This was a cool little store, I thought they would have more things but it was still worth walking in and seeing.

I was there a few days ago and bought some pop figures. Usually the workers are so nice and helpful. I went it the cashier and asked a guy if they have a certain pop figure and was straight up nope and I didn’t even finish my question. It’s as if he was rushing me even though it wasn’t as busy. Please train your employees better. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Not gonna buy Pokémon cards here anymore. They sold me a product that was 3x the retail price,While having a conversation about how scalpers have been messing things up and being unfair.

I had saw that the store was selling Pokémon cards and I went in inquiring about them with my boyfriend and sister. The manager told us the rule about two cards per person. My boyfriend and I agreed and understood due to the scalping issue. It’s hard enough for us long time fans collecting cards. When my boyfriend also wanted to buy cards he denied him even though he told us it was two per person. The tone of his voice also made us feel like we were doing something wrong. I left afterwords without buying anything since it felt wrong to be treated like that. I would not recommend it to friends who are also long time collectors. Be wary if you plan on going to this store.

Great selection of games and polite cashier! Definitely able to relate to most peoples interests in games.

Came in to buy Pokémon cards with my boyfriend. The manager at the counter had the rudest tone when we both wanted to buy 2 packs each since we both collect them. Apparently selling cards to gay couples institutes scalping, because he has a “Serious rule” about it.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Employees are extremely rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. Run from this store at all costs and do not spend your money here.
