There was only one, yes WAS, handicapped RV/Bus parking spot in the parking lot. There are at least 4 near the front doors for cars. But they literally put a handicapped sign and parking bumpers in the center of the only handicapped RV/Bus parking spot. Yep, you read that correctly! Sorry folks if ya needed a space that allowed you room to get a wheelchair, walker, or or device to assist you out. It was originally already marked at both ends as handicapped. How will someone in an RV or Bus utilize that space? Ya cant exactly pull thru it now. And bless the brave soul in a car that backs out of the backside space without getting whacked by a bigger vehicle.... like say an RV who cant see a tiny car around the bend or just isnt expecting it to be there. LMAO... yall dropped the ball on this one but thanks for the belly laugh!! Thats so dumb.

This place is really popular with a really small parking lot.But Dennys is only letting in 10 people right now.it does have a good food menu. With pot roast and beans and other good things besides all that fried food stuff.Needs double parking.

Very nice, clean, friendly truck stop. Has plenty of parking available every day even after 8pm. Next door has truck stop Loves which has also big parking lot. A lot of food to choose from Pilot or Loves. You wont stay hungry. If you need hotel its next to Pilot Truck Stop. Fuel here little be expensive keep in mind. Be side that exellent place to rest 10 or 34 hrs, park RV for overnight. Has also hot showers available for you at Pilot or Loves. VBe Smart and Safe Over The Road.

Attention #FlyingJ General Managers, this location needs to be brought to your attention! One of your employees that drives the maroon camaro needs to slow down in the parking lot, when youre zooming through trying to squeeze by 18 wheelers, youre liable to get hurt. Another issue going on here is you need a cook, your hot food bar was empty. My compliment goes out to the wonderful bean to cup coffee.

Got a real scare here when changing clothes in the ladies room. Two staff members, a man and a woman, came busting into the restroom slamming all the stall doors really hard, over and over..There was no courtesy announcement that a man was entering the ladies room. The loud banging sounded like a police raid or something. I made a comment to them about the noise but was ignored. This is a decent truck stop. Been here a few times on work trips. But I wont forget being so frightened in the restroom.

Im there now. Drove an extra 86 miles to get here. In a small RV. Hope they dont mind if i spend the night. Have already spent about $100 on food and gas. Waiting to do breakfast. To tired to drive safely.

The showers 🚿 arent the best. Neither are the bathrooms. I am a truck driver all I want to do is have a nice updated clean bathroom/shower once Im done driving. Mildew everywhere. Dust all over the vents as well.

Very poor customer service. I asked if they had a 1000W inverter in stock and was told they only had one kind, the small one that fits in the cupholder. I looked around and found a whole rack of various inverters besides the cupholder type, albiet none larger than 400W. But the guy lied, claiming they only had one model. Too lazy to check, I guess.

The store was clean and well stocked. The employee who helped us was really nice and the coffee was good.

November 28, 2018The stink in the showers has been elevated to new levels of smelly. But I think I’ve located the source of the smell. It’s the Wi-Fi that’s dead and rotten.....Clean showers, (save the smell) and fresh coffee. Which goes to the intellect and skills of whomever designed the place, and the current manager whom seemingly ain’t qualified to resolve anything. ..................................But enough complaining, I am grateful for this pretty much stock standard Flying J, it serves it’s purpose, with all the bells and whistles of the Pilot group.

This is a sorry truck stop went in for a shower at 1:30 am and they had no one to clean showers they were all dirty ask cashier and she said maintenance has not showed up she was the only one and she could not leave front due to helping customers .. they need to call manager on duty to get people to come in and work ..

Beautiful sunset. The place is pretty gross. Soooo many flies around soup n chili, bathroom stalls barely lock. D.E.F. spilled at every fuel lane, looks like no one has cleaned them since the place opened.

Dont get the chicken strips. They have more batter than chicken.

I used my Visa at the pump to buy a little over $50 in gas. This company held $500 against credit card that I cant use until they finalize the transaction, which could take up to 8 days. I will never stop at a Pilot or Flying J truck stop again. I would advise everyone to do the same.

Easy on and off ramps. The restrooms were very clean. They had the lowest price for gas.

