The team was professional, friendly, and made our move simple. They moved all of our stuff out and in to the new house in less time than the original estimated time which was a bonus. I kept hearing good things about these movers, but I was not impressed, especially for the price. We moved a lot of our furniture into a storage unit & found a lot of it damaged when we we moved out of it 6 months later.I had a feeling things werent being treated right during the move. I heard things being dropped, saw furniture not wrapped correctly, & stuff being over stacked. I called their office with my concerns. They said they only handle claims within the first few days of the move. However, I wasnt able to see a lot of my furniture while after it was all placed in the storage unit to double check. There was really nothing I could do without pulling out all out of the unit which wasnt feasible.Needless to say upon the move out I saw stuff damaged. Furniture dinged & chipped, wood furniture scratched because it was dragged on its side on the concrete floor, curtain rods dented & scratched, couches stained from not being wrapped correctly.We didnt hire them on the move out because their prices went way up & I didnt trust them. I just happened to see all the damage with the new movers as everything was pulled out. I tried calling their office again & make my case, but again they said there is nothing they could do. The lady said shed check with the Claims Manager & have him call me but they never did.If you use them Id suggest you watch them every step of the way, especially if moving into a storage unit. You might get on their nerves, but at least youll ensure your stuff is taken care of...or there to document it if it isnt.

Wow. I was so impressed with the service I received by this company. I felt so overwhelmed by the prospect of moving and this company just made it so easy for me. I had three excellent movers: Anthony, Julio, and Jorge who took great care when moving any of my furniture. They wrapped everything up very well to ensure it would not be damaged. They also communicated with me the entire time and really wanted to make sure that I was happy. I couldn’t be more pleased overall with how the move went and I give credit to these movers who worked all day moving heavy items without skipping a beat. They were so efficient and even remembered where most things went better than I did. 5 star service for sure.

Danny and Hayden were very professional, hardworking, friendly, and careful loading our household goods. Their work ethic was impressive and they were able to load what we asked in the allotted time. After our belongings had travelled 2,400 miles, everything was exactly how they loaded it, with minimal damage. I am super disappointed with this company. The girl who hooked us was fantastic and the guys that show up to move us were great, a little unprofessional in the fact they complained about how their company underpays them and overworks them but I get it. I had been grossly under quoted and as the hours ticked by they wanted to charge me double I expected to pay. They did end up honoring the original quote when I was not willing to pay the extra grand. Two items where damaged on the move… a TV and our brand new computer. I put in claims with them regarding this and haven’t heard back once from them to rectify the damage. It’s been over a month, almost two now. I understand the climate of the workforce now, but it’s still important to care for your customers and actually follow through when they have issues

Jessie from the office team answered all of my estimate questions throughly for my across town move and let me know my options. The team, Bobby and Opal, showed up on time and ready to go. They were efficient and what the office estimated taking 6-8 hours took only 4. They treated my belongings with respect and care. While I hope I don’t move again for at least a few years, if I have to Two Men and a Truck is well worth the price for the outstanding service they provided.

Their office staff is great and their price is very good. The driver was very polite. However, anything THEY wrapped was damaged - 25 separate pieces of cherry wood furniture scratched and dented, expensive light grey sofa top corners blackened and material torn because it wasnt wrapped properly or NOT WRAPPED AT ALL.

I had a partial trailer to get unloaded from our move from Alaska to Arizona. Two Men and a Truck booked a team for me and was very flexible with the dates since I didnt know when my trailer would arrive. The moving team shows up on time, they called ahead to let me know they were on their way. When they got here, they were friendly and got right down to work. They were fast, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend! I hope to never have to move again but if I did, I would definitely call them.

I cant say enough good things about Two Men and a Truck. Despite the name, they are extremely professional and courteous. The office staff were quick and accurate and set the move up in no time. The price quoted was very reasonable and was not much more than if I would have tried to arrange it myself (so glad I didnt!).Jonathan, Q and Aiden arrived right on time at my storage unit and had it emptied and loaded on their truck in record time, but they took the time to pack it carefully.From there, we went to my house and they loaded some heavy pieces of furniture and various items with ease. All this was done with the same speed and care as before.Then, we all went on a 190 mile trip to the White Mountains. There they unloaded everything quickly and carefully as before. Even though this was a long day, the crew never complained and always asked what more could they do.I have done a few moves, some of them intercontinental, and I would totally recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone!

