I was there on Sunday October 31 lookn for a camera system for my house. The guy HAD ON BLACK LEATHER JACKET, LONG HAIR, GOLD FRAMED GLASSES. Neither of us had mask on. I understand the distance but not the distance and lack of service. I had to ask him all of the questions to try understand how the system would work even though I told him I knew nothing about the system. I began to feel I was an inconvenience to him.He only showed me the most expensive system then I asked, about the other one I saw for less and he said, oh yeah you could get that one. I wanted it so I say yes in spite of service. He took it to the counter,I looked around the store some with more questions, HE NEVER CAME BACK. I WALKED OUT!
I would like to share an amazing review about the Tullahoma, TN location. First, I would like to recognize the excellent customer service and knowledge of both Seth Taylor and Jeanelle Ramos. Seth treated my exchange with my washer and dryer concerns with me as the customer being his top priority. I had bought a set a month prior that was not working properly and he helped me find a new set that got my needs. Janelle handled my concerns with such professionalism as well. The one thing everyone needs to know was the customer service I received. I was the priority and not the problem. This is not seen often in retail. As my transaction was being taken care of I observed another manager helping a customer with a freezer with the same customer mind set. It is a great store to shop for your needs. Once again Seth Taylor went above and beyond making me want to return with no concerns if I was to have any trouble with my new set.
Nicely organized but no follow through answering your questions on clearance merchandise.
I would give worse but that is not on here. They simply have bad products and when they are returned they resale them and do not check them and sale them at full price like they were knew and do not inform the buyer.
Purchased a refrigerator this weekend. Manger Adam was extremely helpful and went out of his way to get it delivered and setup on short notice. Delivery guys Issac and Adam were very knowledgeable and respectful.

My washing machine was purchased in May 2019. He stopped working suddenly in May. On June 1st, the maintenance staff came to visit. Need Samsung to provide accessories. It will take about two weeks. Today is August 27th. My washing machine still doesnt work. I was very disappointed

When I first walked in there were two people behind the counter. One was assisting another customer and the other was just standing there. It was several minutes before I was acknowledged and it came from the person that had been assisting the other customer. His name was Michael. He was wearing a full mask as well, while the other employees were not. Michael was very kind and helped me with my needs and I appreciated him very much and told him so. If it hadnt been for Michael, I probably would have left and gone to Mattress Firm. The only reason Im giving four stars is because of Michael, otherwise I would have given 0 stars.

I would never purchase anything from this store. The employees are not knowledgable about what they are selling. I purchased a gaming PC and was assured it would support my needs. It did not! Might want to make a list.I was browsing online looking for a new smart tv. When it said that Electronic Express in Tullahoma had the one I wanted in stock. So I sent my wife down there with cash in hand to buy said tv. When she arrived she spoke with a sales associate. The gentleman stated that they did not have the tv in stock, but they had another name brand of tv that was a couple hundred dollars more. My wife declined and stated that her husband was looking for an LG tv. The gentleman then started to push for my wife to by the more expensive tv. So not only did they not get my money today but they will never recieve any in the future. Btw Wal-Mart had the tv I I was looking for.

Went to Electronic Express to purchase a new Microwave. the Guy met us at the door. he was very friendly. he asked if he could help. we told him what we were looking for. he walked us over to the microwave section, answered any and all questions we had... TREATED US like we were REAL PEOPLE.
The place to go if you want a fair price and friendly service. I purchased a washer and dryer for my new home. They held it in storage for 35 days while I was waiting to close.They also loaded it in my van and provided me with all the hookups needed. I dont live in this area anymore but I would go back if I needed to purchase a major appliance.
BUYER BEWARE!!! Made a purchase for an open box laptop on 3/18/2021. Showed as shipped on their website on 3/19/2021, yet when checking the tracking information it said shipment canceled. Upon calling the extremely rude lack of customer service, we were made aware of that the item was “out of stock” all of a sudden at the warehouse. Told that it was a different part of the company so they didn’t know. “We will issue a refund you will have it in 3-5 days”. WRONG. This company is a fraud. We have been told several times they issued a refund over the last 12 days, and still no refund. Electronic Express is a fraudulent organization and I wouldn’t buy a pack of gum from them at this point. I will drive anywhere I have to out of the way to buy anything I need. They make Walmart look like a first class organization, and that’s saying a lot. Hoping to get enough people together to start a class action suit against this garbage company. Ive gotten tired of their used car antics. They put up ads on Facebook marketplace in the personal area instead of with the businesses. One of the associates put up an ad of how they had fitbit and other fitness watches for $99 (as they do many times). The first picture in the ad is of several of the fitbit versa. Anyone would think this is an ad selling them at $99. I got there and was asked if I needed any help. I enquired about the fitbit and mentioned the ad. The girl went to check with the manager. Said they have some fitness watches for that price but they wouldnt sell me one at that price. He (the manager) wouldnt even come talk to me. She just kept saying theres pics of other fitness watches. That just makes one think all of them in the pics are $99. This kind of advertisements are just wrong and dishonest. Extremely unprofessional

