Went in with the wife, she told me to go look at the mens section. Mens was in the corner and they literally only had like 2 racks of just hoodies and sweat pants with some jeans. I was expecting to get a decent selection. It seems this store just caters to women. Very disappointed will never shop at Ross again. There was name brands here but again nothing for men.

I love going to Ross but lately I feel like its been a little empty! Not as many items in the baby toy section or clothes, hard time finding good quality leggings for myself. Hopefully the store fills up a little more soon 😊 you will still catch me in store looking around though. Lol.

Great staff but the cheapsake customers always hold up the line. Not the workers fault at ALL. But the customers are terrible.

Ross is one of the best clothing stores to go to. The prices are amazing and the quality of the products is almost always amazing. The staff is extremely kind and the store was clean and organized. On top of clothes, they have shoes, toys, and miscellaneous items. Great place to shop!

Because of covid-19 dressing rooms are closed, and so is the bathroom.I was told to use the bathroom at Starbucks. Are u kidding! No, so I put my stuff down and left.I am pretty much done with all Ross!What to lazy to clean the bathroom or what?

I was calling for someone to look for a shoe, the associate who picked up was so rude. She said there is no way we can do that know, i told her may i speak with a manager.the assistant manager picked up and said the same, they were both so rude. I would give them no stars at all.

If I could give 0 stars, I probably would. One of your cashiers wouldnt accept a $50 we literally withdrew from the bank hours before coming to this location. She denied it, said it wasnt valid, without even trying to use the fake bill marker on it. We went to a different store, (not ross) and asked them to see if it was fake by using a marker on it. Guess what- it came back as real. So, the cashier with the pink hair can kindly shove her attitude up her butt, because she made us feel like we were trying to pay with fake money. Horrible way to interact with customers, to be honest.

Nope, if you want some cheap clothes, just go to Walmart instead. More variety. But if you want to find a hidden gem then keep windo shopping here. Or even Goodwill.

Ross, pretty much the same everywhere. I do miss the fitting rooms. The staff is friendly even under pressure and doing their best to accommodate this COVID reality. I appreciate the extra effort.

Decent brands for a decent price. Plenty of people working the registers so you dont have to wait too long to checkout. Youre actually greeted when you walk in. Overall a good store.

Place you can go treasure hunt, good decoration stuff at affordable prices. They also sell clothes toys and shoes.

The worst Ross in town .My baby was crying need to change his diaper. I asked girl was working at fitting Room . Can I use the restroom and, She said No . Usually Ross they close restroom at 10 PM .I asked her at 9 PM, So I have to leave 👎.

Selling defective items and refuse to return them. This store has different manager now and she’s rude and unprofessional. When I said I had to stop shopping then, she said OK. I used to find great clothes here, but now they are really, really cheap and ugly. I buy housewares here and always find stuff I like. But its been like 4 years since Ive found anything of good quality for plus size women here. Sad.

Purchased an umbrella. Variety was plentiful.Checked out all the masks (child, youth, adult).Clean store with social distancing circles in the aisle to the cashier.

I would have given this store a 5 star rating but the past 2 times I have gone there Ive been less than happy. The last time I went the social distancing line was all the way around the store and I ended up putting back the items I wanted because I wasnt going to stand in line for 45 min to check out. They were severely understaffed or something. It was horrible. And I understand that social distancing makes the lines apeesr linger than they are but this was seriously ridiculous. And the time before that I wanted to return an item but only had a picture of the receipt and not the actual receipt and the cashier said they wouldnt accept a photo in place of the actual receipt but was extremely snotty and rude about it. And I asked what the policy was and the reason behind it. Isnt a receipt used to prove I purchased the item... Then why wouldnt a photo of the receipt work?? And to be so rude about it.... Makes me not want to buy things from them.

Some of the Mens clothes are ugly. But if you look in the youths section you find cool stuff. Found this hoodie for the low.

Had to run in to grab my husband and I outfits to go to the Cirque Nutcracker symphony and was able to find my husband some really nice things pretty quickly but definitely had a harder time finding nice, stylish clothes for myself in the plus size area which certainly leaves much to be desired..despite that my husband looked so nice! And we were still able to find a couple other great things..line was 50 people deep so...yeah, 3 stars

Was ok. No crowded... But it was hard to find what I wanted. Due to the inventory being disorganized. Looked like a tornado went thru the store.

