This place was all good at first, great customer service but within 5days my car started having PROBLEM after PROBLEM and I have YET to get a call back from dealership. I got an 09 mini cooper and it is a TOTAL LEMON.ONCE AGAIN IM WORKING ON IT MYSELF CAUSE THEY DONT ANSWER OR RETURN CALLS UNLESS ABOUT MONEY.

It was extremely simple and easy to get a new car. Everything was done through text messaging and all I needed to do was show up test drive the vehicle, and sign the papers. First auto loan with a credit score in the high 5s We were able to get a 2011 Chevy Tahoe extremely clean and well maintained.

I bought a vehicle from them the other day and I was extremely happy with the customer service and ability to get my low credit self into something with good payments! I am excited to work with them and build my credit! I will definitely be going back in the future to purchase another vehicle, you will not be disappointed with the new owners!

Id like to thank the staff of Auto Natix for another great experience. I bought a BMW from Sam last year and was completely happy with my purchase. Needing another car for the family, I went back to Sam at Auto Natix because he was always straight with me and has a great personality. I dont have the best credit so I knew where to go for a great deal, reliable car and non-judgmental staff that make you feel at home. I purchased another BMW, newer than the last at a better deal than the last. Ive read some of the other negative reviews but think, you have to be prepared for maintenance issues when you buy used cars because you never know how previous owners treat their cars and cant predict at what mile something may go wrong. I know Ill personally never buy new again because its just a bad investment when you like cars and swap them out every year or two because you end up upside down too much. Buying used allows me to be in a new car ever couple of years and enjoy it. I live in my car on the road a lot so its important for me to enjoy my car and be comfortable. Ill continue to return to these guys first for future purchases, because they look for that nice, reliable car that has a few years on it with mid level miles and low pricing, perfect for me. I just got a Honda, totally in love with it. I had such a great experience and honestly one of the best places to get a good and reliable car. The costumer service was amazing seriously the best anyone can offer. The staff does and a great job helping you find the right car, they are very friendly, and make you feel comfortable. Sam did an amazing job helping us out. Very nice gentleman and very good at what he does. Uriel also very friendly and willing to work around his schedule to finish up the work. May I also say that Jay does a great job at keeping a very well united staff and give great service. They fixed my issues with the tires and the scratches and I’m very satisfied with everything!Honestly I have no words to say how amazing they are and willing to work with you. These guys gave me a great deal on a late model used car and even arranged a plane ticket to fly me in from Nevada. When my flight was delayed they still picked me up from the Fresno airport at 10 PM, bought me an In-N-Out burger, and stayed open until midnight to get me situated and on my way. I bought a Kia Optima through Auto Natix. Very nice experience with this dealership. They worked with me A LOT being that Im a first time buyer. Alex and Jay made sure that my car would be painted for me since it had a few scratches at no charge. The manager Larry guided me through the process and even got a good interest rate. They are on top of things and quick to get back at you. I highly recommend this dealership and will be coming back in the future.

Worst service I’ve ever gotten. And the main owner is just a scam. I bought a car drove miles to get there and the car had tons of problems on it. Most were problems you can’t see and find until you drive it for a while. He promised to fix the problems on the car and didn’t even fix half the problems. And apart from that took a little over a month to fix the car and never gave me updates about the car when I would ask about it. And then I was told the car had been done for about a week before I picked it up. Only to find out that they were still working on the car and also lied about it being totally fixed after I left. Worst place to ever buy a car. Don’t risk it and buy a car there.

We bought a car from them almost a year ago. It has been a mess ever since. I admit we didnt do our due diligence, but I believe they sold a vehicle without fully disclosing the details. It didnt drive straight when we test drove it. They had it aligned. Still didnt drive straight, so they did it a second time. It might have been slightly better, but still crooked. My son who drives the car has learned to compensate. When we recently took it in for tire rotation, they couldnt do the back tires because of rust. The car is from NY. It is now in the shop (over 3 wks now) waiting for a rear differential--$$$. I recently heard cars that have been in floods get shipped to other states. I wonder if this is one of them. At the time of purchase, the car seemed to have sat for a while. It appeared not to have been serviced by Natix until we drove it. I realize used cars often require mechanical repair, but it seems like their mechanic should have seen the rust issue when it didnt align and disclosed it to us.

