I finally found somebody who understands how to properly program a set of hearing aids. Kristen was very good and did a great job very attentive to the needs that I have for my hearing problem and knew exactly what to do. Thank you very much for the good service Kristen you’re a lifesaver.

I have put off getting hearing aids for years. I was just scared, thinking there was a stigma related to admitting I needed help. Dr. Allie Sims listened to all my concerns and guided me though this huge step with tremendous kindness, understanding and professionalism. Totally safe in regards to Covid-19 protocols, too. I wasnt worried or tense for one moment. I cant tell you how much I would recommend her and the Tukwila office. Dont wait! If you need them, get them! It has already changed my life and its only been 4 days.

What a great place, the receptionist was very pleasant & Abigail the audiologist is very pleasant polite, patient and informative. She worked with me til we got it right . She didn’t give up, I’m a fussy individual . My first visit was emotional, my HA just went out on me . I’m it has been 5 yrs. losing your hearing is like losing your glasses, you’re thrown off balance . I felt much better when I left and excited when they cane in . Thank you !

They have repaired my moms hearing aid(s)twice, for a reasonable fee, with quick turnarounds.