Hard to see shelves half full. However, I can find good prices. 10 minutes at store.

Ive always liked Ross. Always find something w the right price tagged on it.Just never have appreciated the security door greeter or whatever that person is standing in front of the entry/exit doors. Always makes me feel awkward having to be acknowledged by the person. Along w having to return the greeting. Im not antisocial or anything, I just come to shop, rather not deal w any of that.

I carry my Ross shoulder bag with pride. Come for the discounts, but stay for the rude comments, happily more multicultural in nature, these days, way to go kids! Security, I MEAN Customer Safety Staff, your oh-so-casual demand for verbal greeting of sufficient clarity for peace of your inmates I MEAN customers as they shop... Is noted.

Cheap department store for when you forget something and need a replacement at a low cost. Our shoes got wet so we bought a pair here.... theyre not made very well so I dont recommend buying shoes. The blanket we bought was just fine though

Being from Wisconsin, and seeing this place for the first time this is by far way better then I have seen. There is so many choices to choose from. I love this place and this state. I cant wait to come back here. Prices dont have sales tax so if its 99 cents it is 99 cents. Great state. Will be back.

This place has reasonable prices on merchandise and everything is very well organized. They have amazing security (that greets anybody that walks in).The tech section isnt anything big, although you could get lucky on a drone or another amazing thing. The usual ear buds, headphones, and phone cases.They have Everything almost fully organized (minus the kids section for obvious reasons). Theres also extra small stuff and treats while your in line which honestly is surprisingly less of dangerous distraction and more of a nice waiting present.In short its a good place to buy a quick present for somebody or something nice to put up somewhere/wear/eat.

Love this store. Great staff. But some of the customers are just absolutely abusive. Especially on Tuesdays, an elderly woman kept bashing on the security lady over carts. I wish the customer base was more decent to the associates. Ross isnt exactly known for treating their employees that well either.

I had never been here, and I didnt know what to expect, but it was a good experience! I was able to get more items than at other stores, and better quality than most stores set up like Ross is. The staff was understanding and nice, even though I made lots of mistakes when it came to the dressing rooms, because they have lots of rules. I wish they hired more people, though, because its hard on the employees and the customers that there were barely any workers.

Its pretty junkie. But even so, with mad detective skills you can find some gems amongst the junk. But its seriously junkie.

Went into this location on 8/21/18 to shop for my kids clothing.While we were waiting 5+ min in the line, there was no other customers around us. We accidentally were in the exchange line instant of the purchase one, I didnt think it was a big deal as we were the only Customers waiting for a Register to open at the time.Jennifer the employe who helped the customers in front of us do a return, was the only one on the Register. She decide to call the Customer behind us. I approached her and explained that we have been waiting in the line for the last 5min +, she ignored my explanation and apologized to the other Customer.I stayed calm as I was with my two kids that are under the age of 10 and didnt want to make a scene out of it . She continued scanning my items with out any communication with a nasty attitude, she didnt say one word even when the total was due. I swiped my debit card and payed for my items, she through the receipt in the bag and walked off.As a business owner, I would really suggest the management to hire a more professional staff that has a better customer service and is more friendlier with Customers.We the customer make the staff have their pay check at the end of the Day.Jennifer must hate her Job that she behaves like this!!! Very unprofessional..

I really like the low prices but dealing with Ross itself is annoying. I took my son clothes shopping today and we had 10 items to try on and 2 pairs of shoes. Well, I can only go in the dressing room with 8 items max and shoes arent allowed in the dressing room... Ive NEVER heard of such an inane rule. I mean HONESTLY!!! It shows a complete lack of attention to customer service or giving any sort of care for a good customer experience. I suppose you get what you pay for. Ive just never heard of not trying on a new pair of shoes with your new pants... STRANGE!!!

Found an amazing thing that made for a great gift after searching in many stores. Although this is not like a big store (think Sears, JcPenney, or Macys for example), you can find items normally sold in those stores here. Definitely, worth checking out when you just cant find the item you want.