I dont know about their moving services. But I do know when a dog was hit on River Road, three guys stopped their truck and put out cones, provided water and helped direct traffic till we could move the dog to safety. If theyre as conscientious with your things as they were in that situation, Id trust them implicitly. Thanks guys for your help!

I moved from one apartment to another that was nearly 30 minutes away with a kitten in tow and not only did these guys absolutely adore and spoil my cat but they got me moved (drive time included) in 3 hours and all with a fantastic upbeat and professional attitude. Stole my wifes wedding ringI know I know, shame on us for not securing our valuables inside a safe prior to having strangers in our house, I guess we just had good faith. Prior to Two Mens arrival my wife placed her jewelry boxes in the bathroom and placed her wedding ring inside while she worked. Towards the end of the packing process my wife then placed the jewelry boxes into a packing box and handed it off. In the following days of unpacking, my wife realized that her wedding ring, and only her wedding ring, was missing from the jewelry box. The only time frame this would have occurred was in the first hour the movers were inside our house. Unfortunately, at one point this company had 5-6 people inside our house moving throughout all of the room, and we were busy with other tasks which prevented us from keeping track of who was in which room, so we have no way of identifying an individual. Also unfortunately, the only proof we have of this is of course entirely anecdotal. The real frustration of course is that the true value of the wedding ring is in its sentimental value, which cant be replaced.Im sure most people dont need to be reminded to have a safe for valuables when strangers are over, but in case you do, let me remind you that moving company employees are the same low lifes youll find anywhere else.

Horrendous service!!!!If you are moving anything remotely valuable stay away from this company. Hiring them is equivalent to donating your stuff to them as they do what they please with your stuff.1st they did not send me any paperwork before the move. When I called asking for paperwork, the lady at the other end verbally confirmed the date and time. They did not send me the paperwork. Then the movers broke one of the most expensive pieces along with another table. Value was >5k. Then started the train of lies. Driver said its company policy to replace broken furniture. Someone will call in 24hrs. No one called for 1 wk. Then they call, they threw away my very expensive furniture without any permission/communication with me. And they had the audacity to offer approx $300 per the pre move agreement they never sent me. They blamed not giving me the paperwork on me as well.The Manager Ken Taubs attitude was as if he was doing me a favor. And he claims he has no superiors. They then did a sham insurance claim which was denied based on premove agreement which they never gave me. Absolutely Horrendous service and ethics. After a 1 month of torturous ordeal with them I was able to get less than 20% of my damages reimbursed. And the Manager claims this is what he calls above and beyond service .

This company was very professional from the first phone call. As a realtor I wanted to see if this company would be one I would recommend to my clients and I absoletely would! They were great! Our movers were Wyatt and Anthony. They were quick an efficient!

This made the move so much less stressful. We moved from an apartment with a very narrow doorway and cramped hallway. Wyatt and Izzy were able to get our couch out of the apartment without damaging it. They arrived earlier than initially estimated but called with ample notice and we were moved in within a couple hours. I would definitely recommend them and use for future moves!

Ive used this company in Tucson and in South Carolina and it was phenomenal in both locations. In Tucson, Jamie and Mikey were amazing. they had to unload 3 PODS, 1 was in the driveway, 2 were at the bottom of the steep driveway. I was thinking it would take about 8-10 hours since they were packed! These two guys worked their butts off and were literally running up and down the driveway with items. The estimate was $400-$600, but it came in at $530, but the estimate only included 2 PODS, so this was 50% more work. I was expecting to pay $1000 at least! Ive hired 5 movers in other states recently and these two guys were by far the best we used.

