My husband and I dropped off both of our vehicles yesterday for oil changes. (We had our reasons for not doing it ourselves this time.) We waited 3 hours. They do my oil change then realize Ive got a recall and will have to keep my car overnight. Ok, thats fine. But they hadnt even started on his yet. If they had taken the time to look at both vehicles first, they wouldve seen the recall. They shouldve started on his first so we couldve left sooner. I expected a call the next morning that my car was ready for pickup. Instead, while the husband is at work, he gets a call saying that they hadnt completed something properly on his vehicle. A simple recall. So I call asking for a status update. The lady was very nice but informed me that the tech was working on another vehicle but mine was next in line. So now Im irritated. We wasted 3 hours yesterday because someone lacks time management skills. They didnt properly take care of the recall on my husbands car. And now theyve had my car 2 days and havent even started on it. I thank the lady anyways and she tells me she expects it to be done by 2pm. 3pm comes and goes so I call them. My car was done and no one called me. He gets home and we head to pick up my car and drop his off again. He complains a little. Just enough for them to know were clearly not having a good experience. The guy at the desk is more interested in his own bad day and what hes doing than asking about our experience. They have a sign that says customer service is our #1 job, and another sign saying do the job right the first time. Seems neither of these values are being upheld. Lastly, we drive home and start dinner when they call saying his car is ready. So we couldve stood there 15 mins and be able to finally take both cars home? Were both frustrated. We will be taking any future business to another location. The lack of communication and not putting customers first has lost our loyalty.

Id had it with my previous vehicle (not a Ford), and kept reading Edmunds glowing reviews of the Explorer and how it remained Top of Class, for mid-size SUV, year after year. After researching a lot of options, I settled on the 2018 Explorer Platinum, absolutely loaded. I contacted three local Ford dealerships, with the idea that Id bounce one off the other to see who would offer me the best deal.That plan fell through quickly: because of the three, only Russell Barnett Ford maintained contact with me. My sales guy, Jason Davis, earned every dime of his pay: I asked him questions he said no one had ever asked before. And he went looking for the answers. Got the answers. And got back to me with the answers.The dealership scoured for every dime of discount and incentive they could find, and bent over backward to accommodate our requests. The trade-in process was smooth with a fair value for my vehicle; the paperwork was a breeze; things could not have gone better. I dont think Ive ever so enjoyed spending this much money!The Russell Barnett family is pro-America and pro-veteran, and I cant recommend this dealership too highly. If you dont at least give Russell Barnett a chance to earn your trust and your business, youre selling yourself short.

I have been extremely pleased with the service I received from the service department at Russell Barnett Ford in Tullahoma. After not getting good results from a couple of local shops, and with the referral from a former co-worker along with a couple of friends who had good sales experiences, in early 2019 I began driving the hour and a half to Russell Barnett from Madison Alabama for service and repairs. And I am glad I gave them a try. Although I havent bought a car there, I was treated as if I was a longtime customer. The prices are fair and I never felt like they tried to sell me something I didnt need. They even offer a loaner if needed. If you are looking for a dealer that is truly customer focused, give them a try! I am usually skeptical at dealerships however here is one of the few. Mike Kalassay Shop Manager is the man that will ensure repairs are complete and prices that you will find agreeable. Should you be shopping for a Used or New Vehicle Bob Trewyn and the rest of their team are great. I have not received any benefits or asked to provide these comments. This is of my own opinion and I have 30+ years of experience dealing with shops and vehicle purchases.

I was totally taken aback by Russell Barnett s caring and considerate attention! I feel that I was treated as though I was buying a new, high dollar vehicle! When in all actually, I was buying a 6 year old one! As part of our purchase agreement, a trunk latch was ordered to be installed, along with some cosmetic TLC! When my wife drove her car home, that evening a few minor issues arose! I emailed R.B. Ford about our new found discoveries!! They were immediately committed to taking care of these other issues when the car was scheduled for the TLC visit!! Everything was taken care of with no charges involved, except for one repair that does not affect the safety, operation or performance of my vehicle! Speaking of performance, in my sincere and honest opinion the team at R.B. Ford acted above and beyond any expectations I had!!!! Oh, did I mention they gave me a loaner while my wifes car was in the shop ???? Now that is what I am talking about!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I went up here to looking at a Car she had been chatting online with a salesman,Cole for a couple of days. I have to say this is the BEST dealership we have ever encountered. These people are absolutely amazing. She had talked with several different dealerships before this one because she was looking to trade in her car. One dealership was very pushy and tried to sell her so much without even asking what she was looking for. Another dealership hung up on her once she said she was going to be trading in her car (2015 Toyota Carolla) for a different one. Then the last dealership she had talked to before finding these guys talked up a vehicle and said it was perfect no flaws or anything just for me to go up there and look at it (she was working) and there was major problems. When she found these guys she was so impressed how they actually cared for what she wanted. So we went up there talked and test drove and now we have a new vehicle. She is very happy with it and had told everyone she knows to go here.

Not so good. the car i bought was not what I thought I was getting.The Ford Fusion I test drove had the equipment I wanted.The car I received that had to come from another dealer had none ofthe items I saw on the car I got. This was my fault for not paying more attention. I trusted the dealer too much .Worst car deal I ever made.
