTS!UPDATE: One month later and I still have not received any communication from Levitz. Last estimate for delivery was mid-November, which is now. DO NOT BUY FROM LEVITZ, ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT YOUR FURNITURE IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS.Read the other reviews and stay away from Sam Levitz. Went in to The The Gallery at Levitz on Orange Grove. Supposedly higher end. Ha! Customer service is non-existent, from Sales to Warranty Department. Both times I was in the store, I was handed over to a salesman who would take great care of me. I asked for additional information/measurements on a few pieces. Salesman said hed be right back with the info, and then never came back and was helping others. This happened on two occasions. Was going to buy the FlexSteel counter stools on-line, but decided to purchase locally due to the pandemic, even in light of my previous two experiences. Bad decision. One of the stools was damaged on arrival. Ive been dealing with at least 5 different people since the middle of July trying to get a replacement. Average 25-minute phone wait before you can talk to a human who then sends you off to nowhere land. I was told time after time (10 phone calls at least) that the stools were on back order. Got an email that the replacement was to arrive two days ago. Got a phone call that morning saying driver would arrive in 20 minutes. Two hours later, when no one arrived, I called the store and was told, Oh! Someone was supposed to let you know its still on back order. This after I got Jimmy the Sales Manager involved three weeks ago. Yes...Im irritated beyond belief. I should have purchased on-line. I doubt Ill ever see a replacement stool. Save yourself thre irritation and go elsewhere.

We had such a great experience at Levitz Mattress Tucson! We were looking for a mattress for our master bedroom and two mattresses for our twins. They greeted us immediately upon arriving, very cordial and friendly. We browsed the floor and when we had questions the sales staff was easy to find and helpful with all the information we needed. The prices were amazing! We would definitely recommend to all our friends in need of a mattress in Tucson. By far the best experience we have had at a mattress store in Tucson.

Great place if youre looking for a mattress for the guest bedroom. The prices are pretty good. Picking it up can take a long time though.

Mostly junk furniture. But if you pick through you can find a couple of jems but be prepared to wait seemingly forever to pickup those items.