Probably one of the busiest Flying Js out there. They definitely dont have the space or the staff to run this place like it should be. They wont have showers available until a manager decides they want to hire someone to clean the restrooms. Been this way for a while now. Lot fills up quick and fuel bays are constantly full. Food never looks fresh. You wont get a greeting or a farewell lol and dont dare use the restroom if you value cleanliness. Have a good day folks.

Decent enough Flying J except for a huge complaint - the laundry SharePoint machine was out of order, as was a dryer. Not to mention the entire soda fountain. These kinds of things are simply inexcusable - obviously a poorly-managed location, or they would be fixed at once.

Im sitting here trying to some HORRIBLE pizza. Most of the toppings are in the middle, taste is nasty and that was the longest 6 minute wait for pizza. Bring your own salt and pepper bc they have NONE. Sitting areas are dirty. Again.....THE PIZZA SUCKS COW REAR END. Save yourself the trouble, GO TO LOVES ACROSS THE STREET. The loves is very clean and has good pizza. Seriously as much money as you people make you need to step your game up bog time. Truck drivers deserve FAR better.

Great RV pump station! Convenient. However portable water was turned off when we visited. Only black water tank flush water was turned on.

Super outstanding staff. Was basically stuck in this area because of the virus going around. Not one time did the staff ask me to leave, in fact they were constantly asking if I needed anything.As always plenty of power outlets to keep our electronics charged and great coffee.My advice to anyone shopping at either pilot or flying j is download their app. I have gotten more FREE coffee and beverages from pilot/flying j then I have purchased from all three of their competitors combined.Again, outstanding staffJust wanted to wish the staff a happy holidays. Good shower but dirty restrooms, no toilet paper, disgusting sinks. Nobody cares about face coverings but they got an official note on the door that says Mask Required For Entry; gives the word „Required“ a new meaning. 5 people in line waiting with me, not one wore a face mask. The cashiers used their masks as chin warmer. Funny, because the App brags about the new mask policies the franchise put in place to fight covid-19. Not impressed.

Easy place to refuel your rv. Very nice travel center.

Its your typical Pilot/Flying J. You get here what you get at the others. Youll get a good selection of snacks and cold drinks plus a Dennys. If youre expecting a Michelin Star restaurant and service, this is a Flying J. Aint happening. But the people are pretty friendly and the place is pretty clean most of the time. Cant beat it. Lots of parking for truffles and lots of pumps. It can get a bit busy but thats what happens at a decent truck stop. For what youre paying its good value and a pretty safe place for your bucks. Only problem was a very very slow DEF pump.

I gave this place a four-star all because I was short by a few cents and the lady was nice enough to pull it out of her own pocket and into the register for me saving me a trip of going all the way back outside after driving for almost ten hours from Sterling Kansas.on the other hand the coffee bar was a big nasty so I cleaned it up myself I couldnt stand to put my hands down but then again it is a truck stop but still thats no excuse the counters should be clean. Where was the cleanup crews antennas on cleaning that area. Restrooms were spotless and you can take a shower there

This was an excellent stop-off on our way through. It was clean and well-stocked. Tony, Diane, and Sam were especially helpful. They were very friendly and accommodating. We have three kids and traveling can be pretty stressful, but those three made this trip easier for sure. I hope their company appreciates them as much as we do. Will definitely return to this location on our travels. Thank you again!

Sunday February 28 no hot water on shower 8 cold as ice worst shower of my flying j experience yet

Mens room was dripping and half broken, their soda machine pumps out watered-down product, and the less said about the staff the better.

There is a Dennys here with good food and they have LAUNDRY but the Loves across the street does NOT have laundry

The employees were always nice. Everything here is pretty clean. The only thing that I had an issue with was the fact that both washers were out of order and the shower water kept fluctuating and the highest temperature was like.. Luke warm. That stuff is out of the employees control, but it would be nice if corporate would handle things a bit better.

Was told they cannot sell you coins for laundry. Had to buy a gift card. I asked if she was sure it would work. She said it had been. It was a lie. Isnt set up for gift cards. Wont refund my money either so I can do laundry elsewhere. The a ting manager short fat chick named sam got quite belligerent then. Worst flying j I have ever been to

This is a pretty good truck stop. You can get a decent cup of coffee. Restrooms are kept up with pretty well. And the staff always seems kind. There is a good amount of truck parking if you are wanting to camp out. We didnt however use the fuel pumps so Im not sure about that.

