Decent facility. Good location and price

Only because they lied to me about 1 month free storage. This Was the only reason I rented the unit and when I got there I ended up paying almost 115.00 money I didnt have at the time but need to store my stuff

I ve had units here for two years now, no problems. The office was moved up the road to the corner of Ajo & Benson Hwy. There is not anyone on site anymore.

Good customer service and good prices this is a business that does care about all their customers and visitors if you ever need to move I strongly suggest for you to visit U-Haul for your storage and moving needs

Not bad but no one to help you. You LITERALLY have to make 2 u-turns if you leave here to go to the new one to talk to an employee! What a PAIN!

I have a friend who had stuff stolen from her storage facility and U-Haul won’t let her or the police look at the tapes from the cameras!!! So much for their “security”. Find another place for your storage needs.

Ive had storage units there for sometime and any problems are addressed right away. The staff is very friendly and will assist you in any way they can. They have 24 hour entrance that you can get to have access to your units any time a day. Wheel chair accessible, restroom and parking.

Excellent service. Very helpful and knowledgeable during check in. Facility is clean and well staffed. Reasonable pricing for climate control storage.

This place is such a freaking scam. Go to a real storage facility if you need to store anything. The access card that they gave me gave me to be able to enter in exit past the facilitys closing time... didnt even come close... to even dreaming of... permitting me access to my storage unit while attempting to retrieve MY things outside of their operating hours. In fact, even when I tried to use the access-card while they were all working there,, they still had to open the gate for me EVERY TIME, there was always some BS excuse of a reason like, oh the gate isnt working right now cause we just got here... God forbid I need to get anything out of my storage unit I pay for,, and pay extra for,, so that I can access it outside of their operating hours. What a freaking joke. 😱😡😧😖🤒😓🤔😶O

This has to be by far the best storage facility in town, the grounds are clean the people very personable and security is tops,we have had our stuff there for about 4 years I believe and never any problems, plus when I lost my job they worked with me very nicely so i would be able to keep my items in storage instead of having to find somewhere to store them in our small apt. Go visit them if you are needing a place to store your belongings, I know you will be satisfied.

They might be good for storage, but was unable to rent a uhaul there. First employee had no idea how to use the system and wasted my time as she tried to book an in town rental at $0.99 a mile for 1000 miles. Second guy was slightly better with the system, but massive language barrier. Hey, I get it, its Tucson, bilingual is a GOOD thing here. But bi means two, kinda important to speak English as well. He rang me up a completely different price than was on the website after we painfully tried to communicate. I left realizing that it was literally impossible for me to rent a truck at this location. Sucks too, I am right next door, they would have been convenient, but I will find another uhaul and get a ride there now. Not dealing with that company. Reviews seem to be good for people using their storage facility, so maybe that end of the business they have a handle on, but I wouldnt rent a truck there.

The employee I talked to just laughed and said no not today. Gave an attitude. Did not help to find any at other locations. If I could give 0 I would. I recommend to call another place.

Its funny, the hours of operation are posted on the front door but whenever you come, the front door is locked and theres no-one there. #hiremorestaff