We bought a laptop online for over $750. A couple days later I looked up what was going with the order. The website said it shipped and the shipping company showed canceled. When I called I was told they had no idea since the warehouse did it and that my money was being processed back. We waited almost a week and nothing. I called and was told my money would be refunded and processed in 24 hours. I called my bank and emailed EE asking for them to make sure it was refunded. I was told it was and it would be 3-5 days. Here I am. No money and now no email back from EE with a explanation of where my money is. Somewhere along the line it should be illegal to take someone’s money knowing there is no product to give in return. I will give any company my money before I go here again. Save your money and frustration.
Purchased a washer and dryer combo had it delivered and installed by them also purchased new hoses and new dryer vent flex tube from them, a few days after the delivery and set up noticed lint on the floor and walls when examined the dryer found they never hooked up the vent and did not use the flex tube I purchased the old was still there. Called the store and all they could do was apologize a say if came back in to the store they would refund my money for the tube they would not do anything else. They want me to drive 25 miles to get a $10 refund. Be very careful when they install stuff for you because they do not care about your safety

Absolute worst shopping experience I have had in a long time. Bad attitude and lack of knowledge of there products and website .It really seemed like they didnt want to be there. Sold me a tv in a damaged box and acted like it was too big a deal to go get a new one. I should of demanded a new box but was so upset at the time I didnt want to lose what little patience I had left. I was trying to shop local. Guess I should of taken my business to Murfreesboro and Best Buy.

This Location is great and the Employees are wonderful!!! I went in to buy a laptop and Janelle was the employee who took care of me. As soon as i walked in she greeted me with a big smile and made me feel like i was the olny customer in that store. She had great knowledge of all the stores products and i was impressed she knew specific details of the computers that most other store employees would have no clue what they were talking about. You could tell she enjoyed her job and took great pride in helping her customers get the perfect computer that fits his/her specific needs. I cannot say enough good things about the service i received from her. I would like to mention she was not overly aggressive with trying to sell a product. Most places the sales reps are all in your face and pushing you to buy the most expensive items or wont stop talking or making horrible jokes to try to get that sell. Janelle was completely different. She listened to me and what i needed, offering advice to help me select the right one, and didnt go strait the the most expensive one the store had. I walked out smiling and feeling like i had the right Laptop and i told several of my friends and family members to go shop at this location for a warm and inviting easy shopping experience. Thank you Janelle for helping me and Electronic Express for hiring people like her!!

The store looked awesome when i walked in. the clerk Janelle that helped me buy the desktop was very helpful. the desktop is awesome games play on high end graphics really love it. Janelle was very helpful was a very positive atmosphere.
If I could give this business a negative rating I would. They are using the Covid-19 pandemic for financial gain. They listed a freezer at a online auction are attempting to not honor their agreement and sell the freezer. Instead, they are trying to price gouge on one of their products because they think they can get away with it. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau about this matter and I will never do business with them again.

Theres a couple of workers that attack you right when you walk through the door, which I dont like. But there are a few workers, like a young man named Michael Bell (Floor Manager), that hang back and let me shop peacefully and make me feel comfortable during my visit. He was very knowledgeable about the products and did not try to pressure me into buying something that was out of my price range. Overall good store, minus the sharks at the front door.
Not a fan of pushy sales people. When you say you are just looking that means I am just looking. When we were just looking the sales lady followed us and then asked again. Within 5 minutes. We walked out. We probably wont go back. We have never felt comfortable just going in and looking. If we need help we will find someone and ask.

Went in to buy a freezer today.had cash .that would not show me the freezer.it was boxed up.I cant believe that are trying to sell something without showing it. Lies. Took 2 weeks to replace a damaged wash machine they delivered. Then 2 more deliverys over a 2 months, to replace the damaged stove. 2nd stove had more damaged then the first. They said they would inspect it before it went on the truck. Management is like a Democrat, say one thing and do the opposite. She even said she would credit my account$100 for all the trouble 2 weeks ago. Not A Dime credited. Delivery guys where polite and apologize for what they had to deliver.Still not the gas range we ordered.July edit 2020, finally sent a check, surprised it was for $109, and took 7 weeks.Dont be in a hurry when ordering from here. Took close to 5 months and still not right. Gave up and settled for what we got.

NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.........3/21/2020 I purchased an Apple Mac Pro from Electronic Express in Tullahoma, TN, brand new or so I was told. I also purchased a warranty for $229.00 because all I had to do was bring the product back to the store to exchange. ALL LIES!!!! So I didnt use the computer much in the first few months because this is my first apple computer and I have to goggle everything to do anything on this computer. I soon notice that I always have to leave the computer plugged in to use it. It will not even power on without being plugged in. It turns out my 3 month old computer needs a battery replacement....WHAT? So I call the store and they encouraged me to call apple instead of using that $229.00 hassle free warranty they sold me. So I called apple and they found 2 error codes on this computer. They wanted me to mail my computer to them. That was a NO!! So I went to the store and it has been an emailing game ever since. WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT HASSLE FREE WARRANTY, JUST BRING IT IN THE STORE. They had to start a claim by email. I waited a few days and no-one bothered to call me. I was told that I had to go through apple. So there is no apple store near me. I booked an appointment online. I drove an hour and half one way for that appointment only to find out that my NEW COMPUTER WAS REFURBISHED!! KEEP IN MIND I PAID FOR A NEW COMPUTER!!! I ALSO LEARNED THIS WAS A 2018 MODEL SO THERE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN A 1 YEAR MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY ANYWAY. So I drove 3 hours round trip for apple to tell me they could not help me, unless I wanted to pay for it. The apple rep said this happens with Electronic Express all the time. Matter of fact, same thing happened last week. I called Dylan at Electronic Express in Tullahoma, TN and put the apple representative on the phone with him to tell him they sold me a refurbished computer as NEW. Again Electronic Express wants to play the email game. So I drive from Huntsville, AL straight to Tullahoma, TN. Dylan has not heard anything. He showed me the email and called a district manager only to tell him to call the rep that purchases these computers. AGAIN WHY ARE WE NOT TAKING CARE OF THIS RIGHT NOW, I PAID FOR A WARRANTY. GIVE ME A NEW COMPUTER. Dylan said he would jeopardize his job and could not authorize the exchange. He was very clear in saying this was a great warranty program. Its great for Electronic Express but not the customer. I have requested a full refund of my warranty and computer. I do not even want another one from them. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN---LIARS! So I sit here with a laptop that is USED, NOT NEW for $1399.00 and $229.00 warranty that I have not been able to use. Its amazing to me that they are selling these warranties but not honoring them. The reports to the BBB on this company are crazy. How are they getting away with this. This is lying and stealing.
We came into the store last week and were greeted and asked if we needed help with anything. Mateo was our salesman and he was Incredibly helpful!!! He showed us different options of the equipment we were looking for and was Very Knowledgable about the equipment, pricing, and store policies. I am not usually one for using the internet but I told my saleslady I would leave her a review. I had originally came in over the weekend and purchased a 40 display HiSense TV. Unsatisfied with my purchase, I brought it back to the store today. My saleslady Victoria went out of her way to swap me out to a TV I would be satisfied with. Victoria I love my TCL thank you!!!

Great service! My husband purchased a Surface Pro for me for Christmas. Im normally an Apple product customer and tried my best to love it. I had passed my 30 return policy window, but Dylan at the Tullahoma store was determined to make sure I was pleased with our purchase. He worked hard to find the Macbook Air that I wanted and when it was no longer available, spent a great amount of time trying to find exactly what I was looking for. Cant say enough about the great customer service. We have done business with our local Electronic Express ever since they came to town and see no reason to ever NOT continue!
My wife and I was looking for a tv. The floor manager greeted us and asked for help but wasn’t pushy. After browsing for a little while an associate named Mateo greeted us and was a huge help! He helped us with information about the tv we was looking for and what insurance plans to go for. He was super outgoing and friendly and willing to help! Will be doing business here again
Its OK.. Not a lot of car stereos.. They are weird though everytime I go here they follow me around staring at me the whole time. Asking do you need help with anything over and over again.. After the 5th time its like leave me alone

I will never purchase anything from this company again. If I could give 0 stars I would. We were sold a fridge and told it was brand new from the warehouse. When it was delivered it was heavily damaged. After contacting the store to work out another deal the district manager Dwayne Chumley refused to do anything about the issue. I highly advise that if you want any kind of quality product or service to go anywhere else.

Not a good experience the sold me a scratch and dent for full price..and only want to give me 50.00 back..I have never bought anything this is all beat up and they didnt even tell me just load it and sent me home ..Now I have to battle for either a reasonable price to keep it or Im going to Lowes..this was a very upsetting and I will tell everyone to show else where if this dont get satisfied
Very helpful, a manager named George was very friendly and understanding. Our TV went out and he was very nice and asked us what we were looking for, he wasnt sure so he asked his staff and was able to find us what we were looking for. I would recommend this gentleman a raise.
The associate knew exactly what I was talking about without me having to give the proper name of the item I was looking for. He gave me information about another item I am interested in but not yet ready to purchase without him being pushy.

On my last two visits;Visit one: I had purchased a Samsung smart tv several years ago and had gone into the store in search of the wifi adapter for it. When approached by a sales representative I was informed that the Samsung product I was searching for was not carried at Electronic Express and then left to fend for myself.Visit two: Greeted at the door by a friendly sales representative and escorted to the product I was interested in, the person was somewhat acquainted with the product, however, when asked about product details the agent was clueless and had to look everything up on the website.On a side note I work as a inside salesman at a electrical and plumbing supply house and do my best to learn everything I can about every product we carry. I guess other people dont have the same work ethic as I do nor pride enough to try and bring themselves to the top of their field.
Great customer service. Had the associate, Steven Stedry wait on me. Needed to decide on a microwave to purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me narrow down my choice very quick. Decided on a Samsung. I wish everyone would take the time and effort he did to make my purchase an easy decision. Wish more associates were more like him. Great job.
Bought a nice Samsung Smart TV from them. Experience was perfect, all questions and concerns were dealt with professionally and to top it off I got a good deal.