I bought a car from them, ever since I got it its been problem after problem, the car has been to the mechanic several times, I tried contacting them about the issue they said theirs nothing they can do to help, they sell junk cars, dont buy from them, BUYER BE WARE WORSE CAR DEALER!Alex commented on the review, that they have the other program, its pure lies, I called like 10 times, that Alex will call me back, its been a month he hasent called, I called the dealer they dont even know about the program he described, its pure lies!!

When i first got my car there they were on it helping me out and they even gave me some good warranty on my car well now that i needed to take my car in to get worked on they never put the warranty and i have been talking to the manager Alex but all he does is give me the run around they are all a joke there

Great experience all around. Just picked up my registration for my new to me SUV. Little things make a difference. They fixed a door handle, an issue with my tire sensor and even called a GMC dealer to get me a new keyless entry remote. These were all things that they did for me after the sale was finalized. They didnt have to go the extra mile but they did. Recommend strongly.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. They sold us a car that started falling apart as soon as we left the lot. They said to bring it back and they would fix it and we did. They had my car all day and did nothing to it. It was practically put together with bandaids. Now Im trying to trade it in for a new car and we owe more than the car is worth. Drove 2 hours to find out the car in the pictures was not the one on the lot. The car had several areas that the paint was missing from, missing an arm rest, car was marked at 8,000 and not even worth the fair value of the car... Wanted to give me a discount at 5,700 for the car as is..

Now after a few days of nonsense dealing with multiple dealerships I was done looking for a used car. I have vehicles in the past but its been about 8 years since I have from a dealership and the way salesman represent themselves these days is just baffling. So I was heading to Costco down on Mooney when I never go that way but since the freeways are a disaster with all the traffic I saw this place. What caught my attention was how they had so many cars for display outside and they had exactly what the heck I have wanted. Ive been looking a for a BMW coupe 335i and in white with black interior. They had it and from the get go I was greeted by Nick. Let me tell you for being as young as he is he took me by surpsie that the amount of knowledge he knew about cars for his age. He was more helpful than any salesperson I have spoken to in the past week. He took me on a test drive with ease and let me have my time to test drive and get a real good feel for the vehicle. So I told him id give him a call with my decision. So I went home and did my research and found a very mixed reviews of the company. I also noticed how old the reviews where. One dilemma I had was every car lot I visited they where selling there vehicles for AS IS, why would I want to spend x amount of dollars to purchase a vehicle with 0 guaranteed days from the seller? If you are in business how can you represent a vehicle for so much and then say oh sorry there is no warranty you are buying it as-is so I decided to call nick and asked him what there warranty was on the BMW. Nick assured me that every vehicle purchased from their company whether it was 2,000 or 50,000 every vehicle is backed with a minimum 6 month warranty. Another attractive point to add why I still considered the vehicle. I was still hesistant so I went for another visit to the lot, this time Nick was off but I was assisted by Joe. I asked if I could test drive the vehicle again and sure enough they let me have my space and I really loved the car. Again the vehicle was clean and drove behind smooth for a used car. I told them I would be going thru my credit union and sure enough they gave me the proper documents but what really was helpful was the finance manger approached me before I left and shared some information that was really appreciated. He told me that to let him know what rate I qualify for because possibly they have many other banks who can beat there rate. I didnt think much of it but I said thanks! I was approved with Safe 1 for 3.49, so I called them and let them know, by huge surprise they got me a 2.29 rate? I dont know who would spend more time trying to get a lower rate but it was impressive so I went back and I made the deal! All I can say is if you had a bad experience I apologize for it because this company is doing something right. I went in Friday afternoon and the place was packed. they sold 4 other cars while I was there. Seriously very thankful I did business with these guys and all they asked was if there was anything else they can do? Thank You Auto Natix from each individual who helped me thank you! HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking for a car.

2 months after buying my vehicle everything started to go wrong and notice parts werent put in right or for the model car i got things were broken. Horrible service act as if they dont care if they sell you the car, I had picked out the car I wanted to buy was approved but had to wait till next morning to get everything set up the financing. I called back the next day they said they were still working on it, long story short after 3 days of excuses I go back down there and the car wasnt there they had sold it. So I ask the salesman guy what happened he looks into it and says his boss started the process and just never finished it. So I left and bought a car at dealership down the street.
