Very unpleasant experience with Juvan(?), the store manager. From the moment I walked in, his demeanor and attitude was geared toward being unpleasant and not helpful. I asked him several very simple questions, such as which box would he recommend for the items I was trying to ship and he refused to help. He said he was unable to recommend a box without knowing the sizes of each item. Gave him the sizes and he still refused. I would not want him representing my company by any means. Absolutely disappointing. There was a woman working with him, I did not catch her name but she was blonde and absolutely helpful when I asked her a question.
One time I came in to get copies at this store and I had to be in one of the worst moods of my life. The clerk withstood my horrible irratability like a pro. Not once did he stray from being considerate to all my concerns. I later phoned to apologize and he has always been the kindest of kind to me. I appreciate the professionalism and am always satisfied. Plus their hours are the best in the region. Thank
I usually have bad experiences with fedex, ups, and usps.... but today I had amazing service at this fedex location from a great employee, Matt. He took a few extra moments to make sure I was getting the best deal and I was able to 2 day ship my package for a reasonable rate. Im happy, my client is happy, and I will definitely come back to this location from now on.
Went there to ship a phone back to google covered under warranty and had a prepaid mailing slip. I was told they couldnt accept it since the label didnt show the lithium battery warning on it and I would have to get a new label or a sticker. They said I coudnt get a battery sticker/label from them and would need to start the return process over in order to get a entirely new label through google. I then asked if I could buy the battery warning label and they said no and they also could not tell me where I could go buy one. I instead ran across the street to the UPS store where they simply gave me a battery warning label to apply to my shipping box. I then had to go back to the FedEx store so they could then accept the shipping package. It was a pretty terrible and bizzare experience. The employees said they were just following what they were told although they could have just slapped a battery sticker on the box and taken care of everything that was needed. The employees were nice enough about it and were just following the new policy but I will try to avoid FedEx and stick to the UPS store if at all possible.

This is a comment on FedEx in general, not this location. LAST FRIDAY 11/20/20 I dropped off a small package to be overnighted from Tucson to LA. I paid $120.58. They said they guaranteed it would arrive the next day, Saturday. (I could have paid $35 to have it sent ground but they said it wouldnt arrive until Sunday, possibly even Monday. So I paid the $120.58 to overnight it. It didnt get to LA until Monday 11/23/20 at 9:47 am. I called the store and they transferred me to corporate. They then informed me that they have suspended all refunds, rebates, cash back, etc. I could have sent it ground for $86 less. I told the customer service rep that when I dropped it off no one told me that overnight might not get there until Monday -OR - that theres no refunds should they fail to meet their promises. This is really bad bad business.Also - I used to ship FedEx Ground because it was cheaper than USPS and UPS - especially on larger packages. Now they have raised their prices so that they are the same and even higher than those services.I really dont know what the point is of using FedEx anymore. Ill just take my packages to USPS or UPS. RIP FedEx!
Trying to email legal files, employee started vacuuming right near me. Incredibley loud, obnoxious and unprofessional. I looked directely at him till he stopped, and he asked what I was looking at. Rude and offensive to the point of ridiculous and funny.

Now I called with a simple question & the answer from Jovany (I think thats what I understood the name is) was rude, like if he knows me & hates me, or like if he got mad just because their phone rang.Whats wrong with people?Im not asking for anything for free, well, just the answer to my question.
Lynette was excellent! I was a little lost on all the machines and even though my needs were very inexpensive she took her time to walk me through the whole process until the end with a smile. Excellent example of customer service! I even had a package that had to be sent through a different carrier bit she went out of her way to repackage it to make it shipping acceptable! What an awesome experience!

They were closed due to covid and did not update google. Annoying to drive somewhere to find it is closed. Can everyone just quit using covid as an excuse to not perform?
YOUR website says your store is open. I get there the door is still open. I walk in a very unpleasant woman asks if she can help. I ask if I can fax. She asks if its unemployment fax. She says it wont go through and that store is closed. I ask if I could try one time. She says were closed. Maybe lock your doors when youre closed. I hope if the hag gets laid off she is treated as apathetically rudely and uncaring as she treated me.
So rude and not at all helpful! The Office and customer service number were both very rude and even hung up on me.
I’ve had nothing but trouble at this location from more than one employee. Nothing is wrong with the boxes I ship in. USPS and UPS take them. I pay $10 to ship an item and then they want to sell me another $10 box? Absolutely not. I am frustrated to the point of tears with this FedEx as my shipping gets delayed because of them since they won’t take my adequately pre-packaged items. Thanks.
Avoid this location! I ship literally hundreds of prepaid boxes for my home business from other locations every year and never run into problems. Alas, I took a box into this store today... there was a little empty space in the top (usually never a problem at other locations) and they tried to charge for $4 to cut about 2 inches of the box down. They wouldnt let me use a box cutter to do it on my own... What!? Last time I checked, Im perfectly competent to use a box cutter without slicing my hand open. Ridiculous attempt at an upsale on a *prepaid* package. I give FedEx thousands of dollars in my business every year... But not this one. Get your act together.