I was kind of skeptical at first. Since this was the first time ever using a moving company.Johnny and his two guys came in. Knocked out the several things needed moved from my upstairs apartment to my U-Haul downstairs, in less then the needed time. They were courteous to my family. And took care of business. I needed to help my parents move two hours south of where they were currently living. They are at the age where a big move with heavy furniture will spell disaster for their health and I didn’t want them to be hurt as they moved into their forever home.I was quoted a pretty high price and I wasn’t happy but I understood the reasoning as I am in sales and it’s better to quote high. I had my fingers crossed that it would be less and that movers were good guys, not chumps like I’ve had to deal with before.Hector and Jose gave me a courtesy call and showed up at the same time I did. They were all business and very polite, and let my parents advise them or tell them things without assuming in advance. They referred to us as sir or ma’am, and genuinely served us.These two guys work fast! Multiple times I saw them hustling up and down the truck ramp, and they weren’t ever on their phones or leaning somewhere. They carefully padded all of the furniture which is old antique style, and then covered it all in wrapping tape, so much that we couldn’t tell the pieces apart! Not one piece of furniture was scraped, scratched, dented or broken.They didn’t take breaks and they didn’t even take a lunch, we were astonished when they arrived just 15 minutes after we did to the new home!At the end of they day they cut down the estimated time by 2-3 hours and I payed $400 less than what I was originally quoted.I will always use Two Men and a Truck going forward in life, and if you’re in the Tucson area I would highly recommend Hector and Jose, these guys definitely take pride in their work and put the customer first!

My husband and I hired Two Men and a Truck to help our son move his furniture from a rental house to an apartment close to his work. My nephew recommended your company as you moved him from an apartment to his house a few months back. My son unfortunately could not get his keys to open his apartment on his moving day until 9 am. I worked with Rhiannon Goodfellow to set up the move and I had a start time of between 8 and 9 am. When I found out my son could not get his keys until 9 am on his moving day, I called her back and she was very helpful and accommodating. She is the sweetest person, answered all my questions and moved our start back to help us out. On the day of the move, I was contacted by Jonathon West and we talked on the phone and I explained to him about the situation with getting into the apartment. He was gracious and said he would work with us. Jonathon and his partner Q Givens arrived at my sons house around 8:40 or so which was perfect. They worked quickly and efficiently getting everything moved and arranged in the truck. They covered everything with pads and wrapped the large items which was wonderful. They were both very pleasant, and worked very hard for the move to go smoothly. I could not ask for better movers. I have moved all my life due to my fathers work and I know how stressful it is. I called to request a quote to move 4 pieces of furniture from 7 miles away. 2 night stands a chest of drawers and a mirror . The quote was for $260, about what I paid for the furniture. Very nice customer service, felt the price was over priced and bloated for about 1 hour of work.

I want to start by saying that, through 90% of the process, I was very content with the end-to-end customer experience with great personnel, augmented by a technology-driven paperless process. The folks who came to pack, load and unload were professional, courteous and awesome! Special thanks to them!!But after the 90% AMAZING experience, it was all downhill from there which I think could have very easily been avoided. I was SO depressed and disturbed by the time this whole thing came to an end and was glad that I dont have to deal with them anymore. I got so depressed that I told them that I do not even need any resolution to the situation anymore. When I was left stranded with several items still to be moved, I called their management. It was one of the most un-empathetic and non-customer-centric phone calls that Ive ever been on. (The responses were Professional and legally compliant for sure so it checked the box for legal and compliance).The situation is, I was left stranded with a lot of items in my old house.I was told time and again by the crew who were loading that everything will be loaded and moved. I was left stranded with several items in my old house which the crew clearly told me that they were going to take all the items. Something changed when they went back to the office and guess they might have received different guidance from someone or some miscommunication amongst themselves. I would have been totally fine if I was told that theres a miscommunication. But instead, I was on a phone call for 30 minutes where I was blatantly blamed that its all my fault, in spite of me begging to understand the situation. And the way the phone call went was even more frustrating.Lastly, my comments and review here is less about WHAT happened, this is about HOW it was handled. Miscommunications and mistakes occur, so I understand the situation. But, my biggest concern here is, HOW it was dealt with.I have moved past that terrible non-customer-centric situation and have transferred all the remaining items by myself. But, the poor and un-empathetic experience has left me with scars that have made me disassociate myself from two men and a truck brand.

We had Two Men move a few items that were too heavy for us to move. I was amazed at the care they took to move the furniture. They wrapped everything in moving blankets and then shrink wrapped that. The two men moved a console piano from one house to another house, 20 miles away. They were punctual, friendly, and took care of business. They actually picked the piano up and placed it on the dolly. But at the final destination, it was challenging to get the piano up four narrow steps with a sharp turn at the top. They had to pretty much turn it end on end to make the tight turn into the house.But they did it! The ground was uneven but they worked hard to MAKE IT WORK!.

