If you have breathing issues, don’t go here! We are collectors of Native American art. When we approached we were delighted at what we could see from the window. It only took a minute to realize it was a huge mistake to go in. I am asthmatic and the business had very strong incense burning. We left but by the time we got to the car, I was having a bad asthma attack.

We love this place- always find amazingly unique handmade jewelry and authentic pieces. The story of this place (check it out in Tucson Weekly) and the staff’s knowledge makes every visit a memorable experience. A must-visit!

The owner is an okay guy. The so called maker in the back is gonna ruin that business. First they gave me the wrong pair but after that I figured itd be fine. Been awhile since I purchased these mocs due to a leg injury. Used to be there wasnt no break in. Put em on and go. Guess with the guy back there now thats gone out the window now. Im still having to soak them to get em right to bad. Its a long way to Tucson now though

Overpriced and shoddy workmanship - and rude owners. I bought three bangles there recently. They needed to be made smaller. When I picked them up, two of the three were fine, but the third was still too big (the repair guy didnt follow directions). So, I sent it back for a re-do. It came back the right size, but the integrity of the bracelets design was ruined. Granted, it was a difficult fix, but if it couldnt have been made smaller, they should have just said so up front rather than mangle it. I lived with it for a few days, but each time I wore it, I got more annoyed. I went back to the store and said that I would never had bought the bracelet if it had looked like that originally - and they would never have sold such shoddy workmanship. Rather than offering another re-do, the saleslady offered to give me my money back. I was surprised, but decided to cut bait and take the refund. Just as she was about to give it to me, the owner walked in and wanted to know what the problem was. She told him and he said: Just give her cash out of the register - and do it fast! Implying that he wanted me out of his hair as fast as possible. Not a chance I will ever go back there!

I took a necklace to Desert Sun to see if they were interested in purchasing it. The old man told me if he bought it, it would be the ugliest thing in there. What an insult. Guess thats how he treats prospective customers. A simple thank you, but Im not interested or not buying, but he decided to insult me. Dont bother going there. I sure wont....EVER!

Take your money elsewhere. Beautiful stuff but terrible owners and service Unless youre flush with cash no point in wasting your time everything is super expensibe and the owners are annoyed from the moment you walk in. The lady who seemed like an employee was nice but the two men were awful. For people who sell Navajo wares they have no concept of the Beauty way. They only care about the money.

Gorgeous jewelry really nice artisan pieces and gift items. So much to look at definitely worth a trip.
