If i could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever. I never felt so judge and mistreated. The older lady that works there pretty much said if your not buying anything here than leave. The lady just watches you and makes you feel uncomfortable to even be there . 0 customer service and it’s just a horrible store with a horrible employee it makes you not even want to buy anything. She yelled at a couple ladies and said they have to buy a mask for a dollar instead of giving it for free like most stores due at the entrance. If not go to the dollar across and buy one or you won’t enter.

They have Zero customer service. When I got in, there was a gentleman standing there, ans I was looking for a pony. And i needee help wutb the choices there, So one female employee signed in and I wanted to approach her for help with recomendations and this man acted so defensive and told me she can not help me and that i have to buy what they have there and that the employee have another things to do. I got out from there disapointed. I am never going back there again.I

The person at the door was super rude when I came in 5 min before close, the door was locked 5 min early and I was just picking something up quickly.

Wonderful! They sale certain brands that are hard to find on the West Coast at cheaper prices compared to surrounding hair stores in the Seattle area. They also have a phenomenal selection of hair accessories and products that you didn’t even know you needed. I see a lot of comments about the owners being discriminative but my first personal in store experience with them was great and is the only reason why I come back now. I wasn’t followed around nor harassed and I’m black. They offered assistance and when it was no longer needed, they went to tend to something else. I went here a couple of more times to see if at any point they would flip the script, but that hasn’t happened yet so I have made this my permanent go to hair supply store.

They are re. The prices are a bit high. Security tags on everything feel a bit overwhelmed as they think everyone is stealing. But I understand this is a bad area. Again very nice and friendly.

I thought they were over priced also pretty rude its like they were irritated like they just wanted me to hurry up and buy and get the hell out..They have no customer service skills their just straight rude Im surprised people put up with them. I dont need nothing from that store that bad.

Rude and falsly charged. False advertisement on pricing. Took 40 minutes to get a refund of the difference. Was not going to pay the extra tax i was charged when I did the origional purchase. Cool stuff, but not worth the scam.

If I am shopping, I do Not need to be followed and have workers INSIST I put my items on counter as I SHOP. Horrible customer service and quite problematic. For those that KNOW; dont shop there

I have been wearing wigs for almost 20 years! I know a good wig shop when I see one, Jasmine one of the sales associate provided me with great customer service!! There are many wigs, hair pieces, hair accessories to choose from! I am very satisfied with this shop! I go there regularly!! My first time ever buying a wig or trying one on and Shelia was an amazing help!!! I felt like such a pain in the butt! She never made me feel as though I was. It took me a while to find one that I liked for me and she was so patient trying to help me find colors while the store was busy! They follow black people around the store. I wanted to make sure they were following me so I went down one aisle and there they were watching me. I went down another aisle and there they were again. I dress nice and I dont look like a thug or anything.

Im in the customer service area and I now how it is to handle different type of personalities, I hope you read this crampy lady its not healthy for you to fight people all day, cuse Im pretty sure you do that all day. They are racist they talked to me And my husband about “black people”. They said they always steal you can tell that the black people are thrives and want make there way through our items and steal from us”. Even after speaking to me about this and I told her she is not nice and that was mean the next time I came in a lady a white lady walked in with a small back pack purse the owner just said good morning then I walked in with almost the same backpack the register lady same lady as I spoke with before said you leave your backpack and she said u have to leave your purse here if you want to shop so I said no I will just go. They really are not good people they follow you around and hide behind corners if you are black and if you fit there criteria of thieves.

Favorite hair supply store of all time. Their selection is extremely diverse and bountiful. No need to go to any other store. They also offer discounts to shoppers, 10-30% off. If you love yourself and your hair, go check it out!

I have never been racially profiled. This was my first experience and it was horrible. My cousin and I went in to find a nice wig because Im about to loose my hair due to chemo treatment. The 2 ladies in the shop followed us around. Told us we were only allowed to try on 6 wigs. Then told us we grabbed to many but we only had 6. One lady touched my cousins behind to basically search her. It was a horrible experience. I did find a wig that I wouldve didnt good money on but at that point I was discussed on how we were treated.

The owner of the store is racist.I always come in and always spend a good amount of money. I believe she knows my face but everytime I come in I find it extremely uncomfortable to shop.Its either her or her employees who insist on following me around the store and Im talking about on the back of my herls.When I ask them if I can just have a min to look around.They give back attitude and make smart remarks so I finally had enough and will never shop at this place of business again.I advise people of color to do the same. I would much rather spend money where its appreciated.

Under new management the lady who runs the store has absolutely no knowledge about different textures of hair the last time I was there there was different employees who actually where helpful and had experience and knowledge there are plenty of other beauty supply stores I would recommend not this one

They had everything I needed and they gave top notch service.