Oh my josh I’m so dun. The person I called was very rude. I simply called to ask if I could get something printed before I get to the place and the man cut me off by saying no.
They always have the items and services I need and are able to print directly from the files on a thumb-drive. Getting a small business discount doesnt hurt either.
WORST SERVICE EVER -- I ship art all over with brand new boxes customized for the large pieces I send. Usually use UPS or USPS but tried Fed Ex with a prepaid label. Tried to drop it off (REMEMBER: PREPAID LABEL) and was told No, we cant ship this. This box is bad. We would do a LOT better job of packaging. (Again, I ship all over and never have a complaint.)We said OK, repackage it. Was told no, they had no boxes to use.Real jackass at the counter. Totally rotten attitude. Plain rude.AVOID! One star is too kind.
If you have a problem, talk to Hector. We were in California, expecting an important package from Australia, and Hector stepped in to deal with corporate on our behalf to avoid having the package returned half way around the world. When I returned, Hector had it handy - easy peasy. High marks for customer relations.
Absolutely incompetent employees. Im pretty sure they cant even run the simple copy machines. If you wish to be treated poorly and be completely frustrated, then by all means go here.
Mike and Juan are really helpful. Make great suggestions. Staffs are friendly and professional.
This use to be an AMAZING store, now with staff turnover you would be better off going somewhere else! The manager Mike is rude and incompetent, even after being told how he comes across, the bottom line is, he doesnt care! If you can catch Gary or someone else, you might have a chance, however if your print job is important, dont waste your time or your money, go somewhere else!

I said I would change my last review which was me complaining about the elusive Piracy Police (in our heads?!) and I am now happily doing so! I was there for the afternoon in my copy center office which is so appreciated. But re my earlier comment, directed not at Fedex but about what often seems like pervasive micro supervising that often feels overly on the offensive to some who have highest practices. So, I guess Tucson Ina passed because....main crew all seems intact and back in action, maybe some new faces?I understand that so often in corporate service providers, we arent encouraged to form any bonding relationships. But, when needing to iron down details on things like a business card with graphics, its great to have a lean but core crew while usually having just one person to a project when this is best.
If you would like to experience the worst, condescending customer service, go here, you wont be disappointed. Unbelievable.

If I can give a “zero” star, I will give zero star. This place is horrible. I run a small online retail business, I ship more than 1000 packages a year by FEDEX. I have my own FEDEX account, I print my shipping labels by myself and drop off packages at FEDEX locations. Though this location is closest to my office, only 2 mins driving, I would avoid this location as much as I can. Every time I went there, they always told me I need to buy their packing service, otherwise they will refuse to accept the package, because my packing was inadequate. Of course they will charge ridiculous extra for the service. When I drop off my packages at any other locations, Officemax, and FEDEX on Broadway, I never had any problems. And I never had complains from my customers that my packing is NOT adequate. If they do not want to accept pre-paid FEDEX packages, they just tell customers, they would not provide this service at this location.
They seem to have a location specific policy to be as condescending as humanly possible. I ship and receive at least 20 packages a week, if this location wasnt so close to me I would never go in there. Nearly every single time I drop off a pre-packed and pre-labelled package, an employee gives me the same rehearsed speech This feels under packed, I will fix it as a courtesy to you THIS time. All of my packages are packed to certain specifications due to the nature of my business, my customers call me and complain whenever the employees at this office break into my packages and add packing. I have told more than one of my clients that if they would use UPS instead of FedEx that this would not happen as the UPS store that is across La Cholla from this location is staffed by professional and service minded people who are not condescending and dont try to create situations where they open up your packages every time you drop them off. I will never ever purchase anything from this location, but it is too convenient to stop dropping packages there for now.

Luckily the guys Juan and Michael, at the Fed Ex on Ina were professional, friendly and knowledgeable and helped me send my package. I had to drive to this one on Ina from the one in Marana because the gal could not figure out the country code for Ivory Coast and didnt seem to want to help me.
Definitely one of the best FedEx locations and Personnel in Tucson if you live on the northwest side of Tucson spend the time and drive to this location stay the hell away from Cortaro Farms because they suck beyond belief

Called ahead to get a quote. It was $20 plus whatever the boxing/packaging was to cost. Went in and by the time they were finished boxing it, it weighed 3X its original weight. Total bill was $120... Im having heart failure.
Not going to get much help from the employees, but if you can cut and print using there equipment and save a ton of money