This company is great and reasonably priced. I had two oversized items, multiple large items, and a normal amount of moving boxes for a 2 bedroom and the team at Two Men and a Truck moved it all within 2.5 hours. It wouldve been less time but the address I was moving to was nearly 45 minutes away. Having moved across country (2600 miles) 12+ months ago, and multiple other times in my home state, this was a much more pleasant experience. I cant believe I have never used this company before, because Im never going to move again without the help of Two Men and a Truck. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.If you think DIY might be cheaper, the time cost alone of moving it yourself as well as the exhaustion from moving it yourself, is far steeper than the negligible extra cost of hiring Two Men and a Truck.REALLY important note: if you have oversized items like an upright piano or an old new England desk (that somehow weighs more than the piano) to move, this is the company to go with. Hands down the best prices and treatment of both items.

Used this company for my recent move. The move took longer than expected, about a half an hour was spent arguing with the movers about whether my couch could be disassembled or not before the movers decided to just take it out and load it in 1 piece (took less than 5 minutes). One of my desks was destroyed during the move and upon looking at the agreement I decided it was not worth fighting over because they would only reimburse me $.60 per pound (20-30lb item) even though the desk was a $300 item. Overall just an average experience I had to finish the move later because they could not fit all the items in their truck in the allotted time of 3 hours. Another thing to watch out for is that while the truck costs $145 (an hour worth of service typically) it does not include any time to drive to your new place, we left during peak traffic hours and it took about half an hour to drive to my new place and all of that time was added to my move time. Not the worst time I’ve had moving but this is about the average time I’ve had moving and would definitely shop around next time.

Ive used Two Men and a Truck in Tucson for two moves, and I am very satisfied with their fast and professional service. The moving crew on both occasions were friendly, professional and took great care with my furniture. On this last move (5/27/2020) Chris and Jorge were fantastic. I will use them again and I recommend that if you are looking for a moving service, that you should give them a try.

Highly recommended if you dont want your stuff damaged. This company takes great care of your things during the pack and unloading process. Both gentlemen who moved my stuff were very professional and very pleasant. Everything was easy from start to finish. I will bw using this company again.

Very happy with the two movers (Mike and Derek?). Punctual, professional and very efficient. Estimated time of move was 5 to 7 hours but they wrapped up in 4.25. Job well done!

Two Men & a Truck. Awesome office staff. Super patient with my repeated postponements ( Infinitely patient! This kind of understanding is Rare. ) And awesome guys who showed up on time with lots of energy and muscle and questions about items I hadn’t considered. Everyone was interested in making sure they understood what I needed and carefully explained their terms. Their estimate was reliable as well. Service-oriented folks, they know the meaning of the word.

They followed through with the agreement: they sent two guys and a truck. They were on time, calling a little prior to their arrival. They loaded up my belongings in a caring manner and then unloaded them just the same. They worked quickly and took zero “smoke/coffee breaks”. They both wore masks to protect our health during Covid (while also risking their own just by doing their job) and I paid less than what they quoted me. They worked a little faster than usual they said to keep from charging me an additional hour- I believe them, they worked quite fast. I would recommend these folks if you need to move or for anything else they provide. I tipped both guys as they certainly deserved more than I suspect they get paid.

The fellows were hard working, careful with your things and didn’t quit until the job was done well.

I tried to hire them and they stopped responding to emails or phone messages before I even got a quote.

This is the 3rd move we have used Two Men and a Truck. All three have been great experiences.

The movers all had great attitudes, were willing to do whatever it took to help us, and worked very hard. They broke a few things, probably totaling $100 - $150, but nothing major. Since we packed our own boxes, they didnt reimburse for the broken items per their policy. We felt they were reasonable - not perfect, but we didnt have any serious problems and the final cast was only slightly over the original estimate.

Our entire moving experience couldn’t have gone better. It started with Jimmie in the office who was very helpful & patient as she understood my concern about protecting our furniture & appliances. Mike & John showed up on time & couldn’t have been nicer, more conscientious & speedy. They finished the job in less time than the low end of the estimate & we appreciated saving money & everything arrived in perfect condition! Working with Two Men and a Truck was so enjoyable, it almost makes me want to move again!

Our local Tucson move was essentially stress free thanks to our move team. They were all respectful, friendly and took care with all of our belongings. At the completion of the move, they asked if there was anything else they could help with, any further moving, lifting etc. before they left. I had to reschedule 3 times, every time the Iffice on Ina Rd. in Tucson worked with me. The moving crew was friendly and not one thing was broking when they arrived at my new home.
