I really like Michael Kors purses. But I like the real leather ones. I was kind of in a hurry when I went in. Most of the merchandise is not priced with the discount price. I took friends and they were not told the discounts so they were turned off. I asked about a backpack and was told the wrong amount. At register it was $10.00 more. I didnt mind it was more but I did mind the clerks rude attitude about their mistake. If the prices were shown they would have had alot more sales that day.

Went today because I seen an ad of a purse I really wanted and when I got there they didn’t have it but it was available at a different location. Adriana was AMAZING! She not only helped me with everything I wanted but truly above and beyond. I absolutely love this mall and now because of her I will be a frequent shopper at Michael Kors. Thank you times infinity!!!! Anyone who is interested should absolutely see her, her customer service was beyond any expectations!

Went with my daughter and girlfriend today and had a great experience. My daughter purchased a purse and wallet and was helped by several employees who were very friendly and patient. My girlfriend purchased a purse and was also helped by several employees. The staff clearly enjoy their job and take pride in what they do.

Was there with my wife as part of her birthday treat. The staff there were amazing. You could tell they really enjoyed serving my wife, interacting with her and helping her selecting the right purse. It was a great shopping experience.

This place has far too much of my money. We stop in here every time were at the outlet mall and always find a great deal on something. The staff truly cares about helping you find what youre looking for, as well as everything else to go with it. Go see them for a great deal on something to make the wife (or you) happy.

The atmosphere here is the best, I was graciously greeted by all and had excellent service. Also found some great boots for the oncoming cold season. Will be back!

LOVE my MK purse! It is not too big and no clunky MK logo thing on it either. Ended up returning the Coach purse that I bought same day because I liked this one so much. Only disappointment is that it is now coming apart in one place but I dont know if they do anything about it.

I liked this Michael Kors. The sales people were friendly and helpful. Great prices and the store is clean. Kinda low on merchandise but I went in later in the day and they were having a big sale. So the empty shelves were no surprise.

I love the product just not the staff at this location. They are very fake. I have shopped here several times over the past year and keep going back because there isnt another outlet near me. Sometime I wait to shop at the one in Chandler or the Glendale outlets based on if I know I will be heading to the Phoenix area from Tucson. The service there is great. They wait on every customer not just the ones that are dressed like they have the means to afford the product. You can tell they are commissions driven based on interaction with the customers. Thats not how they should be motivated. I will always shop where you can buy Micheal Kors. I will just limit what I spend in that store.

Always love going there, I go often. I just get disappointed with the changing of prices according to the sales that are on. The retail prices are changed, if someone doesnt go often they wouldnt know. Honestly Its disappointing.

Were all entitled to our opinions but I went in to buy my mom a bag and I was browsing around the store for about 10-15 minutes and not one employee asked me if I needed help, who I was shopping for, nothing. Meanwhile they were asking the other customers around me and I didnt even get a look. Also to mention how the lady left me hanging when I got to the register with no one else behind me waiting to check out. Not saying they were stereotyping me for wearing an underarmour sweater and some vans but this has been the worst customer service I received in a very long time.
