Wish it was easier to get through the isles in my wheelchair there would be enough space if there werent so many boxes full of items waiting to be stocked on the shelves and sometimes you cant even see if what you want is even there or not cuz the boxes are so high you cant even see whats there or not how can you buy stuff if you cant see it like in the clothing isle wish there was a way to not go away disappointed. But the workers were nice and were trying to work as hard as they could seems like they could use more help the maybe it would be even better

Absolutely love this Family Dollar! Staff is super friendly, store is always clean and now its not only a Family Dollar but theres a Dollar Tree too! So much better than the Dollar General here! This store is one of our favorite places to shop here in Tucumcari! 😊

I have been shopping here since they reopened. Apparently someone told this girl GABBY that she is above any customer. Cause for her to play with her phone while.people stand and wait in line is totally wrong of her. She wanted to get an attitude with me cause I told her to remove her phone from my view and stop answering someone named ANDREW that kept calling. She kept making me wait while she was checking his messages. And when I told her I didnt feel that was right she started yelling at me. And laughing. Than when the manager came over to ring me up she began talking bad and giving slur comments about me. I am so mad and feel so disrespected at this point. Why should I support miss thangs employment. I dont think family dollar has a policy that allows phones on front to counter and I dont think they would allow employees to answer the phone when ringing up a customer. Miss thang needs to know a job is a luxury not a given right. I bet there are others who would love that job and would do it correct for the customer. Miss thang GABBY is wrong disrespectful and she needs to know small town and people will get how lazy she is and how she doesnt deserve the job. I would rather drive 1.5 hours to shop than support her. Family dollar wont get any more business from me until miss thang is fired. Yes FIRED!!!!

I found everything I need to tie up loose ends for Christmas and I was able to get a few odd and ends just in case I get visitors fo any age and boys and girls and pets, if they bring them .I keep Christmas all year long .It makes me feel good and the gifts I give all year long shows I care for my friends and family .Some get greedy but they still only get one and its something they can use .Oil, milk, storage bins, flashlight and the such . Never anything with Flash or Bling .Family Dollar does carry flash and bling, candy and sodas .When you need the like, they have something you will like .

I just came out of this family dollar store in tucumcari. Its always been slow service in there; long wait at check out. I was also was not feeling well and had trouble breathing . . I did not need a lot but needed specific items.i pushed my cart to the side and went to get one more item. 15 seconds! Someone took my cart!?girl at regester said that was wierd! Another shopper said she just had seen it. I thought Id sit downt and catch my breath. The girl at regester was bot busy and looked away from me for a few minutes. No manger! I just left. Bad service not nice no help

Being in a wheelchair requires getting a little help from the employees that work at the store at least it usually does but not at this store and not from any of the employees working at this store today not one of them offered to help me at all not even when leaving through the non automatic doors I had to manage that myself. Also where are their carry baskets to hold my things while I shop there were none at this store. Needless to say but I doubt Ill be shopping there much at all especially when the other dollar is oniy a half block away and it has baskets and very nice and helpful employees their service was 100 percent better Id much rather go there.

Recently had employee call me an old lady although im 75 years young I resented that comment as it was uncalled for. They lost my business. Have not been able to reach corporate office to file a complaint against this employee, as well as other employees and against the store as a whole.

I was unable to use the coupons on my phone. The cashier tried but could not get . The coupon was good . Maybe next time it will workThis happen on September 9.

Its ok... it is disappointing because they keep hiking the prices up. Its getting to were dollar general is better.

Aside from frequent employee turn overs, the quality and prices are pretty good and worth the cost and time in line.

Sometimes messy, under stocked, but some very sweet people.

Being one of the other two dollar stores this one is the cleanest and more out together.

It was ok. Not like Walmart. Sometimes you may have to go to Walmart.

I’m slowly getting annoyed with one of the employees assuming I have stolen or going to steal something from this location when I either go in to check something or have bags clearly from a different store.

For the few places to shop in Tucumcari, NM. this is the one place i dont mind shopping at locally. If that say much to anyone.

I arrived at 9:40 pm and the 3 ladies inside didnt open the door when they should be closing at 10 pm

Most are polite and helpful.

A godsend in this out of the way town, where the one real grocery store charges ridiculous prices.