They have a decent variety of products. They always have what I need. I have noticed that the workers are always following people around in the store. They normally follow me around as well, subtly .But today they stayed within two feet of me at all times. It was extremely uncomfortable, especially since I typically shop here. I asked them about it, and they gave a story on how the lady following me is new, and that a lady stole from them a couple days ago. I am unsure if they are racist or if people just steal from them often.I wouldnt recommend going here if you just want to browse around and figure out what you want . Its best to go here if you already know exactly what you need to buy because they are subject to follow you.

When to get supplies for my hair. Very good prices and they have a big variety of hair products for black people.

The customer service here is always wonderful and they make you feel comfortable to know that you are getting the assistance you need and that you are satisfied the manager was very helpful and friendly

The Asian woman overcharged me for an item that did not have a sticker price. I saw the correct price on the white basket, which was $4.99. When I got to the register some woman told the woman ringing me up that the item was $6.99. I when when there yesterday and same item was sticked $4.99. I told the cashier and her attitude was like. OH, WELL.Beware of this business and poor classless people whom run it.

Yesterday I went in for a wig and was followed around the store by the sales associate on staff. She was literally not even hiding it. I explained that I didnt need help yet and I would fetch her when I was. She left her expression blank, giving me the idea she didnt speak much English. I respect and understand and dropped it. When I selected one I wanted to try and paid the $1 for the cap she began insisting she put it on for me. I explained I dont let strangers play in my hair. From my understanding, she wasnt a stylist, just a teller following too closely. She then said that she just wanted to see it. I politely explained that her hovering was making me uncomfortable. She just stared blank, but by this point I can see she knows what it is Im saying to her. I explained I wad getting the idea she thought I was going to steal. I explained I came in with a clutch wallet only, stuffed with money. Where would I tuck the wig? Who was tending to the rest of the store? I paid in cash and she tried to pretend she didnt take the wig from the manican, meaning it would be discounted .I had to ask her to retrieve it as proof before she applied my discount. I do not recommend shopping here if youre a person of color. I wouldnt recommend this establishment to my dog.

This place is great when you are looking for something immediately however, the prices of the wigs are sometimes two and three times more expensive than ordering online.

I will never go in that store again. Bad customer service. The young lady was talking on her cell phone to her mother the whole time. No help at all. Not a warm experience. I will wait until I go back to LA and stock up on my supplies. Very very disappointed.

Love the selection here. Prices a bit more than i pay in Denver with a little less than great quality on some of my usual favorites for the higher price i paid but overall my go to when i can make the trip out that way. and there is this one wig attendant there who is a light skinned african american and wears glasses i just adore her patience and she never makes you feel like you are up to no good. very helpful and full of great customer service. Even when they were going through a renovation and she couldnt fully get to selections like she wanted to for me, she still tried and apologized if she was unable to find something due to construction.My last experience though im not sure who she was that was working but she was not very friendly or helpful and seemed annoyed at the fact the the store managers wanted her to guard the inventory because maybe i was taking too long. That made me feel really uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer. i travel far to come here and i spend more than i ever really should but i do love the selection. My suggestion, maybe take a page from your nicest most customer oriented worker, yes and i know the area is rough but not everyone is the same. As a successful Guest Relations Manager, I know that you are supposed treat all as you would like to be treated. and my last visit that was just not the case.

I DECIDED TO PUT THE ONE ITEM THAT I HAD IN MY HAND BACK ON THE SHELF AND WALK OUT. HE FOLLOWED ME OUT OF THE STORE AND ACUSED ME OF STEALING....WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE. THE SECURITY DETECTORS DIDNT EVEN GO OFF AT THE DOOR IF THAT WERE THE CASE. ALSO I DIDNT HAVE ANY TYPE OF BAG WITH ME JUST MY DEBIT CARD IN MY HAND. I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY IN THIS RACIALLY PROFILED STORE AGAIN.

Man followed me around like i was going to rob the place when all i wanted was eye lashes that where locked up and he watched me the whole time. The lashes where 3.99..😳 it was uncomfortable.

They sold me a tester sponge for makeup and will not exchange it for one that is not stickers as tester. Then she said they don’t sell tester nor have them. When we looked the entire row had tester stickers on them. YUCK!!!! Who sells TESTER SPONGES FOR YOUR FACE. Do not buy from here!!!!

It has a lot of variety of wigs and beauty things. I like the specials they put on, the atmosphere is nice.There are high and low quality products, it is a matter of what they want and how much they are willing to pay, everything else is fine 👍

To have many products at good prices but the lady who attends is half rude but the one who attends is a love and has all the disposition.
