Well to much to my surprise I have never experienced any Dollar General in such a disaster, unorganized, under stocked, trip hazard down every isle. I found the toliet paper I went to buy on the floor of first isle I started to go down.The store needs a team of workers to come in and get everything stocked and store set back up. Every one there seemed to be hard at work stalking and running cash register. The team needs help to get everything stalked up. The team needs to set the up for success. Right now they are set up for failure. There is no way the tucumcary team can get this store staked. Suggest close store for 2 days and do a Re-Grand opening. Your sales will double or triple if customers can see EVERYTHING that is for sale. Right now all the products are on big carts unloaded creating narrow paths throughout the store.

What a mess.. Id be ashamed if this was my store.. just stopped in to pickup something on my way through town. I hope no ones gets hurt in this place.

They never and I mean never have nothing on the shelves. The isles are always full with creates of products the shouldve been on the shelves last week. And the line is always going around the corner. Cause they only use one register, that mean no one is working.

The Tucumcari Dollar general is an alright place to shop. They ate usually good at getting people through the check out process quickly.

Very friendly staff but needs to clean up the aisles and organize their products better.

Man.. they were wiped out on quite a few things... Shelves are just barren .... Couldnt even find ibuprofen 😵... Is this the only dept store in Tucumcari? ... Woof

The store was out of alot of important products and the floors were so cluttered you couldnt walk down the isle.

Too long of lines and there is always, stock and clutter in the walk ways I couldnt get my clients wheel chair through the isle. Need a nother cashier lane also .

We were welcomed when we walked in the door, the staff checked on us to see if we needed help with smiles, they helped us find everything we needed, and it was on thanksgiving! Im very impressed with the staff at this store and how well they kept it clean. You all are doing great! Keep it up!

I will start out by saying I gave a one star ONLY because it doesnt allow me to give zero. Today, my husband and I went in there to go shopping. They are not accepting returns at this time, due to COVID-19. We found a shower rack-stand thing, it stands in your shower with a tension pole, since they are not accepting returns, my husband took the item out of the box to make sure all was there and that it had rubber pieces for the legs, it did,a we put it in our cart. We shopped for another 20 minutes, then were approached by two police officers saying they needed to escort us out. Apparently, the manager, Vicky Ann Maestas, called the P.D., and said there was a customer tearing the store apart. The officers said they were confused when we were pointed out as our cart was full and were in the middle of shopping. The manager requested us be ban for a whole year! We were going to buy the item, it was in our very full cart! This is ridiculous! They lost a lot of money today. And on, on top of that, this store is disgusting, the floors are caked with spilled liquid, the shelves are empty, boxes block aisles, products, etc. We have called the corporate offices and are awaiting a call back.

Great place to shop friendliest and most helpful manager and assistant manager Ive ever dealt with. Need to upgrade to larger building with an automatic front door to make it handicapped accessible. Great service.

Really friendly employees. A really good experience every time you shop there. Helpful staff will walk you over to whatever youre looking for in the store. If I ever forget anything on my monthly trip to walmart, dollar general usually has it covered so I can just run on in and grab it when I need it.

It was a huge mess. No room to even walk in the isles and 1 cashier for several people. Seems they struggle with merchandise strewn all over this store. health code violation? Or fire hazard? Im not sure, but the energy is bad most days in this store

Store is ok for the most part the staff is amazing and helpful but usually only 1 cashier so the lines can be extremely long and most the time boxes to restock shelves are next to shelves still packed up so sometimes you have to move stuff to get what you need...

Aisles is still filled with products no room to get around.

It just to unorganized and dirty but there is one or two employees that are very kind and helpful

Again 15 customers and only 1 register open. I have spoke to Corp. Office about this. Apparently its not important to them. Product all over the floor and in delivery cages instead of on the shelfs. A very badly managed store. All the people that have written good reviews are either employees or friends of employees. I dare ANYONE just walk into dollar general and take a look.

This DG is very well stocked. So much so you can hardly walk down the isles!

Customer service its all right store sometimes a mess I can understand being that its one of the few stores. I still prefer Dollar General over Family Dollar any day

Good assortment in a small store .Prices competitive it big stores .Team members are very helpful and know their stock and where it is .Tip number #1 . Standard house supplies and need short supplies, this is the place .Tip number #2 .If you want large quantities of dog food, go to a pet supply store .

While I was in town, I visited DG a few times. My absent-minded self forgot my make-up, brush, and flat iron. I was a little nervous on obtaining what I needed because the closest Wal-Mart is around 80 miles away! My fears soon subsided as soon as I walked in. There was a nice selection and options to choose from for my make-up and hair needs. Each visit I made, DG had exactly what I was looking for and at nice prices. The only problem you will find is the messiness of the store. If they could organize it and tidy it up, DG would get 5 stars from me.

The store is very unorganized. You cant find anything in there. Dollar General should hire people for stocking shelves. This is not the first time I have been in a Dollar General where they have stock all over the place. It is for lack of help. The employees are friendly and helpful, but under staffed

Ive lived in alot of Rural areas and D.G. is usually the closest store to get getter by supplies at. This D.G. did have alot of food items but was out of just about everything else. Im glad I was just grabbing a snack for the road.

This place is always a huge mess! Management will occasionally come down and they clean it up for that by the next week its back to the same old filth. Youll be lucky if you can find what youre looking for because they always have boxes and krates in the way. Literally lining the Isles. The Family Dollar is less than a block away and even though its prices seem to be about $0.10 more on everything at least its clean and you can find what youre looking for.

Descent store a little small and crowded but nice staff very helpful.

If you forgot something in town theres always a dollar general on either road 84 going to chama or the highway north to taos.

I like to use DG for a lot of shopping needs but its hard to find things a lot of the time if they have it. Tho the workers are nice and try to help as much as they can when they got what you need to get. so few places to shop in this small town so a lot of people use this place dayley here. I mean its them or the FD or are one grocery store (lowes) thats the devil store to about 60% of the town or you can go to circle k or one of the 3 hardware or 3 supply stores or truck stops if this answers anyones questions about the stocking in there i would just say that answers it...

Store is messy and takes forever to unpack shipment boxes. Customers may easily get hurt over messy aisles. Very little on shelves last 2 weeks in Xmad decorations. Staff claims they dont get enough hours.
