I am in preliminary talks with the company for some local projects in Tucson. They sent a representative to check my lot and I am moving forward with the design process. I am hopeful to use them as a supplier for some residential rental units. I will update the review as new information becomes available.

Told us rt off we cant afford a mobile home, a mobile home! Just un informative in helpful and rude. Went 3 times trying to talk with someone who could advise us on how to proceed with this course of action. Realtors ate more interested in selling homes to us than these guys were.

Robert the manager and our salesman Louie were great. They understood our needs and answered our questions.

Me and my husband went just to get a estimate, we took our super hyper toddlers. Jorge was so nice and he didnt get annoyed with our children he gave them paper and crayons and kept on talking to us about pricing etc he didnt miss a beat. He is so friendly and explained everything. We will be going back very soon to purchase our 1st home.

Disappointed. Louie never got back to me despite me calling a couple times then yesterday spoke with a Chris, gave him my number and email address and still nothing. They lost my business, going with another company!

I had questions about land and home packages. I called and spoke with sales guy Louie, made an appointment and I showed up at the correct day and time. I walked in and spoke with some guy that didnt introduce himself, I asked for Louie and was told it was Louies day off and he doesnt know why I would have an appointment on Louiss day off. He took off into another room, I went to follow and he shut the door in my face. I stood there a minute and watched him have a very animated discussion with some young guy. I figured they were having a A B conversation so I will C my way out. I walk out the door and the young guy from the office and says Hey the way youd say it when a 2 yr old has a hand in the cookie jar (I would like to think he didnt mean it like that) but after the way I was already treated I didnt take it well. I shared my thoughts about the reception I had and was about ready to at least look at some homes. The first guy had come out and says, Cmon, well help ya the way youd speak to a little kid to get them to go to bed. I said, Ill pass. Then the SOB says I guess youre not a buyer. Not from you fu@$%r. The entire experience reminded me of a buy here pay here used car lot complete with sleazy sales guys.

Had a great experience with George, sales associate. He helped me answering some questions that I have had for a future project that I have in mind, staff is really professional and friendly, will definetley recommend this bussines if youre planning to buy a home

Very rude the guy showed us one home and when I asked to see more he said that they were super expensive and hesitated on showing the other homes.... super rude glad found cavco homes great people very helpful and didn’t hesitate in giving info on homes no matter the price!

I would never go anywhere else to get a mobile home. Ray Usog one of the sales agents was so nice to talk to and makes the decision making so much easier.

My mother bought a defected home she had no hot water for over a month the heat and ac leak from the patch airduct work that was done, why do I feel hot air under the house?right now?. So now we have to pay a independent company to come out and check out on whats going on. Im not happy with this company at all.

Stopped in today to look at some homes had the total displeasure of meeting the sales person owner or what ever he was he was rude for absolutely no reason to us you have no business in sales and no personality for it mabey tey being something that doesnt require you having an amazing and outsanding personality

Retired ready to buy a mobile home cash the salesman only showed us a model and said well thats all I have. My husband and I were schocked to be discriminated against in such a Manor, retired bikers like us have cash Harleys are not cheap. People should not judge a book by its cover.

Got a double wide to hide the money.

Authentic salespeople, but they cant match the prices advertised on the company website. The website seems to mislead the public as to what the actual prices would be.

The man who helped us finding a new manufactured home was very nice and clear about the building and installation process. Im sure will return here when it comes to manufactured home business.