This a really great Flying J. The staff does try to stay on top of things and make your stop as comfortable and convenient as possible.They do have the same problem as most truck stops these days. TOO many dropped trailers taking up space from drivers that need a safe place to rest. Too many small companies and inconsiderate drivers are using free spaces as drop yards.

They have great water pressure for the shower, clean, friendly. The pumps the total opposite. Fuel pump. Extremely slow. No towels on any aisle. Sliding on spilled fuel. No washer fluid for Windows. Not that you had a towel to wipe anything

Clean inside but the food was nasty. Got the 1 slice of pizza and 5 chicken wing special and it was so not worth it! Pizza was flavorless, dough tasted rubbery almost fake. Chicken wings were stale. Sad part is the pizza was just cooked and it was awful.

I got a bad tank of DEF from here on 11-25-18. It put my truck into limp mode until I could get it to a dealership.

My experience was good at this flying j! Clean restrooms, large parking area, reasonable fuel $$ was able to microwave some potatoes and fill our water jugs. Walked the dog in a large grassy area. Truck parking was crowded, but parked in a yellow stripped zone by a light post and I no one bothered us. We slept good, got fuel, and washed windows then were on our way. We even stopped on the route back, too.

What a disaster. Claiming that they only have small coffee cups left so that youre forced to pay $2 for a tiny little cup. Needed air in our tires but none if their air pumps would work. Attendant says, Oh if you go back around to the Boss Shop, its the red building, tell them we sent you and they will do it for free. Yeah. The building is blue and white, not red and they wont do anything for you.

10/20/2020 12:50pm. Lot is 14% full 4 guest are in line for a shower. Are you serious clean them showers. It shouldn’t be a line for the showers @ 12:50pm on Tuesday afternoon with like 15-17 trucks in the parking lot.

Worst flying J I’ve ever been to, I’ve traveled the country for five years in an RV. Multiple card readers didn’t work and no coffee in the morning. Very disappointing, they are always my first go toPlace when we travel in our RV

A great place to get coffee. They have all different blends and all the accessories to make it just like you want. Lots of snacks and drinks are available, as well as hot food. The restrooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful. The parking lot and gas pumps are clean and smooth.

Another cold shower at Pilot Flying J. Last night the Window AZ location today this place. Im done with Pilot. Its winter, its cold. I want a HOT shower. Why is that too much to ask?

TOTAL CHAOS!Not sure what caused it but took me 10-15 minutes to be seated. Wasnt asked if I wanted a table or a booth. Was just seated at the counter where no one seemed to be working. With multiple wait staff walking right by me, I wasnt offered a drink order for at least 15 minutes. Probably took another 10-15 minutes to place my food order which was a burger and a salad. Somehow, my burger was served first. Ill never figure that one out. Luckily, the food was good and met expectations.

There is a Western Union a small game room and a truckers lounge its a nice place to stop if your in a rush plenty of gift items to buy while on the road movies games and CDs to buy. Fresh deli and slices of pizza made daily . The parking lots a little hectic but other then that its a nice place with a good staff.

I LOVE FLYING J! They have everything a traveler needs. Clean restrooms, great selection of coffees that taste great....and fresh! Wonderfully nice staff, that keep the store clean, and rarely a line at checkout. Had is less then other truck stop/traveler stops. A must, for the weary traveler!

It was very impressed on how clean the place was from bathrooms to the shower. They had food ready for the drivers at 2:00am, very rare for most places. Excellent place to stop

The breakfast tacos (more like burritos) are good if youre lucky enough to catch them fresh. Otherwise the tortillas get really moist and soggy. The cashier didnt fill my cup of Mac and cheese all the way full.

Pumps not working, diesel and def spilled all over the pumps. Crew inside doesn’t care. Used to be a good Truckstop for sure but things changed.

Good place to stop and fuel up. They do have the hot case food and a Dennys selections. I ate at the Dennys and steak was under cooked. There is plenty of parking for all types of vehicles: commercial, RVs, and regular. The convenience store is like most truck stops and have a greater selection than regular gas stations but I saw more than one person working at the counter to get you in and out quickly.

Most of the cashiers are great. Management is rude, and not very helpful. They have great coffee. I love using their bean to cup coffee machines for fresh coffee. Pricey, which I guess is to be expected at most travel centers.
